"Throughout fiscal 2018, Advaxis plans to continue to invest in its core clinical programs and expects its current cash position will be sufficient to fund its business plan into fiscal 2019."
Perhaps the most important part of the year end review.
The warrants are irresistible at this point and super cheap. Under $0.90 for a long-dated Oct 2018 exercise date with the potential for major upside with all the events happening in 1H 2018. Easy double for sure, possible 5-10x with good news.
That was really nice of you to say that to them, Coach. The meds must be working. ;) I'm just playing with ya.
This 10Q is utterly unacceptable and disgusting. Even the eternal optimist in me thought they would get their act together by now. I cannot wait until the next shareholders meeting. I might have to make it down there to smack some sense into both of them.
Good insight since shares being sold in my belief are falling into hands of those who are more long-term and stable. Maybe a weed out of weak hands for the past 3 years is a good thing. Hell, let's make it 5 years to celebrate half a decade.
When does the next 10Q come out?
Oil $140 bbl
Not a lot today, but I'm still buying...
BUY 2161 AENP $0.27 $593.39 XQA497020080620 MARGIN 6/20/2008 3:58:44 PM 6/25/2008
I have a margin account. It does not mean I bought AENP on margin. Scottrade (which I use) doesn't allow people to buy penny stocks on margin. The trade just shows up as being margin since it's a margin account.
It's because I have money to blow. You speak for yourself.
The irony of it all, right? I'm in the same boat too, but you have to take it into perspective. Remember the survey that said we had around $437 million worth of stuff under the ground? Well, that same stuff has risen by over 1/3 since then. If anything, the company is worth more now than in the past. It looks as if someone just gave up today and sold. I don't blame them as it has been a very long wait, but it doesn't mean I agree with them. I put my money where my mouth is and I'm still going to buy more shares. Best to all.
I'm buying more once my funds come in. I'm not done yet. Will post as I buy.
Thanks for the shares guys!

Good article about oil producers and how small operating companies like AENP can survive and prosper in such a market.

Happy birthday FFB!
Thanks for the help whichever, I appreciate it! I'm just trying to gather how we are doing.
How about sell for $10-15 if oil keeps on going up. Forget about printing shares at $3. Let's get in and get out.
Can someone please post the Jan. TRRC numbers for those of us who are less O&G literate and can't navigate through the website. Thanks in advance!
As Tom Petty once famously said, "The waiting is the hardest part."
I hope CB, JC, and the rest of the crew make note of Exhibit A.
I included the section just in case people here briefly overlooked this. I had a good chuckle myself. They should have drilled more wells instead of sitting on their asses thinking about principles. I want to throw up when they talk about respecting shareholders. Say one thing and do another. Hypocrites!
EXHIBIT A
American Energy Production, Inc.
Code of Business Conduct and Ethics
The success of American Energy Production, Inc. (the “Company”) is highly dependent on its ability to work in the community. The Board of Directors of the Company has adopted the following Code of Business Conduct and Ethics to protect the reputation and effectiveness of the Company, and to promote compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
The Company believes that a strong ethical foundation will lead to long term benefits for all shareholders, employees and service providers of the Company. The Company understands that employee behavior is a direct representation of the entire team. More often than not, a Code of Business Conduct and Ethics provides a company with a culture by which to live and operate. As is the case in most companies, ethics are derived from the leadership of the organization. The Company is proud to be led by managers, members, and executives who ensure that these moral standards are their highest priority. The core principles the Company expects of every individual employed are as follows:
o Truth/Honesty - True and honest behavior shall be the paramount focus of our organization. Truth is vital in carrying out our business. Honesty is critical in our work place, providing the underpinning of an ethical standard for the prevention of questionable activity.
o Loyalty - Loyalty to the Company and its shareholders, and to the success of the Company and its shareholders, is the underlying foundation of the Company. Loyalty to our peers and our professional relationships is a requirement of this organization. This also requires employees to refrain from allowing personal interests to conflict with interests of the Company.
o Integrity - Integrity is defined as encompassing the personal inner sense of wholeness deriving from honesty and consistent uprightness of character. Integrity is vital for upholding the moral fiber of the Company in the eyes of its employees, shareholders, the public, and regulatory agencies. Integrity in business dealings, social interactions and daily life activities will be our unspoken code of honor.
o Respect - Respect is to be inherent in relations with all other individuals, and is a courteous expression of esteem or regard for people’s feelings and needs. Respect for ourselves, our fellow employees, our shareholders and business associates, and for their expectations, will be earned, honored, and displayed.
Individuals and Situations Subject
All directors, officers and employees of the Company are required to follow the principles contained in this Code. The Code may not specifically cover all situations which may arise, and your judgment in following the principles contained herein is an important aspect of the Code. These principles should be a part of everyday activity and decision making. The Company’s Code is an integral component to our business philosophy, allowing the Company to maintain its credibility in the business community by providing standards for inter and intra office activity. This Code is in addition to other policies and practices of the Company.
Each person is accountable for their compliance with this Code. Violations of this Code may result in disciplinary action against the violator.
Mom I think the legal phrase you are looking for to sum it all up is "breach of fidiciary duty" to shareholders.
This is going to sound crazy, but right now with things as they are in the market..I'd rather be long in AENP. Ironic, isn't it? Even more ironic is how one of the biggest investment houses collapses and AENP a poor, lonely penny stock still survives another day. I honestly believe had BSC invested billions into AENP instead of subprime mortgages they would still be alive and kicking today and we would be 2193934845754 times more well off.
He's talking about the link below:

Actually defined I was thinking the same thing. With oil over $100 I thought there would be some "puffery" going on...
Since you asked so kindly gmoe, he said "definitely not." ;)
All you do is log into your brokerage account. It's quite easy.
Step 1: Click on your share count of AENP
Step 2: An order screen should pop up allowing you to sell
Step 3: Type in a limit price at the bid
Ta da, you're done with AENP for good. At least you have 10% left and can still eat a nice steak dinner with lots of salt to lick your wounds with.
Just remember lots of people are in your boat at the end of the day and criticizing others on the board will not do you any good. Instead had you written e-mails to the company (which will not be read), that might have given you more satisfaction. At least then you would have done something constructive. No one really cares you lost 90% on AENP and god forbid, if you made a profit on AENP someday no one would really care either. It would be best for you to rant with an animal or some inanimate object that cannot speak back. Then you can feel as if someone is REALLY listening to you now.
I'd agree to that statement CTB. In the field of law, we call it "puffery."
Oil over $100 -- even if this company didn't do anything and kept production steady, we would be profitable eventually. Notice I didn't say when, but eventually after X period of time.
$96 bbl - I hear the sounds of profitability ringing at our door.
I actually saw that too on NBC, where real estate is still booming and there are more jobs than people. Good coverage.
Merry Christmas to all!
Dart, nice to see you post. I personally was wondering if you were still ticking myself. A bunch of others a couple months back asked about you without a reply. I guess some of us were worried, but it's really good to see you post. You're only 91 years young! Have a wonderful Christmas and a Happy New Year!
Well, thanks for being an ass. But you're right. It has been awhile -- but much less than year. Seems like forever.
Haven't posted for over a year now, but just wanted to say Merry Christmas to all! :)
Scottrade account is perfecto! No charges were assessed.

boli, that's great. You sold a whole $700 worth of AMEP. Just sell the rest and be done with it. You can sell all of it for .013 right now as we speak. Just stop whining, please.
