I live 5 miles away from their HQ. If they held it in Richmond, I'd be the first one through the door, but I have no desire ever to go inside the Beltway again. I lived too close to the District for too many years. It is a miserable - and dangerous - place to visit.

"I think they will get a tobacco license shortly anyway so we could be 7-10 by march if true"
Say what? They already sell two forms of tobacco. What are you talking about?
Dino
I'm happy to disagree with you.
I have been diagnosed with cancer of the bladder (a reoccurrence of the cancer of 1984). My urologist removed two tumors and waited 3 months to check on results. About 2 months into that period, I began taking CigRx (15/day). The cystoscopy a month later found two more tumors - this time the pathologist said "indeterminate". That's about the time I started taking Anatabloc (6/day).
6 weeks later, I saw blood in my urine, followed over the next two days with ejection of a polyp. A week later, a cysto showed a "red spot". A week later we did another biopsy - negative. Just in case, we then did a CT scan of the entire urinary tract - normal.
The recommended treatment for bladder cancer is usually a 6-week course of BCG. That's a concentrated form of the TB vaccine developed by the two French doctors for whom it is named. (Don't ask me to spell them.) The BCG, it is thought, stimulates the body's immune system to eliminate the cancer. That's what I took in 1984. The results this time, with just the anatabine citrate, were just as good. Better considering the lack of side effects.
In other words, Anatabloc might eventually be used as a treatment for some types of cancer.

No, but I think you didn't read it carefully. I deliberately used the wrong word - the contraction "you're" instead of "your", the possessive - and ran the paragraph through the spell checker of Microsoft Word 2010. It found nothing wrong with it because "you're" was spelled correctly. The fact that it was grammaticlly incorrect was not noted by the spell checker.
That was the point I was trying to make. Apparently, I failed miserably. However, perhaps this poem will explain it better:
Poet Tree with Mist Aches.
I have a spelling chequer
It came with my pea sea
It plainly marques for my revue
Miss steaks eye cannot sea.
I yews a quay two right a word
I weight for it to say
Weather eye am rong oar wright
It shows me strait away.
As soon as a mist ache is made
It nose bee four two late
And eye can put the errer rite
It's reelly, reelly grate.
I've run this poem threw it
I'm shore your pleezed to no
It's letter perfect in it's weigh
My chequer tolled me sew.
Dino
Yup. I thought the italics would give it away.
It's a personal peeve of mine. It seems that no one actually reads what they right, depending on the spell checker to fix it. I'll look for a wonderful example I used to have.
Of course, they occasionally get what they deserve.

Shank,
You're admonition is incorrect. Your request to use a spell checker doesn't help. I ran this through Word 2010. A grammar checker, yeah. It's a shame that newspapers, magazines and newsletters have stopped hiring real editors. Or maybe the schools have just stopped teaching grammar.
Dino
P.S. None of them would have caught the double 'F', since all caps are ignored by all of the spell checkers I've ever used.
Capital Art has a new subsiderary with its own site:
http://www.giftarium.com/
It features the Frank Worth collection but doesn't seem to be limited to it.
Dino
Good decision. I picked up another 10K about a minute before the close. That's a problem with an IRA - you can only invest cash. I'm retired, so there's no fresh supply. Fortunately, I get monthly dividends from GORO.
Dino
As I recall, there have been some payments in stock, but not too many. There are 165,308,998 shares outstanding out of an authorized 500,000,000. I think the short interest of 52% probably has more to do with it.
Since they've now begun producing gold, have increased the placer capacity and begun drilling for the 43-101 report, it's only a matter of time before those speculators get in their shorts.

Not bad for it's first real reporting quarter.

It's a good thing you have help now.

There's nothing to dump. The float is miniscule. That's why there's no volume. Most of the stock is locked up by large holders, most of whom have deep pockets.
Dino
I'm 68, but I can wait. I take Anatabloc.
Besides, my grandchildren's kids will probably need the money.
Dino
300 years? Sounds like a good steady income to me.
Dino
Thanks.
I was going to suggest the minimum to start with also, but I didn't know if that would be enough to show any improvement. It's probably a good way to start and then increase later.
Dino
Do you know what dosage the friend's mother is taking? I have a similar situation and I'm wondering what to suggest to the husband.
Dino
You mean that academia is worse than Congress?
Dino
"Academia is not a nice place."
Right. It's just as political as Congress.
Dino
I heard a commercial for CigRx on the radio last night. First one I've heard. Available at CVS drugstores in the Richmond area. The ad was on 103.7 FM, an "alternative music" station. I wouldn't have chosen the music, but the 20 somethings at the barn picked it. (The horses liked the C & W better, but we do ride English style.)
When I said something about it, one of the ladies said her boyfriend was trying it. Two weeks and he still smokes. I suggested he try it with the patch.
Dino
The Anatabloc is a losenge, also. A capsule wouldn't work since it must be absorbed prior to the digestive tract. I think the losenges are a little softer and seem to disolve faster, but that could be because I'm taking them 2 at a time instead of 5 of the CigRx. The taste is about the same. Doesn't seem quite so sweet.
Dino
Ask some of the short sellers.
Dino
That's like saying that pain is good for you because it serves as a warning that you are injuring your body. Thesa are natural signals which may have, to some extent, outlived their usefulness.
Touching a hot stove hurts, so I don't do that any more. Once I'm no longer touching the hot surface, I'd like the pain to go away. Having it hurt for an hour doesn't make it heal faster.
Dino
Who, you? Goro's 100% legit. I'll get my $.05/share monthly dividend on the 24th. It's now a regular dividend instead of a special one. Only real difference is the US tax treatment, but that will make the reporting services show a $.60/annum rate.
Dino
Does anyone recall the ETA for the reaults of the Flint study?
Dino
Hard to believe that mine has been the high bid for 3 days. I give...I'll pay .15.
Dino
They're now offering a free sample of CigRx.
Dino
"How many random old men DON'T have those problems?"
Other studies have shown that the randy men don't. Frequent sexual stimulation seems to be a better treatment. More fun than meds, too.
Dino
But the insurance companies will pay for most, if not all, of those costs. Until Anatabloc gets on the formulary, the patient will have to bear the entire cost. Recently, my doctor suggested an expensive treatment plan. When I pointed out that the method he wanted to prescribe didn't work very well compared to others, his reply was, "Yes, but this is free. Your insurance company will pay the entire cost." My response? "It doesn't solve my problem." Well, actually, I wasn't that polite.
Dino
They tell you to enter a coupon if you have one. Where the coupon is available? Well, that's another question.
Dino
If you order from the web-site on teh "Advantage Club" plan, the price is $89.99 each month; however, if you call them on the phone to order, the price is $99.99 for the 1st month and then $89.99 each successive month.
BTW, sales tax is added in CA, VA and SC.
I'm going to call and point out that you can't advertise one price and charge another...after I place my internet order.
Dino
It is used as a children's laxative. I don't think it's effects are as strong as sorbitol. Mannitol, however, crosses the blood-brain barrier, carrying the anatabine with it, I think. Hence the effects on Alzheimer's, IMHO.
The effect about which I complain (so does my bedmate) is intestinal gas. Other effects, such as the one you mentioned, aren't obvious, but there may be a softening effect. That's not been a problem.
I take it that you haven't tried the product yourself?
Dino
Yeah, that's why I referred to it as "gooey." But, since I don't like the taste, that gets it over with. A spoonfull of sugar might help the medicine go down, but a bowlfull (the mannitol) is more than too much. I'm not fond of the after effects of large molecule alcohol either. Maybe if I spread them out one per hour I'd avoid that effect, but no one wants to answer that question for me.
Dino
I take 15/day, which was what Jeff Clark said was the recommended dosage. I take them 5 at a time, three times a day, approximately 8 hours apart, when I get up, about 2-3PM and at bedtime. Don't like the tqste, the gooeyness or the mannitol, but the results are more than worth it.
By the way, I noticed this morning that my joints, which have always imitated Rice Krispies, seem to pop on their own now. Just rolling over in bed will often do it. I no longer have to stretch to cause them to re-align. Is this caused by CigRx? Is this good? I hope so. I also think so, since the joint pain is gone.
Maybe my mother-in-law died too soon (at 102) to be able to retract her frequent advice to me: "Don't get old."
Dino
Ohio State, you haven't been paying attention to the board. Apparently several of us are using the product. I know I gave some preliminary results from my usage.
Let me tell you that I have noticed my right shoulder in particular. It hurt almost constantly - whenever I moved my arm up to near shoulder height or did anything strenuous. I've almost finished my second 3 carton order. Yesterday I spent several hours cutting up fallen trees with a bow saw (that's a manual, one-handed, very sharp saw) and picking up fallen branches on the farm.
My shoulder feels fine this morning. Oh yeah, no chest discomfort while working, but I did get a bit of sunburn on the back of my neck.
I called the company on Thursday. They're about 5 miles from my house. The receptionist gave me a list of several local places that carry CigRx over the counter. A very motly assortment, including one address - the closest to my house - that's actually a cornfield.
She wouldn't/couldn't be definite, but she advised me to just buy a couple of 'packs' locally if what I really wanted was Anatabloc.
My 'test' is still ongoing.
Dino
Sorry North, I can't reply to private messages. (I'm too cheap.) But the answer to your question is "Yes."
Dino
Production this month already exceeds all of last quarter. Maybe that's why the dividend went up another 20% and became a regular monthly payout.
Dino
The ruling said the patents are enforceable. That's much better than just "not proved invalid."
What I got out of my second reading is that both the Williams and the Peele patents are non-infringing and enforceable. Star can't make RJR pay for using the Peele method, but any company using the Williams method has to pay.
Dino
Miss the 5 cent dividend? They'll PAY it. If you borrow the shares to sell, you have to pay the real owner all dividends declared until you return the shares.
That could get expensive.
Dino
I hope they get DNA samples before the cremation.
