Having recently purchased a mule, I was wondering where u ordered the patches for yours?
After reclassification, how long till he submits. Could you send him a Q list before you meet?
Jim if you have a large number of questions could email them to Andy, this may eliminate any "I'll have to get back to you" responses. Thanks in advance for sharing.
One step at a time, lets get reclassification first.
What's with the "embrace yourself", if u do that too much you'll go blind.
Trade is reported AH
Hope they sold some shares when it was 3 cents, they are going to have to raise 2M, that's a ton of shares at .01, if they can do it all at .01 that is.
You said GE took a, "leap" of faith. Lol, good one, was it planned?
Guts, I bet with my wallet, I'm right there with you.
Maybe we are getting some street cred via the halo effect lol. All the meetings and presentations related to AM Standards many with large company representation and now you expect to see Sigma at those events.
Volume always makes the green, just a little greener;)
He said he would update the Q&A so that along with Q will hopefully shed some light. I like the note pay off but realize they don't have the REVS to cover them. I would also like to see how that came about. I hold a few penny stocks SCRC and one other actually have a chance to become real companies, I you follow these kinds of stocks you know you don't see that too often.
Sorry, it was a summary of an email. Was doing several things at the same time and wanted to put it out there. Would have liked the submission to be in review but what can you do.
Look forward to a Q&A update.
Translation of Rapimeds info to Chinese--DONE
Submission for China--GATHERING NECESSARY DOCUMENTS
Is PIMD complete--YES
Is Rapimeds on HK shelves--NO
Can you update the Q&A--WILL ADDRESS THAT SOON
We should hear anytime now about class 2 DEA license and the Rapimeds product info should be translated into Chinese so it can submitted for approval in mainland China. Hopefully this coming week.
Only a 15% premium, you might want to look at other buyouts.
European Veterinary
Conference Voorjaarsdagen
April 17-19, 2014, Amsterdam
It took a separate search to find that Dr. Casey is presenting though I can't find a date to see if it is current or from an old presentation. Still no info on any human use study.
Patrick is a Clinician/Scientist residing in Kumeu, Auckland, New Zealand. A Veterinary graduate from Massey University (BVSc, 1988), and graduate from the University of California in 1992 with a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD, Comparative Pathology). During his time in the United States he also completed an Equine Surgical Internship at Hagyard-Davidson and McGee, Lexington, Kentucky, followed by a three year residency programme in Equine Reproduction, with a minor in Equine Medicine at UC Davis. In 1992, 1993, and 1994 he received a post-doctoral fellowship from the Equine Research Laboratory at the University of California, which allowed him to set up with world renowned Professor Liggins at the University of Auckland, New Zealand.
Dr Casey is still on staff at the School of Medicine, University of Auckland, New Zealand and Founding Scientist of privately owned Bio-Technology Companies. Padraig has a strong interest in Fertility and Drug Interactions which has lead his research group to study the Somatotrophic Axis in a Rat model and then the Horse. The central aim was, and is, to understand cellular mitosis which has lead to the current area of work.
Using a unique non-drug based culture system, Dr Casey and his colleagues have been able to successfully re-enter cells into a mitotic cell cycle, thus being able to stimulate cells to grow new tissue for transplantation back to the donor individual. These cells, (New Generation, Therapy Cells) enact in tissue repair and regeneration without any fear of rejection due to their autologous nature.
In his presentation Dr Casey will explain the background and science involved in this new area of regenerative medicine. Using this technique his group has been able to grow tenocytes in vitro to transplant back into areas of tendon rupture to enact healing of the lesion. Now that this technique is being used commercially internationally, he will present the very positive clinical findings to date and discuss the possibilities of using this technique to grow many other types of cells for tissue and organ transplantation to enact regeneration and repair.
Not enough volume to blame Joe Z today. Lol
CHP, that info was from an email response. In my experience phone and email responses of that nature are common place with smaller companies.
I saw the Working on HK post too, I'm just a small fry individual investor with no ties to any company I invest in.
Mark
Yes and yes. ATRS is my number one holding. I mostly stick to small biotech/med device/diagnostic companies for money not in DIV stocks. I also play with some BB/pinkies SCRC,SGLB AND MRIC.
Always trying to get in before they become known. SCRC isn't well known yet but looks like a tight and growing group of longs. I'm looking forward to the class 2 license in the near term as well as formal commencement HK sales, hoping the SP starts reflecting the progress
here. On to the Mainland.
Q's for Bob S.
In the company Q/A it seems to indicate Rapimeds approval was going to be for Mainland China rather than Hong Kong. Does this mean You have yet to apply in China?
Hong Kong was first as it is the gold standard in China. Once approved there getting the rest of China becomes a much simpler process.
If not, will it require a 90 day review period?
No not that long since approval in HK has been accomplished
If you have not, when do you anticipate filing?
As soon as the packaging is translated into simple Chinese
Is Rapimeds still possible for U.S. Q2 launch?
We want to get China buttoned up first
Do you have an estimate on possible Class 2 DEA license timeline.
30 days or less in TN
Thanks ST, I started a position this week. I never buy all at once, will look to add more if the opportunity arises.
No rapimed news from HK/China a full week into Feb can't be helping. I know it was holiday time but there were expectations and after the run we had people have gotten skittish.
Yeah, I just lowered my order down to .118
I'm not a TA guy, what looks to be the bounce area?
Going to try and add a few at .12
There it us
No trades or is my phone glitched?
There went 1M shares
You Bas####, you took my shares.
Just kidding, was hoping for a little pop in anticipation of next week, hope this gain holds. I'd like to pop off the .13-.14 level for a run rather than .11-.12. If the news is delayed for whatever reason I'll probably get those .10 shares. Good luck to you.
Keep slappn' it. My first two buys were .11 and .116, had several .105 orders that never filled. With the penny stock I never buy all at once, you can often time get hits on those low ball GTC orders if you have patience. We may get over 800K traded today, looking stout in a sea of red.
This is one of the few green arrows on my board today. Hopefully the first bit of good news will come next week. I plan on trading some shares on any pop.
Nice move holders congrats. The 400+% was too much cash to leave on the table. When I was watching the bids and asks move up when it was in the red I was thinking we may get close .17, didn't think .20 would be in jeopardy without specific news. Guess on the sidelines till its time to raise money, though I may not have a chance if GE/Morris puts up any money to get things off the ground.
PTG, I know u can't get them in the USA anymore, thought it was funny that it was a two for one deal. Maybe they are closing out the line. I would really like to get 2 or 3 patches but Canada is far far away. Are the pet patches the same? I could pretend I have a dog with a boo boo. Love actipatch, F u Andy
Out at .1685 from .033. THANK YOU SGLB. I will be watching, good luck to those still holding.
Got an email for buy 1 actipatch get one free. Canada only. For a second I thought somebody would ship to the USA. This stock is headed for BK but the patch works and I want one
Sorry, you can't use "major" and "seeking alpha" in the same sentence. It is better than a sharp stick in the eye though.
3D pen Not SGLB but, cool.
http://finance.yahoo.com/news/why-3d-printing-might-even-060946382.html
3-D printing - when a product is created layer by layer - may be the coolest disruptive technology around for some, but the technology has had its fair share of controversial headlines after the manufacture of firearms and even claims that it could give people cancer.
But one tech startup is hoping to put the fun back into stereolithography, allowing users to draw - in the air.
3Doodler is a new 3D printing pen you can hold in your hand to draw upwards. The company says you can literally "lift your imagination off the page." It's due for release in the next two weeks and is set to be priced at $99.
"Our orders are currently going out globally to almost 30,000 people, and our backers come from all over the world," a spokesperson for the company told CNBC.
(Read More: Jaw-dropping things you can make with 3-D printers )
Using the same plastic used by many 3D printers, the pen draws heats and extrudes the material which quickly cools and solidifies into a strong stable structure. You can create simplistic patterns or bigger objects like mock-ups of the Eiffel Tower.
The new device certainly created a buzz at the 2013 IFA (Internationale Funkausstellung Berlin) Trade Fair. But online it has received major backing.
After originally asking for just $30,000 back in February on crowdfunding site Kickstarter, it managed to raise staggering $2.4 million in 34 days, 7,813 percent of its initial goal.
"The idea for 3Doodler actually came from 3D printing on a 'traditional' 3D printer and it made a mistake," the company told CNBC.
"The wish was to just reach out, fix the mistake, and then let it continue printing. It was this thought that we realized we actually could make it into a pen!"
Had a 100K GTC order in at .037 for a few days, only 10 K filled.
When I wrote this morning that they should be diluting, I was thinking go for it cause the price was high. I know you give a discount on the shares but .01? I may drop my bid from .065 to .045 and leave it GTC in case a real flood of shares comes
