The declaration of assets is not itemized in an SEC document
A seed nugget ? Is that a nugget used to grow a gold tree ? One that yields nuggets ? Amazing what you can learn reading this board.
What is rather bothersome is that Thompson can feloniously announce the recovery of thousands of ounces and as long as there are no sales, who is to call him on it ? After all, half a pound of precious
metal seems to have been misplaced. Oh well, in for a pound, in for a ton.
A thousand ounce bar. Think about it..... and that’s just from the test run. Wait til they really get rolling. Why, there’s no limit. Could be the richest mine in the Western Hemisphere.
No need to drive. MXSG is autonomous. It drives itself with no help required fro others
There goes that pessimism again. Those heavy rains probably washed away tons of overburden uncovering yet more quartz veins bearing thousands of ounces of gold. Remember, longs look at every negative revelation as a benefit. Toxic loans ? No problem ....just pay em off with shares provided by the newly increased AS
Just viewed Mexus MC Sludge O Matic machine. Impressive !
MXSG Bull....indeed.
I'm certain that with all of the engineering expertise at the site, an elaborate French drain system has been installed. After all, heavy rains there are relatively common and Mexus ALWAYS prepares for any contingency. That being said, a flood would provide another perfect excuse for a paltry "production" figure.
Nothing like California dreamers to keep Mexus afloat, toxic debt and all. So what is the current ROI ? Making lots of money from astute MXSG purchase(s) ? Over 9 years invested in a scammy penny stock ? Who does that ? Sustained production ? 1.2 - 1.5 g/t not terribly impressive and can't even guarantee that.
Definitely on the cusp ..............between bare survival (sub penny) and total collapse.
Scare tactics ? Not really. Just reality
Let's look at things analytically. Mexus has been incurring a loss of $3 million/year...year after year. In order to offset this loss, they must produce in excess of 2000 ozs/yr, year after year. After 9 years of raising Sonoran dust, they have yet to prove any kind of return on investment. The caveat that comes with each 10Q and 10K relating to doubts regarding the survivability of Mexus is real and more of a concern than ever.
As has been stated before..........
Gold production is meaningless if it can't be done at a profit.
Gold is not rare. What is rare is economic deposits of gold that can be produced at a profit. Anyone can produce gold - there are thousands of known occurrences just in the Western US available right now available for acquisition. The reason they are available, even multi-million ounce deposits, is because they can't be exploited profitably.
The chances of MXSG ever producing any precious metals at a profit long-term (the life of the property) are slim to none
Had the scan yet ? You o.k. ? Hope everything works out . Arguing about the merits of a penny stock is pretty low on the priority list. Health comes first for without it, what is there ?
Your moribund MXSG penny stock will require much more than two weeks (or less) to recover and become viable I'm afraid.
I'll see your dore and raise you ten bean hills. We'll compare notes December 7th. Hokay senor ? Buenas suerte amigo :)
Each time the PPS has hit a critical milestone Thompson has done a sleight of hand to divert attention. The infamous VAT exercise was one such diversion. So how does he pull the bacon out of the fire this time ..RS, announcing recovery, smelting but no sales of vast amounts of gold/silver ?
It will be interesting to see ..... not a hell of a lot of wiggle room remaining
I have listened to all three Mexus CEO Thompson's podcast interviews and the only thing he did not lie about was his name. Not only that he has surrounded himself with minions who have adopted the same MO.
Ah Shakespeare on Mexus.........
‘Nothing will come of nothing.’
(King Lear Act 1, Scene 1)
If Mexus miraculously sprouted wings and suddenly took off, producing prodigious amount of precious metal, I would be among the first to admit I have been wrong. How many MXSG camp followers can say the same ?
What appears to be the latest attempt to rally the troops is based on faith. Faith that Mexus CANNOT fail because there are so many who believe. Now if an ore body was found that showed consistent results rather than small pockets of gold, there would be a reason to believe. If Mexus was producing a meaningful amount of gold, you would hear about it rather than, when asked if gold sales would appear on the 10Q, Thompson's answer was "yes and no".
Maybe calling "easy to contact" Thompson and asking if there was a significant amount of gold currently being recovered would be more productive.
Black ops,5th column overt action sabotaging a hobby gold mining penny stock ? Now THAT is truly bizarre.
Mxsg critics have been accused of working for interests intent on destroying Nexus but this is the most imaginative plot to date.
Ah, I see the problem. You take everything literally when in fact it should all be considered figuratively. There must be consideration given to poetic license and allowances made for imaginative, albeit totally inaccurate technicals.
You know the old saying, when lacking a credible answer, baffle them with monkey scat and that is what MXSG does.
Absolutely no need for a formal feasibility study, just a waste of time and money. Senors Cesar Lemas and Jose Cuervo both agree everything is good, the earth she is full of gold and silver. Hokay ?? Hokay !!
Waiting on tenterhooks (or perhaps with "baited breathe" once again) the highly anticipated 100 ounce Mexus pour. Perhaps another celebratory Reno party to mark the occasion ? Or must we wait for another accumulator birthday next year?
This time it might be appropriate for someone to ask PT where he gets all of the data he posts. "And maybe monkeys will fly out my......"
Maybe from those monkeys you are expelling ?
Not quite certain what "tenterhooks" are. Buehler ?
I believe many of the statements made on behalf of Mexus can be attributed to Jose Cuervo (Gold). Seems to have an exceptionally large influence judging from the content of said statements.
But realize you are dealing with someone with over 40 years of experience plus a trailer park and a replica stamp mill to his credit. Not to be taken lightly
Have you (or anyone) encountered the SEC requirement that a miner must be in “full production” before
being allowed to publish the results of a gold sale ? Who would be responsible for the issuance of the “full production” credential ? Hobby miners of America ? Would their authority extend to Mexico ? Beyond ?
I have researched the rules but alas have once again come away empty handed. Of course I also fell short when performing DD on Mexus. I thought it was a sham.
So many great buying opportunities for those intrepid stout hearted souls who believe in the great Sonoran desert hobby mine. Poised for even greater opportunities, Mxsg will soon further provide people the ability to average down as the trips approach. Great strategy sometimes called grasping the falling knife
Honest, sincere, hard working and consummately knowledgeable mining expert CEO Thompson must eat too. Dom Perignon and beluga caviar preferably. After all, $15000/mo only goes so far.
How does he (PT) keep getting away with it ? There have been a lot of people like him who have spent slammer time + hefty fines. So what is his secret ? You think there is a dossier on him..... SEC collecting all of the
violations ? Nine plus years of lies. Difficult to understand.
It would be interesting to see G & A expenses itemized as well as Exploration expenses.
PT has found all available hidey holes to enhance his already unearned compensation.
The question is, how many times must this scenario play out before there is general recognition that investors are being played ?
What gold miner did you find with one billion dollar start up cost ? Please provide source of your information.
Can you cite an example of a producing gold mining company that owes its existence to a weekend hobby miner ? One with a record of aborted attempts to produce and a record of misstatements and obvious diversionary tactics such as those employed by MXSG ? Or perhaps one that began operations with virtually no formal study of the economic feasibility by a third party ?
Maybe if they hire enough inexpensive Mexican obreros and pay them with worthless shares they could make a deep hole. But 480 feet is a LOOOONG way down.
HAVE to love the enthusiasm here. PT writes 1.2 or 1.5 g/t and the acolytes immediately start scribbling... 1.5 X 8,000 tons per day, we're rich.
Lucky if 1/8 of that ore/dirt yields 1.5 g/t Guess you can't blame them though, Lemas makes his projections in the same manner.
'Scuse me while I change ID's.
From last 10K...
Using previously developed geological mapping the company plans to mine the Julio quartz vein and the adjacent shear zone via open pit mining. The existing Julio vein, with depths to 30 meters and widths from 1 to 4 meters, has values ranging from 1.5 to 186 grams Au per ton.
So Mexus plans to become an open pit mining operation like Hurradura ? That might take an expenditure of funds that MEXUS is incapable of raising even with more toxic notes.
186g/ton Au = 6 oz/ton can't wait for them to dig THAT hole. LOL
California dreaming.....paying off home mortgages and buying private islands.
Waiting with "baited breathe" to see how General and Administrative Expenses reads in the 10Q. Apparently that was providing approximately a little over $200K per quarter for the Thompson family's coffers last year. Factor in the inflationary cost of pencils, erasers, printer paper and ink........ and Christmas approaching it may increase substantially this quarter.
California dreaming MXSG a dream unfolding. Definitely unfolding and imploding. Events have been heading towards a cataclysmic meltdown and finale for a while now. I'm really surprised that Thompson's missteps, possibly because of ignorance, have not bitten him in the buttocks yet. The constant deception and misdirection (diversion) are methods he has come to employ and has succeeded with some. But it will not work forever.
So to what do you ascribe the dismal failure of MXSG ? Is it the ineptness of Thompson, for I have searched his past (5) ventures and can find no record of success.
Is it because there is no economically recoverable gold ? Results would indicate a combination of both.
Whether it was Thompson's intention to mine the property profitably or a scheme devised to extract money from investors is subject to conjecture. I tend to believe the latter.
MXSG septic holding ponds.
Maybe altruistic Thompson would like to contribute a few million from his horde of shares. Why not give him a call and propose that selfless gesture ?
Aw ya found me out. It's the Cabal...Newmont, Barrick and Kinross and they can't wait to get their hands on the hobby miner's playground. They heard about the bonanza gold and they hired a bunch of us to destroy MXSG's credibility but then they decided Mexus was doing a fine job of that all by themselves.
Y'all keep dreamin' the conspiracy dream, I'll play.
So they are "storing" all of the aborted tailings to process them at a later, more propitious time ? Clever. Just when everyone thought they couldn't produce squat, suddenly here come the amazingly rich piles of sludge. Ole PT playin possum.
So the area that high yielding ore came from was barren after the initial load ? C'mon, you can do better than that. So all was lost because of MarMar's snafu ? Down the old proverbial drain ? Complete loss, all that precious material lost ? Guffaw
Pointless is a good call but not for your reasons.
Ooops, screwed that batch up...the one containing 40 ozs. Au. Wash it all away, go grab some more dirt and start over gain. LOL
Uh, wait a minute. Stripped off meaning ? You telling me it was processed ? You mean there ISN'T bonanza gold waiting at the end of the rainbow ?
Elena is much richer that the area described and the 1.2g/ton is a better choice ? Yeah, 1.2g/ton close by is a much better choice than 12 - 14g/ton that is further out.
I can agree with one statement, that/those PR's are not relevant, nor were they EVER relevant
Looking at MXSG or any other penny stock to pay off your mortgage is like betting on a three legged horse. It appears at the starting gate but it ain't gonna win place or show.
Those that say they don't look at all of the lies of the past look only at the spikes that have occurred and those were wild speculative moves prompted by nothing other than momentum, not because of fundamentals. Mexus HAS no fundamentals.
Getting MXSG green every day will be like Mexus actually producing gold at a profit. Ain't gonna happen.
Where is all of that "bonanza grade" that was mentioned ?
"The Julio Vein extends more than 800 meters before it buries and is known for high bonanza grades which includes the underground mining site on the property and is estimated at 415,000 tons on the surface with a minimum of 5 grams per ton. There are also four shear zones recognized in the area. Shear Zone 1 is coincident with the Julio Vein and had a sample graded at 11.5 grams. Shear Zone 2 is 400 meters to the south east and parallel to the vein system 1 through 5. Shear Zone 3 contains a bonanza pocket which had sample results as high as 19 grams and was graded at an average of 5.5 grams from assayed sample results. Shear Zone 4 presently contains some pits, adits and shafts and graded 2 grams from eight samples."
Now it appears the anticipated yield has diminished to 1.2g/ton and even at that there apparently is no appreciable amount of gold recovered.
Mining at a profit ? Don't think so !
