Snowcrow, I appreciate your comming to my aide. But why are we all assuming that Barry lied to us? One person who may or maynot have talked to someone who you know has lied to you, has brought this info. I would try to confirm that, before anyone is a liar.
I called for RM myself, no answer.
How would you know?
I have been wrong before and it is always possible that I am wrong now. We were talking about lying. Two different subjects.
No school today?
Lou
snowcrow,
Do we know that the 06 audit is not in proccess. Has anyone confirmed anything that was said? I can only report what I believe to be true. I cannot prove it by going to the auditor.
Lou
I'm begining to think you are a little kid thinking it is funny to pretend you are a high roller. If your parents find out, you'll be in deep sh*t.
Badrguy, I am, when I'm wrong. We will see. I am also man enough
meet you, or speek to you anytime.
Badrguy,
I never lie. I cannot vouch for anyone else, only express my oppinion. And you know my oppinion of Barry. As far as an appology, lets discuss it in person. I like to look someone in the eye when they call me a liar.
Lou
Localoil,
I thought we had our own rig now, why do we have a contractor's?
I'm curious about oil leases. I am sure someone can write it anyway they like. But there must be a typical structure.
Do they go by just a cut of the oil? A cut of the oil plus a lease fee? A cut of the oil plus there is a minimum amount payed even if they they don't recover any oil that month?
Lou
My take on the shares was that Lanza had 10 mil., but has few left. RM has under 1 mil. Allan has the pref. Monte, under 1 m. The bankers have many mils. These were just guesses from different sourses and I don't know how accurate they are.
Lou
Mars,
It was in reference to your post.
"Even I do not think badrguy is that mentally deficient to short bdgr. Just my opinion. I am open to "debate" on this."
I used to take my Koolaid with orange sunshine in it.
Oilgasking,
Do you have some info confirming that? And just how many lawsuits does Barnet have?
Tradedilly, I should have done the math. Here is the post from "tchancy".
...........................................................
But up until this big first win last week, IMO, OMOG's CEO was not a true believer that we really were going to have a legitimate shot at winning the whole deal in a short period of time. Due to all the delays and continuances Lanza et. al. have managed to sell to the Judge. So to be sure that we had plenty of legal capital to continue the fight, he apparently had the company raise the last $300,000 of a left over 504 in the weeks just prior to the favorable ruling. So that put out some 350 million shares of free trade stock around the .001 level. IMO, it is that .001 stock that we have been eating through. Additionally, by doing this at such a low price, he really PO'ed a lot of the old shareholders so maybe even some of them sold out prior to the "Ruling".
..............................................................
Here is what I wrote back.
.............................................................
"Where does anything say that OMOG sold 300,000 worth of stock to pay for leagal fees.
It doesn't. OMOG stock was just deluted further on the rally from the summary judgement announcement. Adam Barnett wants to make sure he gets his paycheck.
You are more niave than I was when I first bought BDGR. Difference is, I learned from it.
..............................................................
Lou
Only time will tell."
Marsnvest,
I was kicked off the debate team for yelling obscenities about an opponent's mother. They said my skills needed some polishing.
Lou
tradedilly,
Someone from the omog board was here spouting off about the suit and said that Barnet had sold 2,000,000 shares to get the money to pay the lawyers. That he is in the Bahamas this weekend, is my guess.
Lou
Yankee07,
What happens to the law suit now? Since they didn't pay this attorny, would another take the case? Doubt it. It's over.
Since the attorny didn't take the case on a contingency, he knew there was no case against BDGR and that he'd never get a penny out of Lanza.
Could what I said in the past about the law suit against BDGR being frivolous be true? How could I have known that?
Lou
Ruger98,
I must apologize. I ran your handle on my emails and found that I have 3 from you. And one of them talks of our conversation.
It also has your name, which I do remember. (B.R.)
Your handle always intreged me as I thought you were probably a gun fan too. Sorry that I didn't put the name with the handle.
Lou
To ruger98, I don't believe we ever spoke. I am a gun fanatic and think I would remember that handle. (I have the ruger 45 long colt with the low slung holster. PS do not try to do a quick draw after oiling the gun.)
My first reason for getting people to contact me was to get enough shares together to throw out this board. I had a lawyer that I was going to pay myself to do this. The plan was to have an injunction placed on the voting rights of Lanza and company during a stockholders meeting. This can easily be done.
But before revealing this to Barry, I listened to what he was trying to do. And it seemed better for all concerned that I let him try. What he is doing is different, but works the same way. I believe he has succeeded in his efforts and it will be known soon.
I have also promissed not to post anything discussed. I would not violate that trust. I would tell any of you over the phone or in person as I believe barry would. Remember, inside information is only illeagal if acted on.

Fishingfund,
Sorry, sold it 6 years ago, bought a boat.
Lou
A few years back I had a small four seat Cessna, about 175 mph.
I would go to Florida, the bahamas, canada for hunting. And most people would be amazed as they never go 50 miles from our home airport of Plymoth mass. Mostly the reason was that they were afraid to talk to air traffic control. One time in upstate Maine, the clouds pushed us down into the valleys and I had to call approach control to pick me up on radar. They said, "are you lost?". I said no, I just don't know where I am. They giggled and I went up through the clouds on instraments.
Don't ever be afraid to talk to someone or ask questions, you'll miss out on a lot of life, hiding behind a keyboard.
Lou
Call and find out, you don't have to believe me. Listen and take it as you like. You seem like a pretty smart guy around oil and I would appreciate your take on some things.
Lou
Localoil,
If Lanza owns Four Star and they operate properties for BDGR how is the relationship less incestuous? It still has Lanza having to "fire" the operator for the company (BDGR) in which he and his family have the majority interest, no?
You are 100% right as it looks. But if you would call me, you would see why you are 100% wrong.
Lou 781.585.7400
Localoil,
Bdgr does not own fourstar. Lanza and company own 4star, wooldridge, petrol, etc. Lanza's companies are all the operators for BDGR.
If you would give me a call I could enlighten you about BDGR. (I'm sure you could enlightem me about oil) I don't think you are afraid to call me, like badrguy and trooper.
Lou 781.585.7400
Localoil,
If I haven't replied in the past, it would have been that I didn't notice that a post was to me. Good or bad, I would have the respect to reply.
Lou
Localoil,
Yes, but that is Lanza operating, not bdgr. Does the operator pay the bill or the leaseholder?
In reference to your question about the quantities.
781.585.7400
Lou
Localoil,
Is it 4star that didn't pay the bill or is it in the name of BDGR? 4 star is Lanza. If he is to pay the utilities as the operator and cannot, we will get a new operator.
Lou
Localoil,
The 4000 bbls now, the estimate on the 7 new wells, the estimate on the gas wells. Are all from reputable sources. The est of 1/2 bbl/day on the 30 reworked wells was my estimate. I believe I was estimating low on that because if I were to open new wells, I would open the ones that produced the best. But I thought I would err on the side of caution.
The dollars were from: 6750 bbls x $60/bbl.x 50% (our take minus expenses) = $202500/mo. x 12 = 2.4 million cash flow.
.035/share. At a multiple of 15, that is .525/ share.
There is some other info that enters into it that I cannot post. Call me at 781.585.7400
Lou
Localoil, What are the worse things? Is this thing about power being shut off on some wells realy true or just rumor?
Lou
Derekz could you please contact me at 781.585.7400
Lou
Badrguy,
Now I know your an idiot.
LgL8054,
Huh? Could you explain what you are posting?
Lou
Badrguy,
I thought you wanted the truth? You can see that this is no lie, as the sept. 2006 figures were no lie. Subtact the Gemini production and the loss from inclement weather (or not enough smarts to be ready for the weather.) And this is what you have. Add in the new wells coming on line, and the gas wells coming on line.
Real production is about 4000+ barrels/mo. The new wells should produce 1500 to 2000/mo when openned this month. The gas going on line will give us about $30,000/mo. The 30 wells reopenned might aver. 1/2 barrel/day? 450 bbls/mo. That is about 6500-7000/mo. That is $200,000 cash flow /mo, right now without any new wells. That rig isn't just sitting there.
With assets of .22/share and cash flow of .05/share, all we need is the presant people gone and to be listed and this stock is over $1. I'll say that one more time, "presant people gone and to be listed." Maybe one more time in case you weren't listening. "presant people gone and to be listed "
Lou
Badrguy,
I wasn't referencing your change from promoter to naysayer, but the fact that everyone else on this board has agreed that Lanza and co. are crooks and must go. You just keep harping on it. And you never find anything positive in anything.
Localoil,
I'm not sure what you mean, "taking some guy to task"?
Lou
Localoil,
I don't think that is true. I never heard anyone say anything but derogatory things about Lanza and the management of BDGR. So from what I see, no one ever was not on that side. Bdrguy's problem is he still keeps it up about the same old stuff. And if something new comes up, he tries to find a bad spin to it. Maybe he is just depressed and needs some meds.
However, from my piont of view the light at the end of the tunnel is shinning brightly.
Lou
Badrguy,
Nice to see you have a sense of humor.
Badrguy,
I do not know where the audit is. That is something that was never devuldged, probably so we won't be calling them like we did with Malone and Baily.
When? My guess is not soon enough, but very shortly if it isn't done already.
Lou
Looser, I mean Trooper. You saw the Sept. 2006 financials didn't you?
Lou
Trooper,
Your glass is always half empty, huh?
Lou
Nassie,
That means if you find a typo, you can click on edit message and can fix it. Then you resubmit and it goes back in its same slot.
Lou
yankee07
Where did you get that? Is this new that has just come out? Dosn't this prove that OMOG's suit is just a stock pump?
Lou
