Yes if G gets away with the lies, it would be the end of rational thought as we know it in California anyway.
Yeah that's just the initial growth framework moving into high gear. 2022 = new clients and products, 2 hints of more to come, streaming and gaming.

Due to expected slow trading, I'm going to pretend it is a market holiday
In a nut shell...In the Q2 CC Gale said, under current conditions, hot market, their mix of product, SK deal (products),etc..."we are bullish and expect to see nice increases in product revenue over the 2nd half of the year."
Hong said, "we have already engaged with SK products and will take a couple of Q's to fully absorb the product."
The company goal is to increase sales of the products that are their own. SSD sales have been steady and were spoken about in Q2 CC. Gale expects SSD sales volume to increase toward the end of this year. SSD sales will be part of a growth division in the company that increases revenue and margins.
Just glad it got said. 4 weeks for Samsung to settle.
“So we should see judgment on Partial Summary Judgment in the next week or 10 days to leave some time for settlement with private mediator retired Judge Suzanne Segal”
Hope you are right!
What I mean is I was wrong about the strength of OMER. Will it recover? Who can say? But I am out.
Yeah the market knew.
From YMB— I like the reasoning here. 90% chance it’s true? 60%? I’d be tickled pink with $5bb! Purple if enough to send a message you can’t hide from yo’ patent obligations.
“Math is important here. Some opinions don't look at previous lawsuits that had no intentional theft than in both Sammy and G's suits. Most suits don't take 12 years either but are settled within 4-5 years of the original claim. This is going to be more than 5B people for the G suit. WAY more.”
when market has getters, if one can't have up sideways is GOOD!
There is some logic there. Lots of balls in the air. At the very least one of the others will cash out before g's next big day.
I don't know about that, maybe ask the folks who bought millions and millions of shares driving the price from $2ish to $10. I didn't do that but I have nibbled on the way down and certainly felt the run to $10 was a value proposition.
I agree roller coaster, so is expecting news to save the momentum when stock has had the sh-t knocked out of it.
I just want the selling to stop.
You're a poet but do you know it?
Safe travels, may your boots be broken in and sleeping conditions be dry.
Technically that should read AND/OR. Although the stress relief works either way. :)
Yes, thank-you.
LOL! That's about right.
This map of "Cloud Locations" shows just how much G relies on their storage capacity to expand the cloud business. Regions become 3 zones, rinse and repeat, of course a way to understand where more data centers will be needed. Just my speculation but all those blue dots DID start out as white dots.
https://cloud.google.com/about/locations
Looks like that "21 data center" is now 22, 13 in USA.
https://www.google.com/about/datacenters/locations/
I searched "google's number of server plants in USA" and this came up
an excerpt:
The Secret Cost of Google's Data Centers: Billions of Gallons of Water to Cool Servers
Clashes over the company’s water use may increase as it chases Amazon.com Inc. and Microsoft Corp. in the booming cloud-computing market. Google has 21 data center locations currently. After pumping $13 billion into offices and data centers in 2019, it plans to spend another $10 billion across the U.S. this year.
“The race for data centers to keep up with it all is pretty frantic,” said Kevin Kent, chief executive officer of consulting firm Critical Facilities Efficiency Solutions. “They can’t always make the most environmentally best choices.”
Google often puts data centers close to large population hubs to help its web services respond quickly. Sometimes that means building in hot and dry regions. The processing units inside heat up easily and water is needed to cool them down.

Thank you for the response about GSOP NLST history and info page.
Yeah, I want their stuff denied
with some irritation in the judge’s voice.
Does anyone have the link to the blog that has the history post Googlestoleourpatent, written by the man with same name?
Not quite like me because if I place an order in OTC stock it will never go off pre-market. I can trade listed stocks pre and post market. It's ok, I'm just trying to remove any mystery around the limits for trading OTC. ;)
So I called OTC Markets and they told me that there are brokers that provide l2 quotes pre-market for their customers and those customers can place trades. I'm with TDA and the only way to see pre-m trades is on a minute chart, size and price. Otherwise, l2 doesn't light up till market open for OTC.
who is your broker? and is premarket USA time also premarket where ever you live? just trying to figure out if there is a simple explanation why some can buy otc pre market and some can’t.
Well it’s better than 50/50 the forward looking will become a positive now.
Then the 3rd energy flow eventually comes from the company. The forward looking become a now.
I think the value behind any kind of forward looking bullish call is the power of positive thinking. Just like the value of any kind of forward looking bearish call is negative thinking.
I don’t think so my othe post from a different site lists 3mm available with this disclaimer
Short Shares Availability
This table shows the number of shares of US:NLST available to be shorted at a leading prime brokerage. It is not the total number of shares available to short, nor is it the short interest.
It does not include data from other brokers or dark pools. It is a small sample, and it is useful for tracking the rise and fall in demand for shares throughout the day and weeks. It should not be treated as an absolute number of shares that are available to short in the market.
We update our database every 30 minutes but only display changes, in order to improve readability.
Here is the link it’s a list of the changing amount of available to borrow and the % one would pay.
https://iborrowdesk.com/report/NLST
maybe that available list is showing 200k shorted over last few days at 23-31%. I hope they get their lunch.
Very expensive and doesn’t look like these shares available are very popular.

My post is so wrong someone shared a link to available shares to short. They are out there I guess the rules for buying selling after/pre market and short selling are different for other brokers. Not available through TDA.

Only way the MMs are picking up those premarket shares is people leaving stop losses overnight. Or they are covering their own shorts from day before
