JCP: To me, it's unbelievable that JCP is holding up as well as it is today despite the company's enactment of a poison pill and a 200 point down day in the market. I have a feeling that Bill Ackman has misjudged his investment in JCP. It will be interesting to watch this story unfold.
edurk, I think it is definitely worth looking into further, and I will see if I can dig up anything new. On that note, there are literally thousands of shells looking for a R/M candidates. Please stop by the SOS Changes board sometime and check it out. We are always looking for changes on a company's respective Secretary of State website that may indicate a possible merger play. We find a lot of changes, and though some of them are duds, some of them end up turning out to be something really nice.

AVNR Calls: I picked up 10 Nov $2.5 calls today by sitting on the bid. I may pick up a few more to hold through the decision, but I'm not really a huge fan of letting the FDA decide my financial fate.
I know. I follow Ely around and keep an eye on what he's up to.....and your not safe either my friend. LOL
Great day in HBRM land today RainmanO!
BGZ Calls: Of the 157 $11 Nov calls that I had, I sold 57 today for a nice profit and I will ride the remaining calls through the week. I believe there is still much more downside correction in the market to come.
FGBF: I agree with you regarding the management connections, and in that regard I believe that the only thing in common it could have with GFME is perhaps the PPS in the near future (just to be clear :) ) It will be interesting to see where this one ends up. I'm on the sidelines just watching.
edurk, I will have to look into it further. At the moment, it's my understanding that Crossing Automation only bought a portion of ASYTQ's hard assets. I do find it interesting, however, that Crossing Automation's registered address coincides with that of ASTYQ's. Unfortunately I don't have an answer for your question yet, but I'll see what I can find :)
FGBF: Could it be another GFME in the making? I don't believe it's ihub buying up those shares.
SDGL certainly has an incredible amount of potential.......any updates and this could easily be a 10 bagger.
It's still only on the launch pad IMHO :)
BGZ Calls. Looking very nice today. I'll be holding most of them through the week as I believe we have a decent correction coming.
Looking good here today Ely. Nice way to start to morning.
Well, if it gets de-listed, none of those things could happen anyway lol.

FGBF still on a tear.....up another 33% today (.40)
One small thing that is interesting about ASYTQ is that they are still active with the CA Secretary of State.....which means that they are keeping their filings up to date.

This website has some of the info you may be looking for regarding ASYTQ. Here you can find the court docket and all of the court docs.

Also, they sold some of their assets to Crossing Automation, and I believe that is the extent of their relationship. Sorry, I lost the link to the page where I copied this info......

IKMAD: A bunch of filings hit pinksheets yesterday and today.....I don't have any time to look them over right now, so if you have time, it might be worth trying to figure out what is going on with that one. I really hope I get a chance to look into it later.

Don't know LAIG, but you think it's probably not on the up and up? I haven't looked too deep into it, but I did notice that it was a shell for sell, and that there have been some eyes on it lately. I figured if it wasn't legitimate, it wouldn't have a chance of surviving the scrutiny of the Rain Board :) Fire away!
I've been keeping an eye on SDGL as well. I think if/when we hear anything positive from management, SDGL will be off to the races. Also lurking, but not buying....yet.
Thanks as always level.
PFOB: This one has been getting some attention lately. I honestly just started looking into if further, so I don't know too much about it. Here's a link with some precursory info for those interested:

BGZ Calls: On Friday I started building a bearish position on the market by buying Nov BGZ Calls. I personally believe that the Fed's proposed QE2 is already factored into the market and we are on the brink of seeing a major sell-off. Next week will be interesting as we are already seeing a sell-off in the financial sector as well as the semiconductor sector. I believe that these are catalysts that will ultimately bring down the market as a whole. On that note, I will be looking to place puts on both of those sectors on Monday.
I will also be closely following the dollar. There seems to be a consensus that the dollar will continue to fall against the Euro, but I disagree. I believe that he dollar is extremely oversold and will jump back against the Euro. This goes hand in hand with my belief that the market is on the verge of seeing a major sell-off, as an increasing dollar should also help bring the market down.
This is what I will be watching for Monday. If the market continues up for the near term contrary to my belief, I will use my BGZ calls as a hedge while I play the uptrend.
GLTA.
I guess we'll see what happens when I get to the front gate of his "Bangolow" LOL.
Well, so much for the visit if I ever make it to CA. LOL.
LOL!!! Go Duchie.
Florida does the same. Last month on 09/24/10 there were tons of companies that were changed to default status for failure to file their updated reports. I didn't really see the point in listing all of them. I plan to list them if/when they are reactivated.
Hanibal, I appreciate you sharing that with us. Best of luck to you and thanks again.
VSHC: 10/07/10 Reactivated on the NV SOS. This isn't new news, but perhaps the following email will interest some who are looking at playing this one.

Yesterday there was an upward movement, but most of that was because there was a gap in the bid/ask. Before yesterday the bid was .0006 and the ask was .006 (I believe). Somebody just bought a few shares on the ask yesterday.

Thanks level. I noticed that they also have ties with GDTK.....according to the GDTK message board GDTK owns 8 % of FGBF (I haven't verified this information fully yet). I also noticed that they have a director in common, John Domerego.

Something else about EIGH that literally hits home for me, is the fact that I was born not too far from their headquarters in Manassas Virginia. I know exactly where this office building is.

LOL, That's actually very true. I've seen mechanics "get even" several times in my career......thankfully never with me though.
LOL, I learned to fly in little planes like that. Trust me, he's not going to get too far in that thing :)
I plan to look into the names on the newly filed annual list later this evening. Some of directors there could be new and give us an idea as to what is going on.
New Annual list out today on the NV SOS. I haven't checked to see if any of the names are new yet. Here's a link in case you want to take a look:
