If you compare your chicken soup/ sh.. statement to Nanologix’s technology, I suggest you read the patent description of the RVA . After that, if you still stand by your words, I suggest you pack up and leave.
Thank you EI, one more hour til midnight here, but to you and all
longterm investors a very Happy, Healthy and Prosperous New Year!
Emerald,
We are all waiting for a news release which hopefully includes the issuance of the N-Assay, BNF and China patents and status on the N-Assay paper by the doctors in HOU etc. I have high hopes for the adaption of the N-Assay technology by various industries. We should be getting close to news IMO, since the last email update re N-Assay status stated that testing is almost complete and after that the paper will be submitted to publisher.
Thank you for contributing to this board.
Emerald, how did you find this info on their website. I tried
and could not find it. You need apparently an application number. Please advise.
Where did you find this info on the web site. Could not locate it.
Sorry, do not need your suggestions. I will do my own research based on recent news and information from the company!
Thank you for highlighting the wonderful and remarkable progress of the company! The technology is truly "revolutionary" and will transform the way diagnostic testing is done, world-wide, IMO.
What you said makes absolutely no sense! What is your agenda??
If I remember correctly, the monthly overhead amount of approx. $ 60,000 was mentioned by the company some time ago. Meanwhile, they should have less of an overhead due to less payroll expenses (Pinkerton, Ollar, Aaronson no longer on their payroll). That, IMO, should reduce the mnonthly overhead by a good amount. SB
Thanks Machiavelli10 - great opinions and I also count myself
blessed to be invested in this company. What an interesting and exciting journey for us investors!
Machiavelli and Railsplitter:
Thank you for your contributions to the board. Please keep
posting - I do have several investor friends who don't post
but do read the boards and we all appreciate your thoughts
and your opinions. Thank you, SB
RailSplitter:
Why not answer machiavelli on the merits of his post rather
than asking personal questions. Asking how many shares he/she
owns is much to officious.
Thanks for your thoughts and opinions!
Excellent!
Thank you machiavelli10 - I agree 100% with all your observations. I strongly believe this little biotech company
will prosper big time and so will investors.
Excellent opinion - thank you machiavelli10! I agree, the TB paper is a great validation of our technology. In regard to marketing: What I would like to see are agreements with distributors but also, as you stated, the hiring of a marketing specialist knowledgable in the medical diagnostics area, to speed up and establish the right connections leading to distributorships and sales.
Your posts are very much appreciated! SB
Appreciate your comments very much and fully agree with everything said. I am invested in this company for the long-term, no matter what the SP does because I can clearly see where we are heading. Over the last 1.5 years we had news releases/articles/interviews which confirmed to me that I made the right choice. I also strongly believe in the CEO and his General Manager and I understand, after reading the 2011 Update from February this year, that Mgmt is limited in what they release. Patience is the key here and will be rewarded.
Good luck to all longs.
Machiavelli, thank you for your post pointing out those very important developments/facts. I count myself blessed to be invested in this company whose revolutionary technology will no doubt be adapted by the world and save lives. Exciting times!
Great summary of our technology and thank you for this!! Enjoyed reading it which confirms what I truly believe
Digger52:
As BB once stated, he will not publish rosy PRs but only inform the public when NNLX has significant news to report.
In my view, this is a serious management team in the process of building a successful company which takes time.
Try to be patient and you will be rewarded. I am pasting a
message from a poster on the Yahoo message board summarizing his/her positive view on NNLX:
Thanks for bringing the discussion back on topic. All may be quiet on the DOD BNC front, but as I found out today via an email from IR, that doesn't mean that there isn't a buzz of activity. BB has been a very busy man and diligent in his duties to bring value to the shareholders.
All investors should have noted by now how BB and the new management operates. No fluff PRs and only meaningful updates. I am encouraged by his management style and have much confidence in the new management to build a solid base upon which to grow the company. I learned quickly in my career that thoughtful preparation and much work up front makes for smooth and productive results in the long run. This is how I perceive the new management to be operating. Things may seem slow now, but I have a feeling that the company will grow faster and far bigger than I have imagined thus far.
Back to my correspondence with IR, it turns out BB has recently met with the Gov. of Ohio who has expressed great interest in what NNLX has to offer. Future discussions are planned. He also continues to meet with the DOD and DHS. As recent as 10 days ago, they requested more information for which management is busy preparing a presentation. Finally, he also spent much time with US Representative Charlie Wilson about Federal funding opportunities last Friday. A picture of CW and BB was attached in the email. BB looks a bit tired, but I figure that's how anyone who works as hard as he does should look.
So you see, there is much going on. Don't lose hope simply because the company does not PR every little detail. They are being frugal, which I am most pleased about being that there is very little revenue to speak of atm. IR answers very few of my questions, but when they do, its very informative and shows me that they have nothing to hide.
Oh, and yes, I agree. At .06-.08, NNLX is very severly undervalued.
thanks Swan - great PR.
I rest easy knowing that the NNLX's progress is being looked after by such a distinguished Board of Directors and management team!
nmbr1: I ditto 100% what you said. Thanks for summarizing it for the board. Just listened to the
entire Bourne interview myself and must say for the first time
I am understanding the bioreactor process more clearly
and feel confident that NNLX will become a successful
alternative energy company. Let's give Bret Barnhizer
support and thanks for his services over the last 12 months (no monetary compensation!) leading the company forward.
here is the link to the radio interview on 23 Jan
(great interview) which is also available on
NNLX's website:

Agree nmbr1! Smart way of voting instead of
mail-voting and so easy!
I would like to caution investors who have NNLX shares
in more than one account: You will receive multiple
electronic proxies, one for each account. I almost
deleted two e-mail notices because I thought they were
duplicates.

Thanks Swan - I will probably receive mine this week.
All investors should be encouraged to complete and
return the proxy on time - I see this as shareholder
responsibility.
Question to NNLX investors: Did anyone receive the
proxy statement in connection with shareholder mtg on
12/28/07?? I have not. The previous PR re this issue
referred to the mailing of proxies to all shareholders as
of 11/23/07. I would assume that the proxies were mailed
out last week but so far I have not received my copy.
I am anxious to return it saspo and on time.
Who is driving the new hummer parked in front of skiershop?
Just catching up on reading the posts over the last week.
I am astonished at the negative views of "sagebrush".
What is his/her agenda?
If anything can be said, I am impressed by what the
new management team has set out to do and has accomplished so far in a short time and the style in which they communicate. Since new management took over, things have gone in the right direction in my opinion, except the pps which clearly has been manipulated and most likely , as some posters pointed out, by nutmeg members/previous management. This will pass too,and I am hopeful with the developments coming on the bio-medical and bio-reactor side, the share price will eventually reflect the potential of NNLX.
It is sad to see posters such as sagebrush putting
current management down instead of supporting their efforts -
I fully agree with you parentsgratae.
you have to give the new management time. they only took over in March this year. as we know from PRs they are working hard to turn the company around.
the bio-reactor and the medical side look very promising.
be patient!
Parentsgratae:
I fully agree with your answer to rocketeer. I have not
posted here before but meant to do so, especially in view
of the last PR. I thought the information given to
investors was what I had hoped for. It was a great positive
consolidated report about main issues and it should
give investors comfort knowing that the company is now
navigated by great management who have the interest of shareholders in mind.
Congratulations to Mr. Barnhizer and his team!
