It is strange. I know Mazurek is designing and building pools now. No longer owns eclipse cbd company. It’s really sad. Steve busted his butt to try and get msmy into a much bigger company. Pete budajeb and Biden screwed him over big time. From what I was told Msmy was close to signing with susan coman for breast cancer patients to be able to get cbd products to ease pain. Susan is HUGE in breast cancer segment. Anyway, from what I am told is Msmy had tons of bottles of eclipse cbd filled, but during covid it was dry tough to get products. Their caps for the bottles were sitting out in those ships in the harbors. Since budajeb was on destroying the nation like Biden, he wouldn’t let the ships in. Coman signed with someone else and it killed msmy. Mazurek was busting his butt every day even on weekends because no one would work during covid as well. As he had a younger family and Ashley was dealing with some things, he needed to be home more and the decline of msmy went fast. I couldn’t get my money out fast enough and lost incredible amounts of money. I was so very promising. Steve was buying back shares and during all things an honest person could do to help the company. Situations killed it. In desperation, he sold the ticker to this phantom seeming guy that has been silent for 2 years. Now that I’m out of it, it will probably take off. I had 27m shares at one point. Rags to riches to rags in less than a years. That’s the otc.

You’re right Msmy has been out of the cbd business for over 2 years. Msmy is owned by Wilson’s trucking company. There has been zero news from him. Don’t know why he would pay 100k cash for a shell and do nothing with it for 2 years. I know a guy who was owed by Mazurek, investigated the sale and he confirmed Wilson paid 100k cash for the shell.

Never mind. They’ve done 4 splits since 2018. I thought the sec wouldn’t allow splits very year. What sense would it make to reverse with only 274m shares. 1/10 would only leave 27 mil shares. Doesn’t make sense. The nasdaq doesn’t allow the BS allowed in otc.

They just did a r/s in Jan of 23. They can only do one very 4 to 5 years by Feb rules right?

Ram….hes dumped yet another 13 million today. Almost all volume is dilution. Was looking forward to proving those bashers wrong, but it appearently coming true. Passley doesn’t keep the shareholder informed, but wants us to keep buying his dilution. Evil person! Personally (and I’m no professional) don’t think charts matter in the OTC as much as emotions. Totally move a penny stock. And when one starts taking off, the MMs do everything in their power to hold it down. This is what I’ve experienced.

I decided to get out today. No more talk about drones on epazz. Even their last tweet was about web based internet. Don’t trust passley as he is still dumping shares today. My personal feeling is he’s trying to milk everything out of epaz and put it all into zena. I tried to look up the mother company of zena and I didn’t see epaz listed. So I don’t know what he’s doing now. Looking like the contracts (if) they even get signed will benefit Epaz holders. SO sad.

As far as I see it it the cancelation of the 235m shares. Is this an ownership change of personal as well or just the the cancelation of shares? Nice to see a ceo canceling shares.

Thanks. It will be refreshing to see a company that isn’t a diluted pig. Been in quite a few. CEO promises all kinds of things just to get people throw money at it. Only to raise AS, OS and set it up for a reverse. Some evil people out there for sure.

Just got out of a couple losers and put into this. Looks like a much better company. Anytime a company cancels shares, it shows to me it cares at least a little for shareholders.

I can’t believe passley dumped another 6 million today on top of the sell off today. Seems he’s totally liquidating Epaz to dump it all into zena. Should be some Finra regs against that. Royalties don’t mean a thing when it’s microscopic. Not even a tweet for the shareholders, not that they mean much anyways.

Hoping your enthusiasm for epaz is correct. Still holding shares. Seen it before and had it happen to me where companies just leave shareholders in the dark until they just vanish. I don’t believe Epaz will vanish, just don’t want Epaz to be left in the dark as zena takes off, or get 1 for 100 shares equivalent. Hopefully they give us some good news coming for us.

Jedi, sky, as I see it, epaz (passley) has sold approx $600,000.00 from the AS into the free market. Likely more to come. These funds seem to be helping zena only and not Epaz as the drone sector is the up and possible coming. If Epaz does actually get some of the fallout from zena selling drones. They will have to make a whole bunch of money for the Epaz shareholders to make bank.

I’ve emailed them numerous times and got no response. They won’t shareholders anything but fluffy tweets. So you got a live person that you talked to?

With 123 employees, you should have more than 1 guy watching EVERYTHING. At least a CFO. Someone watching the money. AND to maintain a shareholder base, someone that communicates with them. If they are lucky enough to be able to move up a board (QB) or 2 (NASDAQ), passley wouldn’t be able to dilute hundreds of millions of shares making our shares very diluted, without sec or finra or both looking as to why. Someone said that epaz did a reverse in 2016 so not to worry about it. Maybe they can only do one a decade. Who knows.

I’m hoping that this info I pulled up is not binding for what Epaz wants to do. Maybe the nasdaq whisper was only to get buyers…who knows. They are skipping the QB board which is a much better board than the OTC. The SEC seems to care less about OTC stocks and doesn’t prosecute companies doing illegal things. I’ve seen it in many other stocks. However FINRA seems to regulate Pennie’s a bit more. The next week or so she s going to be interesting. Was thinking of buying some more but sky, Jedi, and others won’t answer my question of how to get to the nasdaq from hundredths of a penny, without a 1/1000 reverse. Kind of scares me. There s no easy answer.
