So by the end of 2000 ONEV had an A/S of 50 Million with a little over 12 Million Shares outstanding. BY this point in time ONEV had spent almost 20 Million on the development stage. At that time the CEO, Dean Weber, had around 6 million shares, around half.

So that was the 1st time and over $7million was siphoned from shareholders and the company. Take a look did Dean sell even 1000 shares? Nope yet someone counterfeited and sold an additional $7 million of ONEV shares...

If we Fast forward to today ONEV is being subjected to the alleged legal, now illegal, type of counterfeiting known as "Naked Shorting". The folks playing this game have publicly berated ONEV over money spent for years.. It is a crime to fail to deliver and manipulate a share price....

I think its a great time for those posting rumors 24/7 on oNEV to be identified to the SEC and other authorities so they can be questioned abou thteir knowledge on the current fails.... I also think its a great tim eto support ONEV and their honest efforts on the wolrd changing 4th gen VR/AI interface....

I want ONEV looked at for past and present offenses of naked shorters, publicly,........

Hedge fund managers, broker-dealers, and institutional investors with significant trading activity in financial issuers or positions in credit default swaps will be required, under oath, to disclose those positions to the Commission and provide certain other information.

The Commission also approved a formal order of investigation that will allow SEC enforcement staff to obtain additional documents and testimony by subpoena. Investigators from NYSE Regulation and FINRA will be conducting a separate, parallel inquiry in coordination with the SEC by making on-site visits to various broker-dealers to address concerns about recent short selling activity.
