Not sure if this is valid, but I have put in "SELL" orders for all my shares at prices a good deal higher than market; I believe this takes my shares out of the pool from which shares can be 'borrowed' to support short selling. Does anyone know if this works to prevent short sale speculation?

They can't file on time; they can't keep our shareholders informed. They don't seem to care about them. In fact, they take weeks to add up and account for hundreds of dollars in profit and revenue. Proportionally, Microsoft would take a millennium to file their returns. Oh, I forgot, we have to profit from domain names that we MAY own. Better capitalize on the sales potential of www.WTF.com and www.LOL.com which could one day (July 32nd) be worth as much as $50 (Hong Kong) each. Again, WTF? Hope you all enjoy a LOL!

I think it's fairly obvious that somebody is getting free shares and is dumping them at what to them is a profit. Otherwise the price makes no sense. The sad thing is, if this is a scam, I can't figure out who is making money on it. The sums involved seem so petty. But at this stage I have to say I have NO confidence in the company's ability to execute ANYTHING. It can't even file routine documents on time. My tax return is more complicated than the minimal 10Q etc. documents that have been filed. What took so long?

I think somebody's nose is growing longer. Or there's a different working definition of "on time" - I thought that meant delivered when promised.

1. If they are to move aggressively to increase revenue to 1M they must be well below that. I would not think that moving from .5M to 1M was aggressive.
2. Your math is interesting. 0 X 1,000,000 is still 0. Your factor would be true if there was previously revenue of 50 cents. Then 500,000 is a million times better.
3. I wish the market would see it as such an improvement.

Digital-Clarity are planning to MOVE AGGRESSIVELY to $1 million in revenue for this year - which says their current revenue is negligible. So BiteMArk is it for the moment. And BTW adult toys is not the same thing as porn. :) FWIW GLTA

Actually, not to get too carried away, those revenue ESTIMATES are based on some level of acquisition in the fuure; in other words, what they have on the table is already factored into the projections. I asked this at the CC.

A couple of comments: yes, I did the orders GTC; and in your scenario, to hold 300,000 you could make that GTC at 1.00 and have an order of 200,000 at .99 or whatever you were willing to sell at. Anyway, keeping my fingers crossed, someone leaped in and cut the pps so who knows what's going on.

Yes I'm not certain, but I think there have to be real shares for you to borrow before you can short sell.

IMPORTANT Re Short Selling I understand that if you hold shares and they are up for sale e.g. @ $1 (good luck) then those shares are NOT available for people to borrow and short. SO I have put SELL orders on all my shares (@ $.99) :) and taken them off the speculators' pool. Suggest we all do the same and stop the MMs from manipulating our stuff.
