Had a nice trip out to St George yesterday and spent a long time with Jim, Kevin Sullivan, Dan Mertlich & Tom Heaton. These guys are very personable, busy, and focused on building the business. They are not focused on the stock as most on this board are, and they are not worried about this SEC investigation since they know they have done nothing wrong and view it as a short term bump in the road. I know dcbass is getting home tonight too and we'll both have a bunch of stuff to share over the next couple days.

I just got in and want to check my notes with Jim before posting too much. Sorry to make you wait. Hopefully I'll give a full account of the trip by Monday AM, although I really would like to verify a few things before I say too much.
All in all it was a great trip. The company is for real. The people are real, the office is real, the business is real. They are not holding a yard sale or anything like that. In fact they are expanding. They have added the top floor and will expand into the other side of the building soon.
They are very confident about the SEC situation. They expect to trade on the pinks, not the grays. THe contract with the US Govt is legit, so all they have to do is prove it. They don't seem the slightest bit worried about it.
Again, I want to verify a few things before posting too much.
B
There will be news from CKYS very soon. I am anticipating a PR. There are peeps from this board about to visit CKYS in St. George, Utah very soon. They will have some answers/info for us.
If CKYS was the scam some people think, which it obviously isn't, trading would not have been suspended. It would have been REVOKED!
CKYS is NOT SLJB or any other company = unfair, erroneous, flawed, comparison.
IMO: CKYS is indeed, unique, as is there current situation. What SLJB or any other company did or did not do is immaterial and really doesn't matter as far as CKYS is concerned.
Anytime any company trading Pink Sheets becomes high profile, it's going to to open itself up for closer scrutiny and held to higher standards, especially if it is dealing with Uncle Sam. How could it not? Why? Dealing with the US Government is much different than Joe's Widget Company selling widgets to Joe Average.
We are talking about The Department of Homeland Security here! HULLO???? Anybody remember 911?
Okay, CKYS needs to do some housecleaning. So what? It will be good for the company in the long run. They will get their ducks in a row and be ready to REALLY take advantage of their opportunities to sell to Uncle Sam.
Anybody got and CKYS shares they want to sell? I'm BUYING here.....
CKYS is Unique! Future is yet to be Determined! Period!
Both the long and short term futures of CYKS are yet to be determined.
NOBODY really knows what the future holds NOBODY!!!!
Only time will tell how events will evolve here.
What are lacking are F - A - C - T - S!!!! Where are they?
What we have here is a collection of attempts to speculate, guess, predict, surmise, estimate, etc.
I, personally, will not make any decisions whatsoever based on foolishness, jibberish & poppycock.
CKYS Symbol/Primary Venue Listings.
I wish I could help more and provide a reliable answer, but I cannot. I am getting conflicting information on various web sites and I don't know for certain what is correct.
Maybe someone else can pitch in and help out on this one.
I don't want to assume anything or jump to any conclusions. We will find out for certain before Tuesday (hopefully).
IMO: Long/Short term future of CKYS is yet to be determined.
Conjecture, speculation, opinions, past experiences, crytal balls, etc are what they are. Period.
These are in no way, shape, or form to be confused with or purported to be what is at this point in time, non existent, which are the yet to be determined facts that will determine the future of CKYS.
IMO: Stockwatch info on CKYS Primary Venue as OTCBB is incorrect.
How To Buy CKYS on "Grey Markets"/Other OTC
One has to call his/her broker on the phone. There are no published bids/asks. There are no Level ll Quotes.
There is no internet trading. Everything is done on the telephone. When you place your BUY order, your broker will attempt to match your BUY order with a corresponding SELL order.
Above info result of my trip to local Scottrade branch office, including conversation w/ Branch Manager.
(A trusted advisor highly recommended LIMIT Orders only).
Please do your own DD on this subject! Actually, on any subject!
Suspended Stock, Trading Greys, on Pinks. Huh? (Repost)
There is a company whose stock was suspended on 1/31/07 = 15 days ago. The 10 day suspension is over. On PinkSheets.com, a quote can be obtained. On the quote, The Primary Venue is Other OTC, which means it is Unsolicited, which means it is trading on the "Grey Market". So, it's a recently suspended stock, whose suspension is over, that is now trading Grey Market and a quote can be obtained on PinkSheets.com. It is NOT, however, a Pink Sheets Stock! It's a Grey Market!
The stock did pretty well today, by the way. Up 300%! Closed at .70. Previous close was .10 = Very, very interesting stuff!
Here is a link to the quote: http://www.pinksheets.com/quote/quote.jsp?symbol=INIH
CKYS Quote
IMO: This is not current due to the hour suspension was lifted (11:59PM last nite). The SEC Suspension is O_V_E_R!

What happens when trading in a Pink Sheet security is suspended by the SEC?
SEC suspensions last 10 days for OTC securities.
When a security is suspended, Pink Sheets removes all market makers and their quotes from the system and displays a "Halted/Suspended" message.
After 10 days, market makers may re-enter the stock if they comply with Rule 15c2-11, which requires filing a new From 211, which must include the issuers' current financial information.
http://www.pinksheets.com/faq.jsp#6b
Unsolicited Quotes (aka Grey Sheets)
http://www.pinksheets.com/otcguide/issuers_getquoted.jsp#uns_quote
SEC Rule 15c2-11 provides an exemption to filing a Form 211 with the NASD for brokers that wish to publish an unsolicited quote. An unsolicited quote represents a customer order and not a market maker's own position and must be removed from the system once the customer order is executed. Compliance with this rule is monitored by the NASD.
PRIMARY VENUE! Grey Market Stocks on Pinksheets.com
This can be a bit misleading/confusing. It's all about Primary Venue!
Just because a quote can be obtained on PinkSheets.com does NOT mean that it is a Pink Sheets stock!!!!! You have to check the Primary Venue.
If the Primary Venue is Other OTC, then the stock is Grey Market. If the Primary Venue is Pink Sheets, then the stock is Pink Sheets. If the Primary Venue is OTCBB, then the stock is OTCBB.
Other OTC: Or otherwise known as the "Grey Market" is the trading of a security that is not listed, traded or quoted on any stock exchange, the OTCBB or the Pink Sheets. Other OTC trades are reported by broker-dealers to their Self Regulatory Organization (SRO) and the SRO distributes the trade data to market data vendors and financial websites so investors can track price and volume. Since Other OTC securities are not traded or quoted on an exchange or interdealer quotation system, investor's bids and offers are not collected in a central spot so market transparency is diminished and Best Execution of orders is difficult.

jeff: SCARY! Same thoughts, same time, except I like yours better.
IMHO: Peeps w/ a $$ interest in CKYS fall into 4 categories:
Buy
Sell
Hold
Undecided
It reminds me of a political election. Each category has it's own goals and agendas. It will be intersting to see how many peeps change their category and which way the "Undecideds decide" to go. It would be interesting to know the decision making process of each individual and what influences affected the changes.
Evidently, some peeps will benefit no matter what happens to the PPS & the company!
G'Nite All! Pleasant dreams.....

Next Issue/Focus/DD = Primary Venue.
This from last CKYS CKYS PR: "We are currently working through our SEC attorney to provide any backup information that the SEC may require and hope to have our stock up and trading as soon as possible," stated Jim Plant, CEO of CyberKey Solutions, Inc.
JP shared with a recent visitor from our board that he expects CKYS to return to the Pink Sheets when trading resumes.
I am still doing DD/Self Educating on this process and I don't claim to know or understand all the possibilites/scenarios, loopholes, etc.
IMHO, the short/long term futures of CKYS are yet to be determined.
There has been much speculation and prediction as to what the future holds.
IMHO, there is nobody who knows the outcome.
Prediction & Speculation are what they are.
In no way, shape or form are they what are yet to be determined facts...
Jeanette: I agree >
Thank you for the compliment.
IMO> There is a huge void in the quantity/quality of information from the principal parties in this matter (CKYS/SEC).
As a result, (along with some outstanding DD from some of our regulars) there is indeed a TREMENDOUS amount of speculation!
Under the circumstances that is understandable and unavoidable.
As in any issue or discussion of any kind, people are always going to have opinions.
Thanks again! 8^)
IMO> CKYS seperated itself from other Pinks as a result of its business w/ Uncle Sam, which led to a higher profile, which led to a higher level of scrutiny, which led to an SEC suspension. I am glad that the suspension is OVER! I'm ready to move forward.
I always go back to the same things:
(1) contracts with the Department of Homeland Security and/or other government agencies,
(2) revenues received pursuant to those contracts, and
(3) accounts receivable generated by those contracts.
Regarding SEC suspension, which has ended,
The order uses the word "accuracy", not "false". Although this could be interpreted as false, (IMO) there is much room for alternative interpretations as well: not correct, not exact, not free from error or defect, not precise.
ac·cu·ra·cy –noun, plural -cies.
1. the condition or quality of being true, correct, or exact; freedom from error or defect; precision or exactness; correctness.
BOOYAH Seabiscuit! Yet another in a series of consistently great posts. Don't be a stranger and keep them coming! We need more people like you on this board.
IMO: The CKYS website rocks and looks awesome!
Has everyone visited lately? http://cyberkeysolutions.com/
I really like the changes. With the increased advertising recently, I anticipate many potential customers visiting the site.
"Everything begins with the sale". Any changes the company makes that will increase sales are good changes!
The SEC Suspension of CKYS Is O-V-E-R!
http://sec.gov/litigation/suspensions/2007/34-55237-o.pdf
Therefore, it is ordered, pursuant to Section 12(k) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, that trading in the above-listed company is suspended for the period from 9:30
a.m. EST February 5, 2007 through 11:59 p.m. EST, on February 16, 2007.
http://sec.gov/answers/tradingsuspension.htm
The SEC will not comment publicly on the status of a company when the ten-day suspension ends because the company may still have serious legal problems. For instance, the SEC may continue to investigate a company to determine whether it has defrauded investors. The public will not know if the SEC is continuing its investigation until the SEC publicly announces an enforcement action against the company.
What is speculation?
spec·u·la·tion
Contemplation or consideration of a subject; meditation.
A conclusion, opinion, or theory reached by conjecture.
Reasoning based on inconclusive evidence; conjecture or supposition.
Engagement in risky business transactions on the chance of quick or considerable profit.
A commercial or financial transaction involving speculation.
Engagement in risky business transactions on the chance of quick or considerable profit.
A commercial or financial transaction involving speculation.
IMO> CKYS & the SEC are the key parties involved and have the information regarding what the facts really are.
The SEC is providing only general information. CKYS is doing the same.
There is a tremendous amount of speculation occuring, which is understandable given the circumstances = a huge information void.
Only time will tell what the short term and long term future of CKYS will be. The rest is speculation.
"What is a rhetorical question?"
A rhetorical question is a figure of speech in the form of a question posed for rhetorical effect rather than for the purpose of getting an answer. ("How many times do I have to tell you to stop walking into the house with mud on your shoes?").
A rhetorical question seeks to encourage reflection within the listener as to what the answer to the question (at least, the answer implied by the questioner) must be. When a speaker declaims, "How much longer must our people endure this injustice?" or "Will our company grow or shrink?", no formal answer is expected. Rather, it is a device used by the speaker to assert or deny something.
Doing our own DD
People that are regulars here have been doing DD on CKYS for months!
There has been a huge amount of DD done and posted on SEC Suspension and all related issues ad nauseum for 13 straight days.
Of course, if there are people here now that were not here then and did not contribute one thing to any of that, they would not know.
CKYS obviously has some issues. I, for one, do not think these issues are beyond being resolved.
Nobody knows how this will play out. If anyone claims to know, including me, do not beleive them!
CKYS is a unique company in many ways.
IMHO! I, for one, believe that they will be a Trend Breaker and a Trend Setter.
Not only do I expect them to survive their current problems, I full expect them to thrive. IMHO!

gtell: i have been struggling to find answers and to understand these details and this process for at LEAST a week!
Soon I hope to be able to stop DD on any & all SEC suspension related issues and get back to DD on things that will make me rich!
I need a new car. I want a Mercedes, not a KIA.

IMHO, I expect CKYS to return to Pink Sheets,
However, I have been doing DD on "Other OTC" (or otherwise known as the "Grey Market") just in case we end up trading there by some chance.
After all, if one wishes to add to his/her CKYS holdings, and the stock happens to be trading on the Grey Market, one should best learn how to buy more shares on the Grey Market!
Hi All. Just a quick hello. Hope all is well with you and yours.
