ITMD-Nice board you have here. This is the first time I've been to it.VIA-YH. I do have one at SI because I live in the Rochester area and a small VUZIX shareholder. I'm am speculating a possible tie in with VUZIX and hometown Kodak someday.
I agree. Nice volume of late.
The company should buy all of Windset Farms if it gets the opportunity.
LNDC 52 week high, now at 14 now. The market shook off the sell off in after hours after they heard the CC. The freeze caused some problems with green beans witch might spill into next quartet. However some new products are being introduced (Apio) that are above expectations.
Windset is a Gem! To bad they only own 20%. Just wait till this story get out. Doubling capacity of the greenhouses.
Lucky 13 today. Upgrade, 17.50 target and new 52 week high.
Thanks. Good luck to you also. Locked up profits earlier this year on my majority of shares.
Thanks, but been here before- My original post here on TWIN # 9856.

Still got 5K left. Let majority go above 12. :+ ) Somebody manipulated the hell out of it this past week.
Sold TWIN fairly recently. IMO still speculative appeal, but fairly valued now.
I saw the Torvec sign. I've always been a looker at this backyard company. I saw they recently signed a deal with a Chinese company. IMO If they can sign a deal with Gleason Works of Rochester. Then they really have a chance.
IT'S ALIVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
KIK-We spoke on IEC, but a recent buy of mine seem appropriate for your board.
Pain Therapeutics Inc. (PTIE) Current price about 5.45 I picked up my shares sub 5. IMO a lot of the wind has already been taken out of its sails for an earlier non FDA approval. Based on the hopes Pfizer can get FDA approval of REMOXY within 6 months.
I owned this one before and sold after the deal with King Pharmaceuticals lifted the stock. Pfizer bought King and the those rights. IMO the pain market with a harder to abuse pain killer is something the FDA can only ignore for so long. Purdue Frederick Company's market share is there for the taking if approved.
Anybody here have any thoughts or opinion on Cumberland Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (CPIX).
No blockbusters, but consistently profitable and maybe approval of a new indication. IMO 3+ dollars in cash and a low outstanding shares adds some speculative appeal.
Great earnings and 12.23 AH.Nuff Said
Great earnings and 12.23 AH.
CRY -Forgot to mention the company even pays a dividend now since my original buy in April of this year.
The initial quarterly cash dividend of $0.025 per share will be paid on September 21, 2012 to all common stockholders of record as of September 14, 2012. The ex-dividend date for the quarterly dividend is September 12, 2012.

CRY-Cryolife 52 week high yesterday and today!
I've sold out my CBM position. Great ride since initial post.
RE:CBM Cambrex Corporation. 6.87
Continued to add to CRY-Cryolife
King maybe you heard of ATNY?-API Technologies Corp
I don't own it. Lust watching for now.
SenDEC, No. 1 on Top 100, bought by API Technologies
Matthew Daneman – Staff writer
Business – January 11, 2011 - 5:00am
Electronics manufacturer SenDEC Corp., the Perinton company that topped the 2010 Rochester Top 100 list of the region’s fastest-growing private companies, is being acquired by another electronics company.
Days after SenDEC was unveiled last fall as No. 1, CEO Kenton W. Fiske kept a pledge he had made to the employees and transported the entire work force of more than 200 people to the Riverside Convention Center for the annual Top 100 celebratory luncheon, where they cheered when they were recognized.
Though SenDEC won’t be eligible for the Top 100 again — companies have to be independent and not subsidiaries of other firms — it appears that SenDEC’s future is bright as part of API Technologies Corp.
The new ownership shouldn’t mean any changes in the Perinton operations, said Brian Kahn, managing partner of a private equity firm, Vintage Capital Management LLC, which is the third player involved in Monday’s complex transaction.
“Everyone is going to keep their jobs,” Kahn said. “We want (SenDEC) to keep doing what they’ve been doing. They’re a leg under the stool.”
The other two legs are Orlando, Fla.-based Vintage and Chicago-based API Technologies.
Under the three-way deal, API acquires 100 percent of the equity of SenDEC, which includes SenDEC’s manufacturing operations and $30 million in cash. Vintage then gets 22 million newly issued shares of API common stock, making it the majority stakeholder in the merged company.
Kahn will take over as chairman and CEO of API, while Fiske will stay on as head of SenDEC and will join the board of API.
Fiske did not return a call seeking comment Monday. But in a statement, he said the deal creates “a truly diversified defense electronics company. … My whole team is confident about our future and the ability of our company to fulfill our customers’ current and future needs.”
Much of SenDEC’s electronics manufacturing is done for defense contractors. API designs and manufactures electronics used by the military and in aerospace. It has facilities on Long Island and in Canada, Pennsylvania, Virginia, New Jersey and the United Kingdom.
According to API, SenDEC finished its most recent fiscal year in July with about $90 million in sales and $3.5 million in profit. API reported sales of $68.5 million and a $9 million loss during its fiscal year that ended in May.
The two companies “are a very good fit for each other,” Kahn said. “They have a lot of complementary capabilities. Where SenDEC may provide one piece of the supply chain on a program, API may provide some other piece.
“More than anything, you’re strengthening that relationship with the customer. You’re providing them with subsystems where they’re dealing with one vendor.”
Once the deal is finalized, API plans to pursue having its stock listed on the Nasdaq Stock Market. Currently, API shares are traded over the counter, a less visible form of stock trading.
API shares closed Monday at $5.40, up $1.25, or more than 30 percent.
Companies at the top of the Top 100 have a history of being snapped up.
Ecovation Inc. of Victor, the No. 1 company in 2007, was acquired by EcoLab Inc. of Minnesota in 2008 for $210 million.
Sporting Dog Specialties Inc., a large catalog retailer of pet supplies that was the No. 1 company in 1992, eventually was bought by national retailer PetSmart Inc., which in 2008 closed its Brockport facilities.
CVC Inc., a maker of equipment for the semiconductor industry and No. 1 in both 1997 and 1998, was purchased in 2000 and no longer has any local workers.

POEM- After taking a loss last fall. I still own some of this one.
They sure need some new indications. Takeover appeal IMO now reduced. However if positive trend continues in KRYSTEXXA® sales. Somebody might come back to the table at a much reduced price.
KING-RE: IECH - (Nice find) At a quick glance I would have to agree. Thanks for the heads up.
At the very least I won't forget the symbol.
I'll have to take a look. I'm thinking this company which is private.
If it can be had. Looks to be a nice bolt on.Surmotech is an electronic contract manufacturer offering printed circuit board assembly, ... A Rochester Top 100 Company (private)
Do you mean SA? They just did one yesterday. The writer owns it, but so do I.
IEC- IEC electronics-Seems to be breaking out today. Newark NY plant, just down the road from my house. IMO still a reasonable PE.
Nice move in IEC today.
BASF plans to acquire Becker Underwood for $1.02B
BASF announced plans to acquire Becker Underwood for a price of $1.02B. I won't even say dare anymore. LNDC at 10+ and a new 52 week high.
Nice close yesterday- 52 week high-and I dare say a nice break above 9 with some early buying interest and new 52 week high set.
In this weak market today. Someone stepping up to the plate with some bid strength. Volume relatively average so far. Seems accumulation is still taking place if shares can be had at bid.
I did sell a SMALL part of my LNDC holdings to lock in some profit today.
Finally some blocks over 10,000 crossed on strength.
RE: CRY -Yesterday was good volume for this stock. Witch reversed later in the day, after analyst downgrades hit the stock early on. FWIW- I picked up some more shares early on. Pattern of extreme daily price action here, both directions.
I had to pass that one on. <g>
IMO- I could be wrong, but I personally don't see their stake as being hostile (Pursuing the Sale of the Company).
More like pursuing a board seat because they are the biggest shareholder. Giving them a say in board room decision making strategy.
Either way they will want a good return on their investment and have clout due to the size of their stake. AS you know, most anything can go for the right price.
FWIW-Sold some CBM-Cambrex for 10.80. After the blowout earnings and gap up. Still weighted however.
Bought some CRY-Cryolife @ 5.06 to add to a position.
Interesting-FWIW- I've bought into NFG around- range
Thursday was the first buy for me in some time. Sold some CBM. I added to CRY-Cryolife
Monday? Just like the MAMMA & THE PAPPA'S. Monday, Monday, can't trust that day.
Ugly day in the market, but not for my -CBM-Cambrex holding ( took some profits today). LNDC volume light so far, but you might get your chance. It's holding up well so far.
Cambrex-CBM- blew away their numbers again this quarter. Nice pop today so far.
Cambrex another blow away quarter and new 52 week high.
Chris: I must say your post from mine yesterday, was spot on. I was hoping for over 100,000 share up volume mainly and now it's over that.
