If we don't convert to the Preferred Stock by June 14th for the 1:1600, then what will happen to our common shares? Are they going to cancel them or R/S, what is the ratio of the split?

Not the spread I was hoping to wake up to 0008-0009, not pretty! The IR is talking now, finally responded to my e-mail about all the PRs, and basically said what "Money" had posted, that they have to build their own market with the PRs instead of outsourcing to an IR firm eg... more money down the drain.

Thanks for sharing Money. It seems the company does have something up their sleve, good, but don't beat around the bush with these little hints, just DO IT! I do appreciate them not playing into the usual Pink sheet schemes of dilution and pumping their stock up on only hype. IMO they need to hold off on the PRs until they can get some solid revenues from FOREX and EM2, and then post.
