Certainly looks like it will be testing lower lows, but jeesh, you'd expect some retrace soon.

IYH / Healthcare set-ups? Looks like a nice break above $61 resis for IYH if it can hold its new support there, could be a good entry. Anyone have any other set-ups there?

I believe XOM will be somewhat flat here and through 2008. You may see some variation up to $95-$100, but it will oscillate up and down. Still a good long term play IMO.

I will be there.
Yes, please VOTE! btw I think Falwell et al are dead. then again, that means they would have done a better job with the company.
I agree, Jerry is the reason MOBL failed. I mean we were all here because of Kite, anyway. By under projecting costs and revenues by unbelievable amounts he failed on just about every level. If Kite keeps expenses as projected and actually signs people up, MOBL does fine. Jerry is as worthless as Jay.
I always thought that a phone booth wifi pay per use, advertisements, could at least give the company hope.
thanks
link? sorry if i missed it.
Is anyone confused by the holding of a shareholder meeting? The security MOBL will need to hire for the event may be more than its market cap.
Does anyone know the amount of cash we will have on hand after retiring Cornell? I was figuring $8m. And a possible plus $3m for Progames and Davel. Is this correct?
One week for Gobility to get their cash - or have they already?
Sledge and O'Neill own just over a whopping 2mil shares.
Why do these arses below get bonuses that total 3% of our entire market cap? Screw that.

Say what you want about TA but Oversold RSI almost always leads to a bounce up for MOBL- I won't be getting out, but probably will take some off the table if I smell this thing back near .02
Seems stupid to sell now when we may be sitting on cash equivalent to the market cap, just depends on what their burn rate is while these deals are pending.
Perhaps I've missed it but has anyone given a reason WHY Jay would sell Kite for next to nothing when he will be debt free and have some cash? I am making the assumption that he only has his own best interest in mind- what would be the reason for the Tobin described scenario? Selling off and starting over debt free has to be the stupidest thing that I have ever heard. Is Tobin off or Jay? Let's just hope their burn rate and head count drop soon.
Check out the moneyflow above even on a 10-day still green. Kinda crazy
Cornell would be dumping a ton of shares if there wasn't something in the pipeline, no?
I'm looking for $.06, might be a while but we'll see. If you still like the Wi-Max play I strongly urge looking into ALVR - may want to wait for a pull back because it has run in the last few days and tends to be pretty volatile. Who knows though isn't showing any signs of slowing down.
Bid 0.027 Ask 0.029 - not sure how reliable this is- some people may have these orders in from last week. It did show 0.028 and 0.030 earlier though.
It is wrong of them to let this month empire without word of anything
Who wants to go up to Bethesda and protest outside MOBLs office?
I like the following:
Chanting-
"Hey Jay - I've got your 8-k" (middle finger gesture)
"Hey Jay - I've got your 8-k" (middle finger gesture)
IF (I guess this is a big if) something is coming 90% chance today 10% chance tomorrow.
cruel -eom-
This is like holding some really far OTM option calls. MOBL likes Tuesdays at 9am for releases.
CloseCall customers and valuations - has anyone taken the time to find recent valuations for clec and other customers? Does anyone know if CloseCall's number of lines is still somewhere around 240k?
Say lines are valued at $100 (I have no idea what they're valued at) that'd be enough to equal half of our market cap after Cornell is paid.
edit: I am seeing this 13D/A values CLEC lines at a 50% discount to ILEC lines

I agree- Cornhell wouldn't lose the cash flow from an entire account without something concrete.
Then again, maybe they just need to get the price back up so they give away less number of shares (to stay under allotment).
Based on dilution alone, the stock value just about halved from one year ago. That is to say the June 1, 2006 value of $.21 would be around $.115 with the year's dilution of shares.
Natural shakeout here, less than $250k traded today, for a minute there tho I thought Cornhell was coming back in.
Ok when I go to the website and go to "click here to buy rudy drinks online" it takes me to a spam link farm- there's your new business plan --
Let me know which valuation model or assumptions you're using to get higher, I'll try and run the same thing- I have already got it up from 10, but I'm already stretching it. Of course once they report the positive EBITDA number that could help.

Should be, yes. Company justs needs someone with more TIME and some money to work with. If you have that then this company is worth around $.16, assuming some good luck on the lawsuit and a well negotiated premium.
Any intelligent short was shadowing Cornell. With payments paused they should have covered their bare asses.

A good management team could get $.10, my estimate: Jay will probably get $.075. I will be happy at $.08 and above. IFFFF

incorrect- article is from end of April 07
Umm zgoldfool - we know how Tempe is going- that is what makes the ASU article so great, because ASU is going to be paying for all of its students to have access anywhere with the student technology fee... As opposed to Mobilepro getting only those who sign-up on an ad-hoc basis.

My hope is that they didn't want to send these PRs into a wall of Cornell selling. My fear is that these represent little significant value for Kite.
I just reread that Longmont article- sounds good on the face but then it popped out to me: "McIntosh said other cities across the country are approaching his company to seek a similar network, and he’s telling them they may have to wait up to a year before they can even begin discussions."
That sounded cool at first, but then I realized how pathetic that is.
Also, I haven't seen this article, but it looks like ASU will be paying some sort of flat fee for its students to get access in Tempe.

somebody knows something - crooks. If you see big news it will be soon (this week) before Cornell shits on us all.
Ya I'm in NW Dc so close to the madness - that is mobilepro and march!
The IPO won't take 2 years because if it does the company won't exist. Need to get forward motion soon. Also, Jay's interview seems to imply in stronger language that Davel sale is coming soon. I'm sticking to my IPO news timeline of end of April- if nothing new I'm taking my losses and then taking the Red line up to Bethesda to share my thoughts with Jay......
