Am I seeing that right?? Only 100,000 common shares authorized??
what the heck is efti??? this board is USSE.
Yup, if you are in the United States, we are on a T3 system, meaning it takes 3 days to settle. Three days prior to Dec. 1st is Nov. 28th.
I think aliangel is guessing the future price of USSP.
Stogi, chill man, this is a message board, people are allowed to express their opinions and ask questions of other members.
Yeah, I know, that post u replied to was in regards to USSE.
That's what I'm saying. The dividend is being given on Dec. 1st, today is Nov. 17 so since there are no shares of USSP yet, the value is non-existent.
And yes, I have also been saying, hypothetically, that when the shares of USSP are issued, the value should match that of USSE.
It was stated in the conference call last month that their production of fertilizer covers 100% of their operations and for them to continue further research and development and expansion would indicate some form of income/profits being generated.
So it would not be correct to say that USSE has no income.
in a normal 1-for-1 share dividend, that is typically the case. however, bear in mind that this is a 1-for-1 STOCK dividend.
in our case this means for every 1 share of USSE that we own as of record on Dec. 1st, we will receive 1 share of USSP, the spin off company.
so in this case, being a 1-for-1, the share of USSP should equal that of USSE on the day it was issued, however, the price of USSE won't be reduced in half, hypothetically speaking of course.
Q: What online brokers are best for day trading and margin accounts as far as rates first, service second?
I'm new to day trading so please provide some input, thanks!

SLJB won't see much of any recovery until those AFs come out. And even then, it's hard to say.
delete please, double post
New board for USSP, dividend of USSE.
http://www.investorshub.com/boards/board.asp?board_id=7478
well, considering it is a 1-for-1 dividend, the starting price of the shares should be the same as the value for USSE on that day, hypothetically.
i.e. December 1st, USSE @ EOM is 0.45; thus USSP shares starting would be 0.45
hi everyone. i just joined the PYPR bandwagon today when I picked up 20,000 shares at .005. like many people today, i suffered a huge loss with SLJB. i was able to sell out and using part of the money salvaged, i invested into PYPR.
i have read much of the ibox and dd posted by everyone here. originally i was skeptical about investing into PayPro since the only place I had heard of them before was when they were handling the deposit/withdrawal transactions for PartyPoker.com. But ever since the US government put a ban on online transactions dealing with online forms of gambling, i had thought that PayPro was going to loss a lot of business. but seeing how it's been the past couple months and especially the past couple weeks after the anti-gambling bill, i have been converted.
i sold out today. bought myself 20k into PYPR. The leftovers I salvaged, I'm considering if I should put back into SLJB. At the price I sold out, I can buy 20k, 5k more than my original 15k shares. But I'm holding off for now. Gonna wait till those AFs come out. I have a feeling the pps is going to drop more tomorrow if the AFs ain't out by tonight.
i have no idea, pre market i think cause i placed the order at like 1am pst before going to bed cause i felt something like this was going to happen.
good thing i did too cause i didn't wake up till 7:45am pst today and it was already at .043
i got out early this morning at .08 and i'm personally going to wait for the financials to come out before i even consider buying back in.
to me, pv and sljb has lost their credibility at this point and will not regain it until those AFs come out and support the numbers released earlier in the year.
i originally bought in at .125, so yes, i sold at a loss too.
give petar over to sasquash in cell block 40D in A wing... =)
EVERYONE has already seen that statement since late last night... welcome back, and get caught up in the next 10 secs if u seek salvation... hahaha
volume ain't bringing that $100k back buddy
the only other company i'm watching right now that has more volume than SLJB is PYPR.
actually I think the resistance is now at .040 need to bust that make once it's past .045, then things turn bullish.
no one got replaced pappee, that was just his opinions.
very nicely done =) /e
Dang, you people all need to go to sleep.
PV has stated that the AFs will be posted between 4AM and 9:30AM EST.
The most we can do at this point is sleep, sit and wait.
I don't know about the rest of you, but I'm going to sleep and waking up with a big cup of coffee... it's gonna be a long ride with SLJB.
Come on!! Let's close above .40 today!! /e

haha, ubss trying to keep it at .16 for us all...
Ahh... hahha, yea, that's probably a pretty good guess. There's going to be a lot less space between walls in the future.
I meant how thick the Nansulate Shield would be... not their liquid insulation products.

i wonder how thin it is actually too...
i think in housing construction, they have like 2-4 inches for insulation between the layers of walls. (someone that knows better, please correct me if i'm wrong). If this is really that much thinner, a lot of blueprint drawers are going to have to change the standards.
wow!! that is awesome!! can't wait to see what this does for us once the word gets out to all the companies in the industry!!
Hahahaha, isn't USSE only concentrating on providing their biofuel as an alternate energy source for utility purposes? For USSE to take on the big oil companies is still like a decade too soon. Not that the idea isn't good; I would love to fill up my car with USSE's biofuel, even the 50/50 blend.
The fact is that USSE needs to get more processing plants up so that they can meet with the demands of the country first then maybe they might be able to tackle the automotive industry.
The day USSE produces enough biofuel to support the major cities of this nation (i.e. Los Angeles, New York, Chicago, Miami) is the day I would say they be ready to take on the oil companies.
This board is really looking better and like the other ones people are really getting into. Great job KQ!! We just need some PRs to get this company cranking!
I really don't know why there are still some non-believers and skeptics here. If your faith in the company is faltering, go look at the numbers again, analyze the reports, read the PRs, or just go watch the video again. If anything, wait for the dividend and become a believer, USSE will rise in the ranks of Wallstreet.
Personally, I wish I had some of that 50/50 blend for my car... it's 6 years old and dying on me... hahaha. Can we the shareholders make a special request to JR to create a batch of the 50/50 to put in all our cars? Just a special for shareholders only of course =)
