I think this company fooled many people over the years.
Sorry about your loss, at least your handle is a good fit now...
:o)
LOL.
Did Buffet also said to buy penny junk stock with toxic financing???
There is no Buffet investing here, only short term gamblers who became "investors" since they don't know how to cut losses.
My point is that institutional holdings is very low for a company with P3 trials of multi-million dollar drug.
You already missed the first blink:

The 6.8% was a payment for Tyrnovo
ADR holdings is dismal:

Read the proxy.
It stated their why RS will be needed.
If they can get someone else to give them the money they need, they might be able to avoid RS, otherwise the financiers will force them to do it.
AKsquared.
If Mike was short since he started posting his warning, he should be dancing all the way to the bank right now....And he got enough time to cover at major profit before any "squeez".
So far the only people who are getting squeezed, are the longs who didn't understand the type of financing this company and management signed for.
Management don't have any skin in the game, they hold less shares than most of the people here (my guess) and keep using the financing to pay their bloated salaries.
The financiers can just short as many shares as the want (until they reach 500MM) and cover with fresh new shares the company just issued them.
They have the 0.05 limit, so they can force the company to do the RS and start the game again (or foreclosure on the cash).
The only way the company can get out of it, is to sign a new finance deal that will pay current Note holders and provides the cash for operation.
If they can't find a new one, it tells you what their technology is worth.
I see disappearing messages.....
:o)
Can you please tell me what was so great about his DD ?
There was no link or reliable source for his claims in regards to number of outstanding and number of shorts.
Claiming that the company is lying in SEC filing is not the smartest thing to do on message board and some posters did just that.
Good luck with this position, but I learned long time ago that when I try to tell the market what to do, the market teaches me a lesson, so I'm not fighting it.
Sure do.
Have you read the convertible description ?
True, always do DD and learn some history...:
https://www.splithistory.com/nspr/
http://www.massdevice.com/inspiremd-pulls-mguard-prime-eps-stent-suspends-us-trial/
He pulled it from the same place he pulled the $975K on DRYS....
I'll recommend Febreze.....
RS or no RS ?
Reasons for the Reverse Stock Split
To enable repayment of the Notes in shares of common stock . The Notes issued in the Note Financing may be converted at the option of the holder thereof. In addition, we are required to make periodic repayments of the principal amount thereof in either shares of common stock or cash. Any repayment of the Notes in shares of common stock is at a discount to the then current trading price, subject to a minimum price floor of $0.05 per share. Our ability to make repayments in shares of common stock is subject to the satisfaction or waiver of certain conditions in the terms of the Notes. Despite the 2016 Reverse Stock Split (as defined below), the Company’s ability to issue shares in payment of installments of principal has been dependent upon waivers of certain of such conditions. If the trading price of our common stock is near or below $0.05 per share, we may not satisfy such conditions, the holders of the Notes may have no economic incentive to waive such conditions and the holders of the Notes may require us to repay the Notes in cash. We may not have sufficient funds for such repayment in cash, which could result in the acceleration of the Notes and foreclosure and repossession of the cash proceeds from the original issuance of the Notes held in a restricted account. Any loss of such funds would materially adversely affect our ability to fund our operations.
So, no RS and they will have to pay back in cash.....
Which is almost the lowest in the last 6 month (and we don't know how many shares were converted in May, I think we are around 200MM now)

They started converting January this year, but they also got interest to pay beside conversion.
So the BS is not in the filling, is by some on this board......who think the company is lying in SEC filing....
LOL
You forgot who got those shorts on board.....the company...
The stock will go up when the financiers want it to go up.....
You know what the first lesson in the lesson learned Data base?
Read the lesson Learned.....
No....
They not making the drug, they making the delivery system.
In Europe it's sell as device, so only device approval was needed an just look at the 10K to see how "great" the sales are.
In the US it targeting as Combo (drug/device), so FDA approval is needed.
Where do you see a billion dollar company in here???
I see a company where management ensuring their fat paychecks while screwing shareholders who don't understand the financing.
If it was a billion dollar company I would expect management to hold more than the few thousand dollars their current (free) shares are worth (about 150K shares total....)
$180 million market cap?
Why?
Hmmmmm....
I think you meant burn them UP...
DOWN won't do the job.
LOL
$1.38 might be better.....
Look like I missed my run prediction by 1 day.
Enjoy it guys/gals.....while you can....
:o)
I know.
Looks very similar to DRYS and GBSN with this toxic financing.
I saw it in the past and learned to run away when I see this kind of convertibles.
LOL.
Based on your L2 reading - Yes...
:o)
They had a bout 2 up days every 2 weeks over the last several month, so I figured out they might repeat it and all the jokers around here will jump again and say "Trend Changed"
Guess what - they won't even allow this for now.....
I'm still watching from the side and keep saying the same thing I said in January/February:
This is a junk company running by incompetent management, so you better stay away.
But NO, all you great traders knows best....so be it...
I thought they will repeat the pattern of 2 days up every 2 weeks.
Looks like I was wrong (but didn't buy any, so just watching)
Don't worry, based on chart, time for 1-2 up days......(maybe 3..)
So you are saying the company is lying in public sec filling???
Yep, looks completely illegal since they hide controlling interest by creating multiple accounts.
If this is the case here, it's sure illegal too, but I don't know who and how many investors there are, so can't really tell.
Also, management was involved in this scam, so do you think current DCTH management also getting kicks back ?
(Mike said previous management got caught doing something illegal)
What about the interest payment ???
Hudson Bay sold out of the stock (check Nasdaq filling)
And where did you get the idea of Israelites? (one guy from Israel)
https://hudsonbaycapital.com/history.
I guess you will try to blame everyone for YOUR stupidity....
This is the Biggest Diluting Machine in the Entire Nasdaq market! The crap company will keep doing the Endless Huge dilutions and the Repeated Big R/S to rob all the innocent investors until Nasdaq shuts the pos scam down to protect NSPR investors... The only winner here is those smart flippers.
3 RS since 2012

Toxic financing with toxic converts:
Read SEC filling
This is what you said at over $2
And it's getting "better" everyday
There is a gap on January 23rd, from 1.38 to 1.53.
The 1.38 might need to be close first....
We will see.
Andrew.
The company signed this deal fully aware of what might happened.
I told everyone here to read the filling and also posted some of the relevant stuff.
But people are looking at stupid website instead of doing real DD.
I think many here getting some lessons on toxic financing and how companies can screw their shareholders legally....
And BTW, management don't have much skin in the game, they own very little shares, but make sure to use the financing to pay their bloated salaries.....So.....
LOL
Than sue the company for initiating this.....
Or keep finding more of your "amazing" websites which shows how much this junk...errr....company is worth.
LOL.
After all the Naked longs here (lost their shirts and shorts), were claiming the "naked" shorts going to burn.....
Why people don't understand who the shorts are and where do they get unlimited of shares to cover ???
(Hint...the company is supplying them the shares)
Still fun to watch...
Best of luck.
I'll stay on the sideline for now.
LOL
This one have been a submarine for a long time....
:o)
Market is up today.....
NSPR is great for flippers only since they have toxic financing and will keep diluted share holders
Here is the last few weeks swings - great for trade only.
