The company signed this deal fully aware of what might happened.
I told everyone here to read the filling and also posted some of the relevant stuff.
But people are looking at stupid website instead of doing real DD.

I think many here getting some lessons on toxic financing and how companies can screw their shareholders legally....

And BTW, management don't have much skin in the game, they own very little shares, but make sure to use the financing to pay their bloated salaries.....So.....
