Hummmm. Not looking good. PPS continues to plummet. No new posts here in 10 days.
Things have been very quiet, relatively speaking, as the PPS continues to plummet. If my memory serves me correctly, the PPS was $0.08 a month or two ago. Folks are obviously unloading these shares. What's the deal-io? It's not looking good boys & girls....
He stole our money. It's one thing for a drug addict or petty criminal to steal. It's another for the CEO of a corporation to steal. The former does wrong as a way of life. The latter, under the guise of being a business leader in the USA, lies, cheats and deceives in an elaborate scheme in order to steal. IMO the latter is much more grievous.
PGA in Houston next week:Shell Houston Open. I'm caddying in the Wednesday Pro Am. I'm looking forward to seeing how players are looking.
I neither bought nor sold CKYS since 1/31/07.
I wonder how JP's wife, kids, Mom, Dad & In Laws are taking all of this. It appears that he is, indeed, a criminal & a BIG POS!
SEC suspended stocks end up Gray Market because all Market Makers are removed as a result of the suspension. For the stock to return to Pink Sheets or OTCBB a Market Maker must file a 15c-211 with the NASD. That MM assumes liability should there be any future legal issues with the stock.
just relating my experience. your experience may be different and I hope it is. learn all you can and don't be blinded or bury your head in the sand. you will have your answers in less than a month. you have some difficult decisions to make between now and then. you will see, my friend.
I wish you all the best of luck. I am a CKYS shareholder and just went through all this with that stock and company. CKYS was suspended on Feb 5. The CEO was arrested by the FBI on March 13 for Securities Fraud. The stock closed at 0.0002 on Friday. My avg pps is 0.0350. I have lost 95.71% on the stock. Gray Market is affectionately referred to as "The Wild, Wild West" by many. You guys are in for one helluva ride. Hang on!
well, i was wrong, lost my @$$ and got what I had coming I suppose. I took a chance, gambled and lost.

CyberKey Solutions Own Internal Investigation Uncovers Improper Accounting and Reporting Practices as Investigation Continues by the Securities and Exchange Commission
ST. GEORGE, UT -- (MARKET WIRE) -- March 15, 2007 -- CyberKey Solutions, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: CKYS) announced today that initial results of an internal investigation indicate that a certain company official has utilized improper accounting methods and reporting procedures while handling critical company contracts. CyberKey's accounting and reporting of certain matters may be in violation of the practices governed under securities laws.
Numerous material errors have been recently discovered regarding the Company's accounting for revenues received and accounts receivable generated, and corresponding payables made, pursuant to the fulfillment of a third party contract which the Company reported last year to have been secured with the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). In November 2006, the Company began to discover information which indicated that this contract was not directly with DHS but instead with a third party distributor that was representing it was having the Cyberkey products delivered directly to DHS facilities in different locations. The Company has discovered that none of the products supposedly sold to this third party distributor had been delivered to DHS as had been represented repeatedly during 2006. And, it appears that none of the revenues from this contract ever were realized by the Company since this third party distributor apparently circumvented the Company's relationship with its manufacturer in China and secured direct payment and delivery of the Cyberkey products without paying Cyberkey anything. This contract represented the then-reported core revenue stream of in excess of $20,000,000 for the Company for 2006, and a corresponding operating profit exceeding $12,000,000.
As of last week, CyberKey's comptroller notified the company's attorney that the financial statements for the last five quarters could not be relied upon as she had improperly entered financial data into the accounting system and had forged critical documents and other material information. She was removed from her position last week.
CyberKey has engaged an independent certified public accountant firm to undertake a comprehensive audit of its financial statements for the past 3 years. All financial matters will be audited and fully reportable when complete.
"I am deeply troubled by the findings related to the accounting practices of our company," stated Jim Plant, CEO and President of CyberKey Solution. "I apologize to our shareholders and the investment community for these problems, which happened on my watch but without my knowledge. I am fully committed to resolving all remaining issues as quickly as possible and to putting the proper remedial measures in place to ensure that this never happens again. We will be releasing corrected financial statements as soon as practicable. We will be updating the investors through our website as more information becomes available."
The company has announced that it is working diligently to develop new contracts with various government agencies and has not changed any of its operational activities, highlighted by its participation at FOSE 2007 booth number 1617 on March 20-22, 2007, in Washington D.C... CyberKey plans to showcase its latest products and solutions to thousands of Federal, State and Department of Defense Agencies -- and will provide interested buyers with a means of initiating government purchases directly from the EXPO via the Department of Defense Emall and directly with the company's GSA partner "Alpha Data Corporation," that will be present at CyberKey's display at the Expo.

Hey BooDog: I hear ya. It's a tough time for most. Hope you are doing well. I'm still holding and haven't sold a share. I won't sell @ 90% loss. That's just me, though. Time will tell in the end.
so people that might be interested in reading it can do so. it doesn't surprise me that garbage means different things to different people and that some folks think that because they know something that everyone on this board knows it as well.
I, for one, hadn't seen the info before. I suppose it is possible that I am the only one, but I seriously doubt it. if the mods delete the post, then it's garbage. if they don't, then it isn't. your post is garbage sir and a waste of time, energy and space.

Press Release: No news for 3 weeks.
We need a new PR in the worst possible way. There may be good reasons why none have been forthcoming. Nevertheless, if I were in CKYS shoes and had the ability to realease something, I definitely would. There has to be a variety of positive actions happening within the company. Uncertainty under the present circumstances is definitely not beneficial to CKYS and the PPS. "No news is good news" is a difficult position to take and maintain. Hopefully we will hear something this week.
"Must the financial information required under Rule 15c2-11(a)(5) be independently audited?"
Answer: No. rule 15c2-11(a)(5) does not require audited financials. However, a broker/dealer would ordinarily be required to review unaudited financial statements more closely than if the statements were independently audited. Nevertheless, simply because the statements have been audited, a broker/dealer cannot avoid its responsibility to review the financial statements in order to have a reasonable basis to believe that the information is accurate.

"I'm All In Here". I'm either going down 100% or up 100+%. That's it. It's sad to see the current state of affairs. A stock that IMO had great promise and a discussion board on which I have learned so much, both reduced to, to, to... I'm not sure, but it isn't very good.

Stock Basher: Definition
http://www.investopedia.com/terms/s/stockbasher.asp
An individual, either acting alone or on behalf of someone else, who attempts to devalue a stock by spreading false or exaggerated claims against a public company. After the stock's price has dropped, the basher, or the basher's employer, will then purchase the stock at a lower price than what he or she believes it is intrinsically worth.
This is an illegal activity that can carry significant legal repercussions. The basher is generally paid on the basis of how many lies and negative rumors are spread, which can dramatically affect a stock's value. If an investor believes some of the lies, he or she may sell off the stock at the higher price before it falls. The basher will then purchase the stock and ride out the gains.
"If you believe that you have been the victim of a securities-related fraud, through the Internet or otherwise, or if you believe that any person or entity may have violated or is currently violating the federal securities laws, you can submit a complaint using our online complaint form or email us at enforcement@sec.gov."

Internet Fraud: Bulletin Boards
Online bulletin boards – whether newsgroups, usenet, or web-based bulletin boards – have become an increasingly popular forum for investors to share information. Bulletin boards typically feature "threads" made up of numerous messages on various investment opportunities.
While some messages may be true, many turn out to be bogus – or even scams. Fraudsters often pump up a company or pretend to reveal "inside" information about upcoming announcements, new products, or lucrative contracts.
Also, you never know for certain who you're dealing with – or whether they're credible – because many bulletin boards allow users to hide their identity behind multiple aliases. People claiming to be unbiased observers who've carefully researched the company may actually be company insiders, large shareholders, or paid promoters. A single person can easily create the illusion of widespread interest in a small, thinly-traded stock by posting a series of messages under various aliases.
