In theory, yes, but places like China tend to ignore patents far too often. That is one of the main trade war issues with China right now. American companies spend years and billions of dollars to develop things and the Chinese come in with stolen IP and undercut prices. Luckily Trump doesn't play that game.
Don't forget this, Steve
We will hire a PR firm once cash loosens up. We have a plan with a major hospital group to capture the press’ attention.
I know cash hasn't "loosened up" yet, but the opioid epidemic makes now a perfect storm for Actipatch, also the patent life aint getting any longer.
Get slappn' Steve
Although, I got an elbow sleeve now and I tape the ActiPatch on to that. I ordered a large and was way too tight. The XL is still tight but usable. I'm not a huge guy, the compression is just way too much. I also got a hand/wrist compression glove type thing I found at the supermarket. Finally good placement and hold for carpal tunnel. I also put a little piece of electrical tape over the light, at night it's like a searchlight. :)
Full body clearance is meant as "musculoskeletal".
I got this back from the Maryland Governor's office:

I asked CVS when they would have ActiPatch available in my area.
Thank you for taking the time to contact CVS Pharmacy regarding ActiPatch Knee Sleeve.
I will make our Category Manager aware of your request for our consideration to carry this product as they look to make changes to that section of the store.
We appreciate your business and look forward to serving you again in the future.
Sincerely,
Jose
