You all know i pretty much called this one too a tee, doesn't make me happy at all...I can't believe this company went to the pinks and hasn't addressed the issue with a pr ...thats a huge red flag,, I was wrong in my prediciton i thought pawson would issue a rs but he chose to go to pink land...i was wrong thinking pawson would follow the law in o.b. but its easier to have no audits or answer to anyone in pinks...he even surpised me on that one....

Now, i think the little buying today is some longs throwing a couple grand and hoping this hits a big uptick so they can bail, i don't know if its going lower but im upset so many lost there axx on this and he done it again to another company and investors.....

thats said, i hope you all get some legal advice..everyone who pissed off throw 250 bucks into a account and someone hire a kickass legal team and bring his ass to jail....one look at his bs prs, his false documentation and his pump should send him to jail and a big fine...also his history will be in favor ...

that said,,,i called cbay look at my history many called me names and so forth.....but thats fine......

I want you to do some DD on efgo...read the pr today and thats what a company ceo should do for there investors...look at the transparencey of the prs, look at the goal and outcome..thats what you should look at......

I loved how the company put out prs because someone was bad mouthing the company and they were going to contact the FBI, please, the FBI might be looking for him now.....I would suggest if many of you lost big coin on this to hire a attorney and bring him down, his history will reflect his past.....and future...

You are correct but where is the spinoff shares via march 12th?

Why did they give the march 12 deadline? why haven't they addressed the delay to stockholders? and why haven't they issued the hnso 1 for every 10 shares to investors?...Im long just wondering why they are putting out prs and not addressing the past pr, i understand medbio hasn't been cleared yet, but they put the march 12 deadline......I have emailed the company with the same concerns....just a thought

Ice your missing something very big.......for them to move the stock UP 81 percent on a 1000 share buy shows you HOW SHORT THIS STOCK REALLY IS!!! common sense tells me there is absolutly no shares and any little buying pressure this is gone,, You could buy this now without it spiking up huge, I was getting frustrated but today was a great day and told a lot about the stock......

and they are short, i saw a sell for 123 shares and they dropped it 35 percent, so that tells you there no shares, thats not painting the tape, 1000 share buy wouldn't move any pennystock, i can't wait for this to unfold......jmo

The only reason I would try and flip this stock is to make money off pawson.....the money would spend a lot better ...and if someone can make coin off him, good for you!!jmo

Pawson History speaks for itself...he did the samething with his last company.....I think they will do a RS but I want to see how many shares were added this quarter, that will be a huge indication...negative attention is a understatment...I would love to flip this stock, but sleeping with snakes can be a deadly game.....goodluck longs.....jmo

Some thought on the 3 day wait for ameritrade......to get around that rule apply for a margin account, then there no three day wait, i use ameritrade and flip all the time....fact..

Sounds like your fishing, You meet pawson on Friday and he gave you the warm fuzzy feeling he would accept change? The perf. A would get converted and he would make a boatload of cash, and the new guy or gal would have to have a nice package..The company bought to much to fast and the market is hurting, even though intrest rates are still low.....

If the stock hits .007 or lower i might jump in for a flip, but with the 10 late it will be intresting to see how much dilution the company did and rev....not projected rev of assets but cash..

these stocks can change direction in a heart beat thats why we play the game...

I didn't think it would rebound from the last .007 bounce, kinda mad i didn't play it but i thought it was going to go lower....oh well.....

Most pinks are working on creating rev or have a product but no cash.....look at shrn.....excellant product but the stock seems dead...activeshopper is amazing but one product no promotion, then most pinks have to dilute and dilute to raise capitol to fund there amazing product.....

in europe and U.S.A

I trust my DD and i will add on dips and panick, no one made a dime panicking but many have lost a few dimes do just that...

Bashing is so easy......True story read my posts...on cbay...all i did was watch a few red days in a row, then i read the last 10 to 15 posts, got the feeling of the long investors and what they were concerned and how pissed off they are...it was simple, i didn't own the stock but i wanted to prove a theory, within two weeks just by luck the stock continued to trade lower and I ramped up the i told you so, dilution, rs and the typical bs....before I knew i had many longs thinking of selling and asking me for advice, please.....

I simply played off the emotions of the longs and if they said the stock is going up i would say the opposite, and before i knew everyone was in a huge panick......

I was called a short, basher, manuplation and all that...but the truth is i had nothing to do with the stock price or how the public will trade it.....stocks are funny espically high risk stocks......

So i stopped because my point was made....and it was SO easy to rub longs.....I even said i would put 5k into the stock held above a penny at the time it was around .014......it went to .007....before it stablized.....many took my wager and sold ....

my agenda was to see how easy bashing a stock is and how quickly people start to discount there own DD over some unknown who pops up and plays of the emotion....

All i did was google pawson ceo, got his history and his historic actions and added to the messages.....

Trust your own DD and ask yourself why you bought, if something changed you don't like sell and move on, if the wheels are still in focus don't worry about the stock price....it will reflect the company when the rev...starts coming to blossom.....

One thing I have always noticed with trading pinks and o.b.,,, as soon as someone tries to discredit or get into a banter with each other over the stock or news, or future news...Why is it that the firs or second thing someone ALWAYS brings up is someone's spelling>.....

Message boards are for entertaiment only and should used as a outlet or to express emotion on a stock,, everyone is out to make money and manuplation is the key...that said, I hope chnw isn't reading anyboards...what purpose would that solve or why> they have much bigger fish to fry than worry about some board...

People have concerns call or email.....and I myself emailed the company thanking them for being so honest and transparent,, I apologized for the few who call and complain because the stock down that day.....I also found out that the people who have 500 bucks in the company and act like they own millions of shares, there the ones trying for a quick profit.....and the true investors have to tolerate this and the company may change its tune....

Everything you need to know is in the pr's, and the facts are in there as well, its amatter of risk vs reward, nothing more....

I myself am holding this until 2008 or longer, i think in time this could be worth dollars if everything gets rolled out and rev is huge, no one can predict how a stock going to move, but i would kick myself in the azz if i sold at a dime and a year later it was worth a lot more......

It seems longs have been posting facts......all the facts is what is in the PRS' thats positive from my point of view, THIS IS A PINK STOCK, if your so upset with the game then sell and move on....you owe us nothing, your shares won't dent the stock one bit or did it help the stock one bit.....so please save us from your games and crying about longs, we post on PRS and Mr. Garr has come and done amazing job, many of us are up over 500 percent...so please i think we know how to invest or play the game...thanks for your concern .....jmo

Anyone who uses a message board to invest is crazy.....DD by phone calles, IR and so forth is the only way to invest, message boards are for entertaiment, they help people complain when there losing and laugh when there up.....nothing more...and that the hard cold facts.....espically with pinks, you have to pay to play......

Listen up longs,,,,,,The true longs bought this company at 0002 and .0003...remember those days, about a month ago...everyone said this company was done, we were stupid, dumb, and wasting are money, this stock is over with.......hum....I own around 80 million shares, and I was in that range,,,, now we have a few people who most likely bought at .001 or a little higher and are upset that the pps isn't screaming up.....

Mr. Garr took SHARES not cash
Chang did both, but is a huge asset
Do you really think they would take shares and not move the pps, his words were...we get paid if we do well, were a shareholder.....

Now Im not going to reread all the prs to the new guys, but this is a year play for me......Im in it for the whole home run...I am excited about many fronts, the japan market, forex, the spinoff and the positive cash the company got, the o.b. buying via postive cash, the deadlines meet on time, and so forth,,,

People need to realize one thing....The exposure will start soon, and that will include media, radio, and so forth,,,but the key will be clients and Chnw has or seems to have countries of clients, many rev streams......

Watch this over the next few months,,,and stop worrying about the day to day price or guessing.....patience is a virtue....
