Could it be the Cytogenix legal team believes the Harris County Texas Judge over stepped its authority by awarding patents issued to a Nevada Corporation?
In regard to the synDNA manufacturing machine...
Did the device need to be stored in clean environment? How big was it? Is it still relevant or does it need to be upgraded?
I'll bet my buffalo nickel on a near term pullback (SPX) to 1060 and a year end high of 1230. Any takers?

What if the stuff really worked(s)? What if you didn't give a hoot about collegial shenanigans and managerial mischief? What if the scientists were really smart and figured it out and were onto something cool which benefitted society? Would it be a scam then?
I bought in because of the science. I am disappointed because I think we were too impatient and didn't give it a chance.
It is a penny stock. Let the buyer beware.
I just asked a simple question.
Truth - I found these posts on the internet. Are they your posts or are there other "Truths" out there which have strong opinions on cygx?

I did a little research ... the last time cygx saw 14 cents was in December 2007.
Much has changed since then, other things haven't:

I still own shares. If you don't - go away.
How can you say F is overpriced?
Compare the market caps of the competition:
F 12.01B
GM 702.08M
TM 120.81B
HMC 107B
Looks to me TM an HMC is overpriced, or F pps has some room to grow.
Hey Fec - been in this one since '05. We'll know soon won't we.
DOE offers first loan guarantee to solar firm
Fri Mar 20, 2009 4:13pm EDT
By Tom Doggett and Ayesha Rascoe
WASHINGTON (Reuters) - The U.S. Energy Department on Friday offered its first loan guarantee, worth $535 million, to solar company Solyndra Inc under a long delayed advanced clean energy program created by a 2005 energy law.
"This investment is part of President Obama's aggressive strategy to put Americans back to work and reduce our dependence on foreign oil by developing clean, renewable sources of energy," said Energy Secretary Steven Chu.
.....
Speaking at a Washington Post Company conference Friday, Chu said "we'll be announcing other loans in the coming weeks" for more renewable energy projects.

T.A.L.F could help. If XSNX can get their hands on some Bernanke bucks maybe they can make a go of it.
If your are implying anyone is attempting to "bust up the move" please place the blame on the person responsible. All Denis Gentles has to do is provide factual financial information about his company as required by the Pink Sheets exchange.
Until then, because this a Nevada company where liberal laws prevail, any future investors should be made aware of Denis's past predatory practices.

Now now BNY. This might be the best move for this company under this circumstance. There are many who still hold. And yes, I would like to see Denis end up in jail too ...
If this passes it is a game changer. When vehicle sales gets to 12.5M Ford goes green. Say goodbye to the current pps.

Senate adds tax cut for new car buyers to stimulus
Tax cut would make new cars cheaper, targeting consumers to help the ailing auto industry
WASHINGTON (AP) -- Maybe a tax break cutting the cost of a new car by $1,500 or more will lure customers into showrooms.
The Senate hopes so, adding the plan to a $900 billion package of tax cuts, benefit increases and government projects aimed at finding jobs for Americans and getting them to start spending again.
Interest payments and sales taxes on new autos would become tax deductible under a measure approved. A bill passed by the House does not have a tax break for new car purchases, but the final package that Congress hopes to send President Barack Obama later this month might.
But just maybe we can get Bob Vila to endorse this for 10 million shares and we'll be on our way !!!!!!!!!!
F-Series Drives Ford to Higher Market Share for Third Consecutive Month
- Ford, Lincoln and Mercury market share climbs again in December, marking third consecutive month of higher share
- Market share increases driven by F-Series truck; new F-150 piles up more sales and accolades
- Ford Flex caps 2008 with best sales month so far
- Ford Focus posts best sales year since 2004
- Ford Fusion ushers in next generation with near record sales in 2008
- Lincoln outperforms its luxury competitors, grows market share as 2008 concludes
IMO if the economy recovers just a bit to facilitate 12.5 million total vehicles Ford could return to a profit for at least one quarter in '09!
We need the market to jump soon. That will change the psychology and open the door to predictions of an economic rebound in the second half of '09.
Ford is well positioned here. They have updated their F150 with a six speed transmission. F250 and above will get six speeds by year end. They will benefit from the Obama infrastructure economic package (truck sales). There will be a media blitz in January to establish Ford as the predominant Green car company with the Fusion Hybrid, the fuel improvements to the F series, and the high mileage cars coming over from Europe.
Ford has recently gained market share - that trend IMO will continue.
Flipping? Bad move. Yes, this is a trading stock, but remember we have Kirk on our side.
Beam me up Scottie!
IMO many posts on this board have entered the realm of libel … maybe history will tell us for sure.
When I speak of society I define it as a jury of our peers. You neighbors – probably twelve of them depending on the jurisdiction. Surely you've been there, seen that.
So silly?
IMO in our society if you speak ill of others in a public forum you risk finding yourself living under a bridge with all your worldly possessions in a grocery cart.
Yup - $500 dollars
"Some Changing Regulations (Finally)"
It should read "in my opinion" - these are well thought out Federal regulations.

So ... we are now equating most CEO's to what?
In America we call that free enterprise.

In my opinion TruthHurts has accomplished nothing here.
As a stock holder I am willing to contribute $500 to any legal fund to silence these naysayers. It is not about winning or losing, it is all about risk and reward. I think we should just financially tie these naysayers up, legally drag it out, and suck them dry...
Why oil could hit $180 a barrel
By Jim Jubak
Just when crude is becoming more costly to extract and process, producers in three key countries are short of cash. And without that money, recent finds won't do much good.
Yikes! Oil at $117 a barrel. It has to go down from here, right?
Wrong. In the short term -- say, the next two years or so -- we're looking at bad news about global oil supply that could take the price of a barrel of crude to $180.

With this information - why isn't XSNX pps $1.00 or more?
I recently purchased a new Klegg Media Server. I have a HP Media PC connected to my Time Warner Amex cable which records live TV programs. My wife wanted a DVR player in the workout room so she could watch commercial free recorded TV while on the treadmill. After reading all the literature and firing up the Klegg I was able to quickly get a perfect picture on my 1080i wide screen TV.
I purchased a cheap 160G SATA drive for the Klegg and enabled the NAS software on my PC. The NAS lets the PC see the Klegg just like an internal hard drive with a drive letter except the unit is actually connected to my lan network.
I download some video files from my PC to the Klegg and discovered the Klegg would not play Microsoft Media dvr-ms files! After a little searching on the internet I found some freeware which automatically converts dvr-ms to mpeg. After converting the files I was able to play the stored videos from the HP Media PC on the Klegg. The picture quality was excellant as seen on my 80 inch wide screen projector. The remote worked great, pause instantly froze the picture, fast forward and reverse had a few to many speeds for my liking but worked okay. The sound quality was excellant. All in all I am happy with my purchase. I got the Klegg from Fry's for about $130, the SATA for $50. For the cost I'll probably purchase a couple more and wire up some more rooms.
Klegg could improve on this product by providing software to convert popular media formats to those supported by the Klegg.
Kleggs' new media server is getting some decent reviews from the techies.
This is a cool concept - it can pull video media off any Media PC and drive HD formated video to any connected TV. Each unit functions basically as a second video card for a networked media center. In fact - it can eliminate the TV direct connection to the M Server altogether thus saving space.
It looks like Klegg is test marketing it at Fry's before going national with it.
I think I'm going to buy one or two for my TV's not connected to my Media Server.

You might feel better, but I don't.
All the Klegg stockholders have a right to be upset. Posted on the website at pinksheets.com is Kleggs' 10-12G dated February 13, 2007 which clearly states each stockholder will be updated on a yearly basis of the fiscal health of the company. It further states there will be stockholders meetings, proxies, etc. Take a look.
IMO Klegg is in violation of its own article of incorporation in the state of Nevada.
I believe we must make our corporate leaders accountable for their actions. I am equally sure there are plenty of attorney's available to hold them accountable for their words.
There seems to be more wrong at Klegg than I would like to discuss. Root cause I believe is the lack of cash from sales. We can see it in the erratic stocking of product, long lead deliveries on updates, etc.
Rather than feed the fire from here in my opinion we should just wait it out. Sooner or later one of two things will happen: we'll find our investment totally worthless, or hopefully with time enough cash will be accumulated from sales where the company can sustain itself and get back on the path to accountability and an OTC upgrade. Remember there are other companies involved here with big holdings. If a UTEK gives up and would sell their holdings we’ll see sub pennies of the like we haven’t seen before.
We have a new institutional investor:

8K out:
ALISO VIEJO, Calif., January 29, 2008 -- XsunX, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: XSNX - News), a solar technology Company engaged in the build-out of its multi-megawatt thin film photovoltaic (TFPV) solar manufacturing facilities, announced the release today of a report providing a detailed, unbiased analysis of the Company's competitive position relative to incumbent PV-technologies and immediate competing products.
The report, funded by XsunX in response to market interest, was investigated and prepared by IBIS Associates, a management-consulting firm that specializes in assisting clients with business development decisions concerning materials based manufacturing technologies.
The report provides insight to the Levelized Cost of Electricity (LCOE), a metric by which electricity generation technologies are compared. This is an established basis for evaluating the cost of power generation methods taking into account those aspects of a technology's performance that directly impact power generation, efficiency, system cost, and reliability. The analysis compared the XsunX amorphous silicon ASI-120 module with a group of other solar technologies in a 1MW simulated installation in the Phoenix and Portland areas.
The IBIS study found cost and performance advantages in the use of the XsunX amorphous solar technology in contrast to conventional silicon wafer and three other commercialized TFPV technologies. As shown within the study, XsunX believes that its ASI-120 solar module, in large installations, can provide lower cost and superior performance to a marketplace seeking products that consistently and dependably deliver electricity over a wide range of environments.
"The study underscores the decisions we made to use amorphous silicon, and to pursue large, on-grid applications," stated XsunX CEO Tom Djokovich. "It is our business strategy to service the multi-mega watt solar farm installation market, working to deliver cost advantages. The study found that, if we chose to, we could market our products at well over $3 U.S.D. per watt and still provide operators of solar farms with substantive cost benefits relative to other technologies that claim to provide higher efficiencies," he added.
The report can be found on the XsunX web site at http://www.xsunx.com/product-intro.htm . XsunX and IBIS will be co-presenting the findings of the report at the Wire C 2008, Washington International Renewable Energy Conference, March 4 -6, Washington, DC.

The CES is drawing near. I see they have a booth in the digital signage area - they may be trying to highlight that part of their business. IMO this fits in well with their media center TV's and all. Any ideas on what Klegg may announce prior to the show?
The PPS appears to be holding up at these levels - the short term chart looks decent. Can we get a bump out of this?
