nerd, I wouldn't get too excited until we see the 8K SEC filing which outlines the agreement.

after a statement like "When Uli stepped down as president of GlobeTel Wireless (a happy day for all of us)" GTEM turns around and awards a Contract to him for $45K/Mo.?
Why not continue the "happy day for all of us" and bid Uli farewell?
In a recent conversation with GTEM's IR Department I was informed that the 04' & 05' restated financials which were expected to be released last week are in need of final sign-off by the previous auditors. Further, GTEM's CEO is now debating whether to hold the 04' & 05' and release all financials together in mid August 2007 in lieu of releasing them separate.
miguellara, so let me get this straight for the readers.
You would have us all believe that:
1) GTEM entered into a Contract with Uli/Trimax to build Hotzone equipment for the J/V in Mexico;
2) that GTEM knew Uli/Trimax would breach the Contract;
3) so GTEM could sue Uli/Trimax;
4) all as some sort of proof Uli was the cause of the Russian Agreement failure
5) to be used as GTEM's defense in the Class Action Lawsuit.
Quite a stretch, but hey anything is possible.
and why would GTEM want to "set him up"?
miguellara, didn't GTEM know what they were getting before they decided to Contract with Uli and Trimax? Is the cause behind the lawsuit really a surprise to GTEM?
crash, I would love to know who the "other entity" is. Can you share this info. with the class?
Doc, you may be on to something.
"Volume: As the triple bottom develops, overall volume levels usually decline. Volume sometimes increases near the lows. After the third low, an expansion of volume on the advance and at the resistance breakout greatly reinforces the soundness of the pattern."
I am waiting for the sp/volume to pick up after that third bounce off $.21
Best of Luck

Fair enough Axel, thanks for your reply.
Coast, nice find. I was informed by Globetel's IR Department a couple of weeks ago that things between Globetel and Trimax may have to come down to a lawsuit to settle some differences.
I was also informed that Trimax is not Globetel's only Hotzone manufacture and that if things did not get resolved between the two companies, Globetel would utilize other manufacturing efforts.
Axel, you state that you do not support Joe M., however you are listed as the source for the article listed below? Will you explain?

News Out
FT. LAUDERDALE, Fla., July 9, 2007 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ --
GlobeTel Communications Corp. (Pink Sheets: GTEM) (the "Company") today
announced that in order to service broadband Internet customers in Rancho Don
Antonio, an 8,000-home community in the Mexico City suburb of Tizayuca, a
HotZone(TM) powered wireless backhaul link of more than 30 kilometers (18.64
miles) was established originating from the main HotZone(TM) base in Pachuca.
Internet connectivity was delivered utilizing three 5.8 Ghz point-to-point
microwave links including a single 20 km (12.42 miles) microwave hop. 802.11b
wireless broadband was then delivered through a series of point to multipoint
connections throughout the first phase of the community, creating a Wi-Fi
(2.4Ghz) "hotspot." The Company believes that the single point to point 20 km
link showcases the true flexibility of its HotZone(TM) technology; withstanding
transmission requirements over long distances utilizing comparatively few
physical resources.
Peter Khoury, Chief Executive Officer of GlobeTel Communications Corp., stated,
"The HotZone(TM) radio units proved they could deliver wireless broadband
Internet over long distances in an extremely fast and cost-effective manner,
without expensive and time-consuming fiber optic cables. Although we've always
had faith in the integrity of HotZone(TM), we view this latest accomplishment as
proof positive that this architecture can be replicated anywhere terrestrially.
Eventually it will be tied commercially into our Sanswire aerial delivery
platforms."
Until it was introduced to HotZone(TM) technology, Rancho Don Antonio was void
of any broadband Internet network services. Rancho Don Antonio and nearby Santa
Matilde, a community with 7,000 households also in the process of being
introduced to the HotZone(TM) technology, are typical of the newer middle class,
high-density communities being built in Mexico and considered very receptive
markets for HotZone(TM) technology.

Update for post 79272. My previous comment about financials expected to be released this week needs to be revised.
The new expected timeframe for Globetel to release the restated financials for 04' & 05' is next week 7/9/07 - 7/13/07, pending final sign off by the auditors.
Again today American Bulls has posted "Today a White Candlestick was formed. This represents normal buying pressure."

Sam, it is always good to have long rage goals as well as short range goals. The S2a is more or less a long range goal (no pun intended), whereas SkySat is a short range goal which may meet immediate requirements for interested parties. So, splitting time or resources between Programs is smart don't you think?
I will have to say, a letter to the shareholders is long overdue.
Siriuslyricher, no doubt about it, Globetel is strapped for cash right now.
In further conversation with Globetel's IR Department, Globetel has but only two sources of revenue right now; Mexico JV in the form of Hotzone sales, and Voz Brazil.
Globetel currently has 20+ employees, with the downsizing and the cutbacks Globetel is probably just getting by right now.
IMO, I do not think Globetel has received third party funding other than the latest round of financing of $750K back in April.
Globetel desperately needs to satisfy the SEC Investigation and further secure additional funding to support current efforts.
Sam, the "splitting their time" comment is actual more important then you think.
The context in which the comment was made went like this:
Now that SkySat is being introduced, will it replace the S2a Program? The answer was no. SkySat and S2a Programs have different objectives and meet different requirements of interested parties. The Sanswire Staff will be splitting their time between the two Programs.
Nerd, I would have to argue that the time spent over the last few years on the Sanswire Division has been "lost and now meaningless". Due to the changing designs in the Airship Program I would have to assume valuable testing data was achieved and design improvements were made.
In further conversation with GTEM's IR Department, Sanswire is planning free flight activities with S2a at Edwards Air Force Base in October of this year, the Sanswire Website will be updated very soon to include current pictures and program descriptions, and the SkySat Program is progressing with Sanswire Staff splitting their efforts between the two Programs.
I have been really scratching my head with the recent extremely low volume trying to figure out whether it is no interest, no buyers, or no sellers causing this situation.
No interest - Then why all the chatter, folks posting non-stop night and day, weekends and holidays included?
No buyers - Then why have American Bulls, since the extremely low volume, been recomending a "HOLD" and posting "Today a White Marubozu was formed. This shows that the buyers controlled the price action from the first trade to the last trade."?
No Sellers - ?

Nerd, in further conversation with GTEM's IR Department, cash flow is a concern for the Company right now (obviously) and they are working to establish relationships for further financing efforts.
As you, I too believe the SEC Investigation has been devastating to the Company and can only hope it will be concluded sooner rather than later.
How about a new topic for the board: SEC Investigation into GTEM
The SEC Investigation seems to be the most important hurdle GTEM needs to overcome in order to move forward.
FWIW, I was informed by GTEM’s IR Department that they are working with the SEC's Corporate Guidance Division as opposed to the Division which handles litigation, penalties, and fines. Also, that GTEM has been working with the SEC to finalize the investigation and will release their restated 04 & 05 financials once signed off by the independent auditors, which is expected to happen this week. Further, GTEM’s intentions are to becoming current with all financials by August 15, 2007 with the expectation the SEC Investigation should conclude once financials have been restated and current.
Two questions for the board:
During the last eight months while under SEC Investigation, don’t you think if the SEC came across something criminal or really bad, other than just restating financials, they would have halted trading immediately pending litigation?
Does the fact GTEM has not received a Wells Letter bode well for GTEM and further lend some credibility to the above?

Tomato Tomoto. Globetel owns the Hotzone technology. Trimax is merely a manufacture & reseller of the Hotzone product whereas Globetel will receive 50% of all profits.
"If Altvater sells any of the HotZone Product Line, GlobeTel shall receive 50% of the profit from such sale and Altvater shall receive the remaining 50% of profit from the sale."

True, any Company can submit their solutions to the Governments desired use of technologies, however only select Company’s are accepted or "Invited" to actually demonstrate the solutions.
According to rumor, SIIa is scheduled for free flight testing at Edwards, October of this year.
vkoenig, thanks for your reply. I am curious to find out if Bob Jones is working for Sanswire in any connection at all.
Similarly, like all the folks who worked for Magic Money and Globetel Wireless Europe. Mostly Ex-Globetel employees who still have some tie to the Company in one fashion or another e.g. now working for Gotham or Trimax.
vkoenig, Do you know where Bob Jones is? Is he working for a Company? If so, what Company is he with now?
Thanks.

Not sure the answer to that one. I can only assume MM's at work.
How else can you explain such low volume, a wide spread between the bid and ask, and then all of the sudden within the last hour of trading a couple of hundred thousand shares get traded? Happens frequently with this stock lately.
followingte, with a bid of .21 and an ask of .24 - it makes it kind of tough to trade. With a 15% spread, who would sell at .21 and who would buy at .24?
MM's are still at work. You know they only have but a few more days.
It's a good sign for the stock. We haven't seen $.28 since 4/28/07 and haven't closed there since 4/20/07.
FWIW, my guess is GTEM will break resistance very soon - possibly this week.
Rumor is financials will be out this week or next.
