gempicker, you have made a very important point. The mental game that takes place day in and day out on the pinks. In my opinion I believe that this company has a great potential to prosper and to reach pps levels unimaginable to many of us. 'nez' has made many important posts in reference to stock market play, mm's and the panic factor.

Safety is a major issue these days. In corporate America, employees are asked to get involved in safety observations ,in order to prevent and minimize injuries at the workplace. Monetary awards are an incentive for doing the extra work. U.S. Department of Labor Occupational Safety and Health Organization: Corporations and OSHA are working in unisom to take safety to the highest possible level.

Why would the safety of our children be any different? I believe that eventually this type of system will become the law in all the school buses in the U.S. This is just my opinion.

Adoption Nears
The industry]wide adoption of the Automated Recall Messaging System (ARMS) initiative is
scheduled for February 5, 2007. This system, built in 2003, provides for the electronic messaging
of securities lending recalls and will eliminate the paper intensive fax]based process employed by
agent banks and broker]dealers since the 1970fs. Although currently available today, ARMS has
been used primarily amongst broker]dealers within the same vendor system (SunGard.s Loanet
and/or Equilend).
In recent years, increased scrutiny of the securities lending business by regulators has focused on
accurate record keeping (Agent Lending Disclosure) and timely buy]ins of fails (Regulation
SHO). With this in mind, industry]wide implementation of ARMS to stay ahead of the regulatory
review process is logical, timely, and achievable. Transmitting recalls via ARMS creates an
electronic audit trail for agent banks and broker]dealers either at the user.s vendor or DTCC,
which houses the message hub for all non]intra]vendor recall messages.
To facilitate its rollout, an industry lead committee of lenders (agent banks) and borrowers
(broker]dealers) has been meeting since August in an effort to advise the lenders and borrowers

Well said nez, and I may just add that any good business requires time, patience, and above all perseverance. This company has a plan, a plan for the benefit of our children and adults alike. In time, and if we have patience we should see the fruits and the ripening of our investment. I perfectly understand the dissapointment, but if Mr. Wiley is going to make a move to the otcbb board he's going to need serious revenues to comply with the fees associated with it. I personally think that he's doing the right thing. It is going to take time but it's a great start. The one thing that we as shareholders don't want to do is to give the mm's enough reason to drive the stock to the ground. In my opinion, we need to stay positive.

This is good news!!! Eventually we will see an increase in revenue due to the insurance company promoting the product through insurance discounts. This is a win/win situation for the insurance company, atwt and the customers. This is just my opinion.

Do you have any idea when will the dividend get posted in our account or does anyone?

I understand the frustration that most of you are feeling about the pps dropping because I'm in the same position averaging at .0045. We need to come to the realization that nothing is done instantly especially for a company in the making. I would have liked to double my money before Christmas, but that's not the case right now. Nothing is certain in the pink sheet world.

Would I like to see news about a buyback? Sure. Would I like to see the company go to the OTCQX BOARD right away? Definitely. Is it possible? Maybe and Maybe not. The bottom line is that we need to give this company time to develop at its own pace. Why worry so much about things that you can't control? Just remember the comments that Stevo made for he holds over 11 million shares and Dmondial holds 29 million or more by now. And don't forget Nez comments as well.

That is correct!!! We are investing in a real company with real products. The filing been posted with the sec should prove to everyone that Mr. Wiley is for real and that he's not playing any games!!! But as for everything else in life this is just my opinion.

I don't really know any of you personally and I don't think it matters but I must say that I had a nice welcome to this board, and due to the messages posted by Stevo, Hogfan, Nathanial, vlftraders, dmondial and many others I have came to learn a lot because honestly I'm still new at all of this. We should all be pulling together and show the investment community what this stock and the product been sold is all about. We are all here because we want to make money. I just got back from a great vacation in Gatlinburg Tennessee and I also bought some more stock today. I'm just a little fish in the water with over 1/2 million shares. We need to keep the wheels turning on this one (uphill I mean!!!) and don't make any room for bashers to come in and take the fruits of your labor. This stock has lots of potential to be in pennies land!!! Let's go!!!
