Have you (or anyone) encountered the SEC requirement that a miner must be in “full production” before
being allowed to publish the results of a gold sale ? Who would be responsible for the issuance of the “full production” credential ? Hobby miners of America ? Would their authority extend to Mexico ? Beyond ?
I have researched the rules but alas have once again come away empty handed. Of course I also fell short when performing DD on Mexus. I thought it was a sham.
