WAMU
We owned equity; just like owning a home. As an owner I want compensation for my share of all properties owned, including supplies left in closets and paper left in rest rooms.
Wow. Thanks tcm7 and CNAB. I looked at a bunch of similar tickers before I bought this one. I'll be buying more.
Yesterday they wanted it electronically, Now they want it by mail which is what kurztman said to begin with. here is zecco's email today.
Thank you for contacting Zecco Trading.
I tried calling you today but I am unable to reach you. It is important that the ballots are submitted by mail directly to our clearing firm. Please complete the ballot, attention to “ReOrg department” and send to the address below.

According to Kurtzman, the hard copy must be mailed.eom
I have no clue who drives zecco's truck, I do know they bank with chase(I have an account with 'z' and seen how funds are routed). All purchases since that discovery are now routed through TDA.
thank you, oh-my-gawd thank you
well put, commons rarely see dividends because of the multiple tiers of equity. I assume their structured as to never change in value other than dividend fluctuation.
This has nothing to do with common equity, it is preferred and more than likely of a lesser value than that held by Bartozek.

re: BANKS ARE NOT LENDING IN THIS CLIMATE..unless you have a hefty business proposal showing almost guranteed sustainable revenues,over a long period of time etc..
exactly--good post
tda did not clear fridays totals
very good post, nice read. Thanks and good nite.
Civil, what rebel and her group are are doing is not being done as a Public Relations Firm, but as an informal method to disseminate information. $4500--- there was a day when I would have payed that much just to say Hi Honey, so who know's who payed this and who cares.
Be well and good luck. I think things will be appropriately plus, cause it's about time -- right--
Your a long, and you've done a good job here (thank you). Other longs have different procedures for initial entrance into an equity and they most certainly have varied exit points (driven by who knows what).
Rebelgirl and her group dig with a shovel and sift with a comb; listen and learn.
By the way your spit in my direction a couple of days ago pissed me off too.
re: "have to love a discloser, also only paid $4500"
And has a large following which reaches well beyond the ihub umbrella. I have tremendous respect for this group.
wish ya all the luck in the world s-belle: though I believe luck is no longer a concern, as a very lucrative conclusion is assured. imo
re: "pennystocktweeters.com merely is providing information"
Thank you. I appreciate what you do

this long does't particularly give a shji.those wheels got some high speed motion comin soon
All though most of us sign on to ihub with an anonymous header it does not mean we are hidden; if for some legal measure contact was necessary no one is anonymous. The poster claiming to be Bartozek (because of post content) had GD well better be Bartozek (our ceo LLeg, on topic).
Oh, well he wanted to get his library card first. Then of course mothers day is right around the corner. But as soon as that's all out of the way he will mail that 13 cent post card and we'll be listed.
That would be fascinating work polewaker.
It was interesting to watch the progress of that line as it was being built. Some of the installation was done by helicopter due to the terrain; those guys got brass.
I believe the pictures I have posted are on topic just to show that new power lines and power line repair are a constant. If NH, or neighboring states, need additional power, lines will be installed. I don't think any of Laidlaw's projects will be buried due to something as silly as to short an extension cord(I guess that's a dead argument but was an issue at one time).
here's the ones I've noted.
ds = disclosure statement
por = plan of reorganization
gsa = global settlement agreement
fc = fraudulent conveyance
piers= Preferred Income Equity Redeemable Securities
one I'd to see is SN
I think your right, we'll probably open below a penny on monday. good call.
That would certainly make things a little more rosy. Hopefully news wire as opposed to a pr though.
how much have you lost on lleg?
re:Read the boy who cried wolf!
I believe I just read it and I won't reading it again
lol, yep we're safe now eom
I'm not posting this for a product debate, I just found paragraph to be fitting
Since before the auto was invented, alcohol was the preferred fuel, cleaner burning, less carbon, less engine knock than petrol. The first internal combustion engines ran on alcohol. Samuel Morey invented the first one in the 1820's. Henry Ford made his first cars to run on alcohol. Gasoline was cheap, the public naive, gas won. During WWI, Germany quickly modified every auto to run on alcohol when fuel shortages threatened in 1915. The changeover will be fast and easy. It's inevitable this time. No cheap oil. It's artificially inflated for sure. I doubt it costs ten dollars per barrel. $3.75 per gallon times 55 gallons per barrel equals $206.25, that's $196.25 profit... minus shipping, refining, distribution, etc. That's less than 2,000% profit, minus shipping, refining, distribution, etc.

At this point risk vs. reward makes LLEG very attractive.
I have a great deal of respect for M Bartozek, and any inference or accusation that he is ripping off shareholders is horse sht.
How about someone update the stickies. Movement with any equity is based on buyer interest. Increase interest wherever and whenever possible -imo..
good for a chuckle, thanks Biz eom
Banks want a favor -- at your expense
You think Dimon might be chairing this greed?

good for a morning chuckle --well done eom
Are you basing this opinion on math skills or market comprehension? It certainly seems the two complement one another in a very tight parallel. My math skills are not as generous as yours so my numbers are not nearly as spectacular. I am really impressed by the numbers you posted for 1k%; If that equation were to somehow thwart absolutes I would buy a neighboring universe and display it as a hood ornament. I guess my market comprehension is lacking as well. I thought the lack of noticeable dilution, over the last few years, and the possibility of multiple projects coming to fruition makes LLEG very attractive. Add the possibility of up-listing and risk reward becomes reward > risk. None of these coming attractions have been substantiated by brick and mortar (other than Berlin and it just lacks a signature or two) but they are verifiably events in process.
It also appears to me LLEG has a substantial following with many holding --large-- and still buying; then again we see numbers differently.
good morning
math major are ya?
so we all repeat our selfs; the very minute management proclaims reverse split I will sell and never look back.
