I would think it would have to be approved by the nasdaq board. Thats the whole reason I got out the otc Pennie’s is that naked shorting and mm’s couldn’t just have free rein. The nasdaq board can just say nope… not going to let you and we will notify the sec that you can’t. WHO is here to protect the honest investors? Thought that was the reason for these organizations in the first place. Are they as corrupt as the government? Stupid question isn’t it? There will be a special place in hell for such people.
