How to cheat investors with fake CEOs by promoting a real product.

The fight network (TFN), a popular fight channel in Canada, has bled thousands of investors for millions of dollars through Blackout media (BKMP.PK) a holding company. Sandy Winick and Mike Garrow, the co-founders of TFN, promised prosperous future to thousands of investors in 2005 when they launched TFN by claiming it to be next ESPN. Sandy Winick, whose shady background can be traced on stockpatrol.com has duped investors number of times and has always escaped from SEC and law authorities. The following facts will reveal startling truths about ways on duping investors by pink sheet CEOs.
1.Sandy Winick, founder of BKMP, (official website www.blackoutmedia.com has a single welcome page since its inception in 2005, so no traceability and contacts), never had an official email address. He replies on a yahoo email swinick22@yahoo.com and one year back resigned as CEO of BKMP when investors started demanding facts about BKMP's holding in TFN after two years of dilution of shares. The names of new CEO, Mr. Samai Singjan, and new secretary, Miss Bukra Katupot, sound too uncommon and there is not even single information about new CEO on the Internet. Interestingly, Mr. Singjan also replies on a yahoo email ssingjan@yahoo.com and his writing style matches exactly that of Mr. Winick. The lesson learned is that when you as a CEO are hounded by investors, just resign from your company and put fake names in management, the names which can not be located in any part of the world. Now investors of BKMP.PK are left in the dark as the new CEO, Mr Singjan, refuses to give out his contact details and claims that he is too busy in other ventures while Mr. Winick says that he is not anymore accountable for BKMP after his resignation. The investors can not write off the stock as a loss for tax return since nobody wants to buy the stock. In other words, the money is down the drain for investors with not even an iota of return while TFN is prospering along with Mr. Winick and Mr. Mike's bank accounts.
2.To entice more investors into black hole BKMP, Mr. Sandy Winick, issued 10,000 preferred shares for each common share in Sept. 2006 as a gift for investors. The total number of preferred shares issued were in trillions as BKMP shares were around 15 billions. Any sane CEO on earth would not issue trillions of preferred shares. Mr. Winick proclaimed that new issued shares would be tradable under a new symbol by NASD and investors would benefit from that, which unfortunately was a white lie. The investors still kept investing as Mr. Winick kept boasting about stake in TFN through BKMP along with Mr. Mike Garrow on 2nd anniversary of TFN. The scam of providing free preferred shares in Sept. 2006 to entice more investors and dilute common shares worked and Mr. Winick diluted outstanding shares of BKMP to extreme. Furthermore, in Feb. 2007, Mr. Winick dropped the bombshell by saying that preferred shares could be converted into restricted common shares by paying $150 for each billion of preferred shares issued. Some of naïve investors paid for that scam too and Mr. Winick again made a fool of investors.
3.When investors started questioning the credibility of BKMP in 2007, Mr. Winick released a PR that TFN is being in stage of buyout and BKMP's investors will benefit from the transaction. After 4 months of waiting when investors could not get any information, TFN released a PR through BKMP that TFN has new funding and new CEO which was not what was promised by Mr. Winick. After that, Mr. Winick went silent and did not release any news on BKMP's new stake in TFN. After three months when investors got restless and started enquiring TFN's staff in Canada about BKMP's stake, Mr. Winick resigned from BKMP and put two fake persons in charge of BKMP. Now Mr. Winick is enjoying success of TFN and made tens of millions of dollars from hard-earned money of investors.


4.Every news of TFN was released through BKMP but when investors came to know that their stake is getting reduced with further dilution and less percentage in TFN, Mr. Mike and TFN distanced themselves from BKMP. Now at the bottom of TFN, the link to BKMP (http://www.thefightnetwork.com/blackout.html) does not exist which was there for more than 2 years. How can Mr. Winick and Mr. Mike roam free after swindling millions of dollars. Evey investor of BKMP called Comcast/Directv/Warner in the last two years and requested for TFN in US and other countries to help TFN expand all over the world. Many investors bought shopping from TFN's store and promoted the channel all around. But in the end, every investor is left with nothing but worthless shares.

I would request you to throw light on this scandalous channel TFN which has ruined bank accounts of thousands of investors. Please do in depth research on BKMP and expose TFN and BKMP's lies to the world. You can find more information about this scam by going through PR news of BKMP on finance.yahoo.com and investorshub.com and other stock websites. Also, please try to contact Mr. Winick, Mr. Mike and Mr. Singjan( a CEO supposedly in Thailand, though I am sure does not even exist in this world). New shareholders would like to know the contact address and real CEO of BKMP before investing even a penny.

Please try to do some DD on current situation of BKMP.
Its fake address, unreal contact no., no website, no real CEO, no official email address, no existing business except non-voting shares in TFN. I am sure you will try to prove yourself right this time in your prediction unlike umpteen times in the past where you were blatantly wrong in your each prediction.

I raised this voice of "Samai is Sandy" in last November but people just bashed me for it. Now the reality is unfolding for most.

I think you were talking about month of July in last few days for movement in BKMP with regards to MMA and TFN. Now you are saying that in next 3 months, if nothing happens. I am also invested like you and am carrying this bag of worthless shareholders. But as a brother's advice, I just want you to analyze the current situation with some rational thinking.

I agree with you that Sandy keeps duping investors but the most funniest part I have found is that some people lack so much in quotient of intelligence that they keep refusing to face the reality. Boasting of running million of dollars through hands doesnt make a bank teller a smart guy!

Scammy Samai says that they did not do what we wanted them to do for Happy Encounters. Has he ever clarified what they stand for.

Just read the email by Samai (Sandy): I will release PRs only when I feel like. What has he done in last 8-9 months since he took over the job. Just release one PR of Happy Encounter and enjoy life with money made out of investors of BKMP.

First of all, you have to answer what I asked. Who in BKMP is the contact person for buyout. Where is the contact information for CEO or office address. What about BKMP's website. Dont you wonder if you are running a business, you should have one contact address with a real person running it?
Now coming to your question, I have already invested a lot here but have no intention of buyin more. This will be the last stock on earth that I will consider buying again. and I am pretty sure everybody invested here will not invest another dime in this POS.

Now coming to hope statement, hope should be realistic and not just a vain hope. You have been hoping for so many months and years but keep ignoring the real facts. Now with stock brokers closing down the accounts, it should wake you up that this stock is dead. If you still believe that it will run, I feel sorry for your overly optimistic attitude since hope alone can not take you anywere. Your actions along with hope can move mountains but since in this case, actions are controlled by Sandy aka Samai who have done everything to dash your hopes. So your hopes will be fruitless no matter how long you keep hoping for.

Dude...my personal opinion is that BKMP has already sold its voting rights to TFNG and Sandy has eloped with our money. Now BKMP is not in picture of TFN's operations and you know this. If somebody has to buy BKMP's share of TFN, whom will he contact?????

For buying this POS, one needs a person from whom this POS can be bought and at this moment, we dont even know whether Samai is Sandy or a real person.

This will just remain here as such until one day you will hear that BKMP's stake in TFN is not existing anymore since BKMP has invested fully its gains in Happy Encounters.

I think we should make two sub-discussion boards under BKMP.
1. that discusses information directly related to BKMP. e.g. BKMP's stake in TFN, Happy Encounters, Samai's contact info etc.
2. that discusses all the news happening in world and connecting it to BKMP's success. e.g. Does Trump know about TFN and how it will make BKMP fly high. Why Randy does not leave TFN. What will be next move for Affliction.

I am wondering how Trump knowing about TFN will be good for BKMP since we do not have any contact information of BKMP.

Since BKMP is diversifying into Happy Encounters, should not we try to do DD on Happy Encounters than Trump and Affliction.

Nobody wants to do it because there is no information available just like no real CEO of BKMP.
Everybody is scared to invest in this POS and those who are stuck are trying all ways to pump it to make an exit without even caring for new investors. I think we are no more different from Sandy since he cheated on us and we are trying to do the same to new and naive investors.

I sent an email to all the newspapers in Canada but did not follow it up since I filed a complaint with SEC for BKMP's fraudlent acts. I think media may not pursue it as ardently as the law. But I am not here to bash this stock and am not being negative. I am just realistic and logical. If anybody looks at the 0 volume of BKMP, one will realize that this POS is done for now. But only people who want to make breakeven or get rid of this stock are pumping it up. Nobody cares to look at the real situation and take necessary steps. Eventually, everybody will cry out loud. I know it may take only few months to land in such a situation. As some of people here are saying that July is the month, I gurrantee that nothing will happen in July and not in August and not in any coming month. We will see and I am pretty confident since I am saying everything based on real facts than connecting two distant points on a circle to make my point.

This stock will fly high but only when BKMP's official address and owner will be known. Since BKMP has nothing to do with Affliction and fights shown on TFN, popularity of Afflication will never move this POS. If it were the case, we would have seen volume more than 0 for last few months. Now just making assumptions and making vain hopes are the only ways to solace yourself otherwise 0 value in Scottrade for BKMP shares should wake you up by now. If it did not wake you up, either RS or delisting will do that since it is going to be 1 year soon and after 18 months, Sandy will not be accountable for this mess as per law and this is what he is targeting for.

You are assuming and believing the situation. But reality says something different. Why would anybody threaten him for no reason. If he is a seasoned CEO, he knows what challenges could lie ahead. Just getting a threat and leaving the future of thousands of shareholders in dark without any notice does not make sense to me. He has cheated so many times that it will be impossible to believe that he was honest this time and fault lied with somebody else.

If this were the case, then every CEO would have given up the job and ran away.
First please tell us who told you that Sandy's family was threatened. If you tell us that Sandy said so, then I think you trust him too much and have not done enough DD on that scammer.
Everybody knows what kind of person he is. And if he is threatened, we should look at his previous actions before supporting him.

Everybody invested here would never like to b#$% this stock.
But every rational person has realized by now that he/she has been scammed by Sandy and this POS is done. People keep saying that let us wait for coming month and this will move. I have been hearing this for last 7-8 momths. It will move only but in downward direction and not upward. The lack of accountability by BKMP has driven away all new investors and has discouraged others to invest more in this one. The day we come to know about correct address and CEO of BKMP will be the day when people will be serious about this stock. I know that day will not come and as such I am not having vain hopes on this because I have admitted being scammed and losing it all. But some who dont realize it by now should do some DD on BKMP and past history of Sandy the Great Scammer instead of fight news on TFN. As long as BKMP is not showing any accountability to shareholders through real contact address and real CEO managing the company, TFN's success will never touch BKMP. Stocks on NYSE that trade below values are victims of MMs but there is no such evidence for BKMP's condition. BKMP's current and future fiasco is the result of Sandy's selfish moves. I have a strong conviction that Sandy has been paid enough to go into hibernation and BKMP has become worthless as a result. If Sandy had personal stakes in BKMP, he would have been pumping it all the time. Since he made his fortune through our investments, he left BKMP in the middle of freeway. It is easier to prove that Samai does not exist than the other way around. We have seen Sandy in pictures/parties of TFN and talked to him. Show me one person or an alien who has seen Salami or talked to him. No contact info and no photo proves it very simply. Now dont pick a random photo from google images and tell that it is Salami :)

I can understand your excitement but Sandy is not anymore controlling BKMP and as such does not give a damn. He never gave one even when he ran as CEO of BKMP. Regarding Samai, there is no real person with such a name atleast on this planet. So BKMP with no controlling person and no contact information will never see any movement. I second you Cardvic. No contact information about BKMP on any website shows what this stock has to offer for any investor. In this era where you can find any information on internet, one fails to find any contact information about BKMP, its CEO, Media Consultng, Happy Encounters etc. And the list goes on.

I support you Cardvic and have the same philosophy of not losing a game with a defeatist attitude. I hope other people realize it soon and we all unite to give this scammy Sandy sleepless nights in Toronto forever.

I dont think people invested here can just take invaluable lessons learnt as ROI!!! We should make sure that Sandy (Salami) gets what he deserves. We have already lost the money but by spending a few dollars more, we can make sure that Sandy does not get that money. Happy Encounters was announced to swindle the money of shareholders by additional 3 billion shares and give back nothing. What do we know about Happy Encounters at this moment except one deluding PR?

I am sure there are still people out here who will keep believing in Samai Slimjim/Sandy's committment to investors or BKMP's success with TFN's success. But we should do some DD and find out why BKMP has not been showing any activity inspite of TFN's expansion across the world. The plain truth is BKMP has milked out all the money it could and now doesnt care for shareholders. Why cannot we find even an iota of contact information of BKMP on earth. I believe most of shareholders here did not invest just for sake of gambling. I believed in TFN and as such in BKMP.
If investing in Pink Sheets is same as gambling, then I think it is better to gamble in Vegas because you will know the results right away rather than waiting for more than 2 years and still not knowing your cards!!!

I am stuck here too but just bashing people who ask very logical questions and supporting pumpers and fortunetellers who bring nothing but false hopes of making millions irks me..

Because
1. There is no single real contact address of BKMP on earth.
2. No real person running this company. Only virtual personality called Slim Jim
3. No real information about what BKMP holds in TFN at this moment after new investors came in.
4. No real PR. Last PR talked about Media Consulting which too does not exist in real world.
5. No real Happy Encounter. Only an idea to diverge attention from TFN's stake if it is still there.
6. Nobody interested in filiing a complaint against scammy Sandy in SEC.
7.Most investors pinning just hope or dream. Nobody doing DD on BKMP or cannot find one.
8. Most of shareholders searching for news on MMA or TFN but not even one on BKMP and if they try, cannot find it.
9. No real dividends given to shareholders till now.

And the list will go on.

TFN will definitely not like to get involved and we may get something out of it otherwise forget this investment and invest in IPO of TFN afresh.
