Regarding SEC suspension, which has ended,

The order uses the word "accuracy", not "false". Although this could be interpreted as false, (IMO) there is much room for alternative interpretations as well: not correct, not exact, not free from error or defect, not precise.

ac·cu·ra·cy –noun, plural -cies.

1. the condition or quality of being true, correct, or exact; freedom from error or defect; precision or exactness; correctness.
