"The IT integration with DHL is expected to be completed in December 2010. During our third quarter we commenced joint calls with FedEx healthcare representatives to potential customers in key U.S. life science communities to both train FedEx representatives on the CryoPort Express ® features and to initiate customer orders under the FedEx agreement."
So everything should be in place now to start really renting our shippers out. Let's get this thing moving Larry. It's about time you and the board earn your ridiculous salaries.
" Effective August 21, 2009, the fees payable to non-employee directors were set at a flat fee of $15,000 per quarter with no additional fees payable for committee membership or serving as chairman of a committee."
Must be nice to pull in $60,000 a year to attend some meetings, drink coffee and eat pastries. I had to bust my ass and work overtime to make that kind of money.
Me too--grabbed another 10,000 shares on this good news of Mr. Tice making a direct investment in the company. This will be big time next year folks. Merry Christmas to everyone and a special thanks to mediaguy for all his input and hard work on this board.
From the shareholder letter--"the Trump brand will need to be re-price positioned over the near term."
The brand was always priced too high in my opinion and resulted in poor sales. PK wants to price it lower and make it more competitive and needs to get Trump to agree to a new licensing arrangement.
Not to drag this out, but I use Just2Trade as one of my brokers and the quick quote shows the bid at .04 and the ask at .17. Obviously this is erroneous and I see this quite a lot on other stocks also. It has something to do with the feed they use. Not very professional in my opinion.
Went to my favorite liquor store(Luekens) today to pick up some Xmas cheer for myself and some friends and I'm looking all through the vodka section and I found Olifant for the first time. I was surprised because I had checked their website and they didn't list it there. I picked up one of the 750ml bottles for $15.99(also carry the big bottle). They have always carried Trump and Willie Nelson's OWR for some time now and I'm glad to see Olifant on the shelf finally. I like rum myself and got this for someone else, but I'll make sure to get a report on it this week-end. This store is in Dunedin, Florida down by Clearwater on the west coast. Glad to see it make it this far.
Or drill some more wells. With oil at around $90 a barrel now and predicted to go higher, they can get those wells pumping out some money for the company. Maybe get some more acquisitions down the road. I like the way this is shaping up finally.
Here's a little something about refining petroleum put out by the new guy Mr. Dean
http://www.suncogroup.com/Bro/How_Oil_Refining_Works.pdf
It would seem he knows the business quite well.
WOW--This is great news!! We have a new director and company president with lots of experience in the fuel trading business, we get a 2.5 million dollar loan, and a LOC for $10 million. Our little company is growing up quite nicely. Whoever sold out yesterday sure had bad timing in my opinion.
"the Trump brand will need to be re-price positioned over the near term.
Other business results include Bellboy Distributing in Minneapolis’s starting to sell Olifant; Brescome Barton in Connecticut has commenced selling Olifant, and Empire Distributing in Atlanta, Georgia has sold its second full container."
Walgreens has authorized Damiana in New Mexico, Florida and California and the brand will begin selling in Metro New York in 2011.
I saw that $5 per survey thing too and had the same thoughts as you. I wonder if the non profit is one of Larry's favorites. Hell--he makes enough to pay the $5 himself for each survey. We sure as hell don't.

Griff is right. It's retail locations.
I still believe the company can make it in the long run. I believe in the product and I believe that Fedex and DHL are for real, it's just going to take way more time than I had figured it would. It takes income and profit to give the company a fair valuation and since we didn't have that, there was no way in hell it could maintain a $10 pps no matter what the OS or float was and that is why the RS was a total failure. In hindsight that is very clear to me now of course. When we increase the income and become profitable, the market will value the company accordingly and I will be here along with you and others to see it thru and possibly collect on our investments. I will even be buying more shares to average down when that happens and I feel more secure with the future. Good luck to us all.
Against my better judgment I held all my shares hoping the RS would work out and I voted for the RS to give Larry the opportunity to make it work. I am more mad at myself for this than Larry. It seems like something beyond his control happened and caused it to fail. The odds just don't seem to favor companies doing reverse splits even for all the right reasons, but we did not have the fundamentals to sustain it after the fact and I think someone took advantage of that.
I agree with you 100% on this one
"The follow-on offering/reverse split was a a total fiasco, and was devastating to the shareholders. It not only happened on Larry's watch, it was orchestrated by Larry. You can defend him all you want, but the results of his actions are plainly evident. Everyone made money on that deal but the shareholders. It was not only mishandled, but there is a very distinct possibility that the shareholders were played and essentially sold down the river."
I get pissed off every time I think of the way that was done. We lost 90% of our shares on that one and we're down 30% from the pre RS prices now.
Never said he was going to be free. Nothing has been said about any compensation he will get. If he earns it, then he deserves it.
Drinks Americas Holdings, Ltd. (OTCBB:DKAMD) a leading developer and marketer of beverage products, today announced that former Coca Cola executive Shaun B. Higgins will assist Drinks Americas in an advisory capacity.
It doesn't say we hired another executive from what I read. He will assist as an adviser. If or what he may get paid for this position is unknown at this time.
I've been meaning to do that, just haven't had the time lately. Hope to get to it this week. Still hanging in there with all my shares and hoping for the best. I think things are turning around now for the company, but only time will tell. I'll be here to see it thru to the end whatever that may be. Good luck!!
Well my shares are now in my account as Dkamd. I guess others will have them in their accounts today also, so we shall see how the trading goes. Good luck everyone.
They were suppose to send out the mailings about the RS to all stockholders back around Oct 18th and it was to take effect 20 days after that. No one ever received any mailing, so it would seem the RS has been delayed for some reason. We are still in a holding pattern I guess.
If something else is happening to negate the need for the RS, PK would have to be 100% sure of it before canceling. I hope it isn't needed. Just have to wait I guess.
I've been wondering what ever happened to the RS. It's been almost a month since it was announced and no one I know of has received the official paperwork in the mail. Maybe something is going on that has changed the need for the RS. That would be a nice piece of good news if true.

Adino Energy Corporation (OTCBB: ADNY) today announced that it has completed Phase I of its workover program on its Felix Brandt and Felix Brandt "A" Leases located in Southeast Coleman County, Texas.
The Felix Brandt Leases consist of 12 oil wells over two leases. With the completion of Phase I of the workover program, Adino has eight wells on production. Two more wells are designated as injection wells for the previously announced waterflood project (one is an active injection well and the other is in the permitting process). The Company also recompleted an existing well as a water source for the waterflood.
During Phase I, Adino perforated into new zones on two of the existing wells and applied acid/fracture jobs on both. In addition, significant parts of the production equipment have been replaced and water storage tanks have been installed. The Company continues to improve basic infrastructure on the Brandt Leases, including retention berms around the tank batteries, trenching flow-lines and removal of debris from the area.
The Company is also nearing completion of the development plan for its James Leonard Lease. The Leonard Lease consists of 94.6 acres of land contiguous to the Brandt Leases, directly to the north. Management expects to choose a drilling location and begin drilling the first well in November of 2010.
Adino also continues to build its field operations team. Management's long history in the area and close ties to the local community are proving to be a significant advantage in the Company's efforts to attract and retain excellent local talent to develop and operate its leases. Further, management believes that Adino's growing reputation as a reliable, efficient Operator is paying dividends in terms of the quality of the opportunities offered to the Company.
"With the completion of the initial phase of the workover program on the Brandt Leases, we expect to see significant positive results in the near term," commented Timothy G. Byrd, Sr., Adino Energy's Chief Executive Officer. "Combined with the development program for the Leonard Lease and the potential of the waterflood project, we're very pleased with the progress we've made and excited about the prospects for our exploration and production business," Byrd concluded.
My 2 cents worth. I'm in another stock (eigh)that is fighting naked shorts. They decided to issue a special dividend to flush out all the short shares with an audit of all shares. The active trading float is 77 million and so far they have uncovered over 50 million naked short shares and still counting. The full audit should be done early this week. Obviously the DTCC is in bed with the shorters as they allowed this to happen and never forced these people to cover. This corruption is rampant throughout the OTC and it has caused major losses to all investors. I believe the trial involving Patrick Byrne (CEO of Overstock.com) is finally coming this fall. He has been fighting this for over 6 years and I hope the truth comes out and the perpetrators are punished. Just read Deep Capture for some eye opening information about all this.

Not sure what to think about the Dre situation. Mexcor is responsible for all production and marketing now and Dkam only collects the royalties, so I guess it is up to them to promote Dre. I think Dre should do the promotion so that he is adding something besides his name to the whole thing. That's where we went wrong with Trump. Make the icon work for his split. Gotta go play golf--see you later.
I was wondering about the release of the CO2 into the atmosphere using this recovery technique. Apparently it is held underground forever(?)

New breakthroughs in CO2-EOR recovery technology could further enhance oil recovery in Texas and other oil producing states. One DOE-industry partnership project is investigating gravity-stable CO2 injection in the Permian Basin in West Texas, where the goal is to increase oil recovery in the Scurry Canyon Reef field.

This is a description of what they will try to do to increase production of these old wells.
No way we can know his motivation for taking this job, but it must be a lot less stressful than a big corporate job. He's working with the boss directly now and not just another suit in a huge conglomerate. Nothing wrong with playing golf with the boss either. Let's just hope this works out for us and your wife doesn't have to remind you of your mistake anymore.
Well the news is out and someone knew it way before we did. No dilution to our shares to make the acquisition sure sounds good to me. I wonder how much money can be made from old wells with new technology. I guess we will see.
