I get the $11.50 strike price part, but what's that one warrant plus one share means? What's the fee involved?

I checked with fidelity and they didn't mention anything other than 11.50 strike prices, and you will get 1/2 share for each warrant, and no additional fee.

yes, I am saying warrant provides high risk and reward if you believe that this company will trade over $12 by 2022. I see that it is quite possible but that said everybody has different risk tolerance, so play to your strength and good luck

$XELAW Fidelity confirmed today that warrants exercise price is $11.50.. so this is like options with expiration in 2022. Best way to play the upside for this company in long term.. potential 10X to 100X if you managed to not sell once you get 2 to 5X gains
