Speaking of Ford...
I was talking to a gentleman last week at a conference in CA. He works for a company that builds a diesel engine subsystem for Ford light duty trucks. He said that Ford cut orders for this component from 3000 units/week to 1500 units/month.
That is an 88% decline in purchases from Q1Q2…ouch.
Glad to see that Aero has staying power…maybe they should buy Borla?
Bottom Line…AERO on Performance Boats
As I now look at the AERO website, the devices looked like the 4040 or 3535 mufflers based on the ratio of exit diameter to OD. The mufflers were installed with about eight inches of larger diameter tubing protruding from the transom wall…then a radiused section that necked-down to the exhaust tip. There was an estimated 10”-14” total mounted behind the transom. I have no idea how much more pipe was mounted internally. But again…the AERO logo was in full and plain view as I drove by the craft.
BTW…I do remember that the trailer plate was from Massachusetts.
…GLTA
The two AREO mufflers were clearly visible as they protruded a little more than half way out of the transom. This section of Rt93 is two-lanes in Concord…I was no further than 6-8 feet away. The craft was painted a “Porsche Red”…I completely zoned on the tow vehicle…but we saw boat twice!!!
The AERO logos were in full plain view and unmistakable. I would have given anything for a camera, but because of my job, I can’t have a phone mounted camera.
We will be back at the lake this weekend…I will be AERO hunting in between enjoying my 3 and 6 year old kids. Maybe I could find them a nice boat to take a ride on????
…One old and cranky duck hunter from NH.
Bottom Line…AERO is now on performance boats
4K9P…about a three weeks ago, I was driving north on Rt93 in Concord New Hampshire. As I was chugging along in the left-lane, I happened to pass a large inboard. This was a “cigarette class” boat about 50 ft in length. The shimmer of the foot-deep shine was only surpassed by the two polished, stainless steel exhaust pipes protruding out the back of the transom. And by-golly...they were two AERO Exhaust mufflers…the AERO trademark was clearly visible as I whizzed by the stately craft.
Later that weekend, my wife and I were traveling to the lake in NE New Hampshire. I spotted the same boat on its trailer at a marina in Meredith, NH. I came back that same day with my camera…but the boat was nowhere in site.
Bottom Line…the potential market for AERO is not just limited to automobiles. As energy cost remain historically high, products like AERO will enjoy unusually fertile-ground for growth.
Bottom Line…the seeds were planted and are now starting to sprout.
…GLTA
Bottom Line…I bought more shares today.
Just look at the accumulation/distribution for this stock.
Bottom Line…this is not a short term move.
The float is almost gone…the price-kettle is starting to gurgle.

4K9P (44 Feet ?),
I like the progression of milestones and events that AERO is achieving. They obviously are following a strategic plan that will result in a company that will be “ready for prime time”. I’d rather buy the shares before the up-listing and move are complete.
I was buying shares late yesterday. Scottrade put the stock on a restricted buy-list so I had to call them to buy more. I purchased 500K near EOD. Someone else made the 35K buy after my trade cleared.
The order filled 180K@12 and 320K@13 on a 500K limit buy @13. I further asked the broker to please restrict my shares from loaning. They told me that because I have a cash account, that wasn’t happening. It would happen with a margin account however.
Gota go...I hear some lobster rolls calling my name…enjoy the weekend.
Thanks 4K9P…
Just thought I’d soak-up some “009” freebees.
I was the 500K earlier, then another 650K. They went through almost instantly.
BTW…how was the mountains? I’m at a lake now far from where you were…for the week. I think Andy and son(s) is joining us on Friday. I’m just passing through for a meeting at work this afternoon.
Hope all is well…Q1
Does anyone have a L2...please?
Great summation…your assessment is spot-on.
The downside risks are just about nil at this point.
I too will be adding more at these levels.
AERO has survived puberty and is ready to make its mark on the world. How often do you see this maturity in a “pink” or start-up venture? This stock is sub-penny…yes; but not for long. This company grew as far as it could without going public.
The hard part has been done. The shaky-years of working in someone’s garage until 2AM has paid-off. Is there risk in this stock…absolutely; but the risks are far less than if this company was two years younger in the business cycle.
Let’s start looking at the half-full glass and invest on business fundamentals and opportunity.
Their tipping point is about to become history.
AERO is well positioned for significant growth. They have invested considerably in “brand” and “image”…two required concepts which are often ignored and forgotten. Their marketing campaigns were investments in the future growth and adoption rates of the product line.
Now, AERO is ramping up its production and distribution capabilities. This seems like a logical plan and execution of their vision.
AERO can’t control the MM’s and trolls on I-Hub…nor should they. AERO isn’t concerned with the day-to-day machinations and manipulations on the PPS.
They have successfully exhibited research, development, planning, production, execution, and strategic vision. They’re ready to dance on a higher exchange…I don’t think it would have worked several years ago.
The longs know the value at this price. Short term hiccups influenced by flippers, MM’s, and charlatans will be met with intelligent and level-headed buyers.
I have doubled my position this week…and look forward to buying more at these prices.
GLTA
Tried to buy some more shares today...Just missed the LOD by .005.
Hope the 8K holds off until I spend my fresh cash.
I'm in Phoenix for a conference this week, so I won't be linked in until I return. Tell everyone I said hello.
Good Morning HAZH holders.
Golden Cross tomorrow…how ironic.
Great find Pietro...I urge everyone to view this presentation.

If you are an AERO investor...what are the rev numbers?
Surely you would know being an existing AERO shareholder?
If AERO has revs that high...we won't be getting 37%. I think the sweet spot for us is about 10M in revs. That would give us a higher percentage of a rapidly growing company. I'd rather invest earlier in the growth cycle.
I think revs will be a closer to 5M myself. My estimates have always been...5M-10M.

Charts are the key to profits.
I'd like a copy of the original post that was deleted where you talked about methods for shaking the MM blues.
I'm really trying to put the pieces of the puzzle together.
Something is lurking in the bushes.
Thank you...
Would you mind sending that in a PM?
Thank you in advance.

Could AERO be a buyout candidate?
The Husaker comment could also mean that AERO is being presented with an “acquisition opportunity”…to be purchased!! The language wasn’t narrow enough to exclude that possibility.
We are here...and buying more.
These bashers aren't getting their dirty little fingers on my shares.
Thanks Doc.
Please forward a copy this way as well.
GAP Prevention...What if I sell a token amount to preempt the GAP?
Would the sell order get taken out in pre market?
Do premarket trades count towards a GAP?
GGI is done...no one to stop it.
77.67--743.10--81.79 Ah…the red pill enlightens many.
USD---Gold—Crude
I’d expect that AERO is accumulating FCCN shares. If so, they should get $7.1Million of tax-free cash after the merger.
There are no restrictions on AREO preventing them from accumulating FCCN stock before the merger. If they accumulated in the sub-penny days, there will be a ready source of post merger, tax-free capital to draw from.
I think that we will see AERO has a large holding of FCCN.
What a brilliant, self-funding growth strategy.
LOL...I'm really going to miss you as a friend.
I think our wives know what is going on...some of my ammo is missing and there is a bag of lime in tool shed.

A few thoughts on SWVC
I’ve been in retail for almost forty years. I’ve owned two restaurants and one grocery store. The last restaurant/deli that I owned did 2.2M in sales with 3600 s/f, single location, and 45 employees.
I was really a believer in this stock until I read the numbers in 9-18-07 press release. I was even planning on visiting several of the stores of the weekend. I have since canceled the trip. The conditions facing this venture are monumental to say the least.
That upstate region of NY is known as the “Mississippi of the north” in economic terms. I was last in the area two years ago to visit the family farmstead in Sherburne, NY. Homes in the area were asking $150K for 4 BR, 2200sf, and 3 ac of land. This area can’t really support much more of a housing base…never mind a high-growth strategy. There simply aren’t that many people in the region.
The cash flow seems to be at a subsistence level certainly for WiseBuys, and maybe for Hackett’s. The PR further states that those figures include its partners’ sales as well. BigBox competition can get fierce in a hurry. The red ink could flow at the blink of an eye. Those sales numbers indicate a real “ghost town” compared to peers.
High risk capital is rising in cost if not drying up all together. This will continually put pressure on the break even point.
Since we are so forward looking for this venture…we would be fools to ignore the tempest of dark economic indicators that are grouping on the horizon. These will challenge even the most season of executives. I hope the growth plans have contingencies in them for $80 barrel oil, a poor holiday season forecast, and continued new lows in the dollar index.
At this point, the sales numbers have been whispered…I believe in an attempt to defuse the shock of not coming anywhere expectations.
I would be a convert if I could catch a glimpse of Tom’s marketing plan. Rent is rent, labor is labor, ins is ins; but every strategic marketing plan is unique and could propel this company to the stratosphere…but let us see and understand it. It could also balloon expenses and sink a start-up faster than lake-effect snow can snarl granny in Buffalo traffic.
I’m out of my position since reading the PR…but would get back in if I was sufficiently inspired by the marketing plan.
Thank you for reading…GLTA
I got another 4ooo shares...just in time.
What happened to the charts in the iBox?
I hit it with a small order at the close...10K @ .0165.
Congratulations and GLTA
Technically not a gap-up if it trades-up in premarket.
Good morning everyone. I'll be adding to my stash of shares today. I think that as people roll out of SWVC...they will be rolling back into FCCN.
GLTA...
What time (EST) does this stock start trading in Germany?
TYIA...
I bought 120000 shares near the close. I placed the buy at a limit of .017. The orders filled within seconds at .014. I bought 50k, 50k, and 20k in the last 15-18 minutes. My broker is Scottrade.
Very strange purchases...GLTA
Sorry I was late…I had to wait for my funds to clear.
The BBQ went great…one more to go.
I have a webinar from 3-4…let’s talk after that.
GLTA…
Does anyone have L2?
Thanks...
I put in an order to buy 100K at .013 and a follow-up order for 5K also at .013.
As you can see, they filled the first 45406 at .012 and then finished my order with 54594 at .0125. I put the second order in for 5K to see if the .0125 shares were exhausted. I don’t have level 2 so it’s hard for me to see the MM positioning.
Did you see my two .013 orders hit the board? I use Scottrade…what MM handled the transactions?
Gee, it’s too bad I placed the orders so late in the trading day…I’ve had computer problems for about a week that I just fixed.
Glad I could help…GLTA
One of those 5K buys was mine.
I bought 100K at the close. They broke-up the order in two buys of 45406 and 54594. I then purchased another 5K at 15:59:49...just to be sure.
Hope this helps...GLTA
