It's horrible what happened here! I truly feel for all that put their hard earned money and time into this stock...God knows, I did and lost everything! I admit it! I guess its true their is a sucker born every minute...unfortunately I joined those rankings! I wish everyone that i met along the way all the best though as i did meet quite a few nice individuals along the way! Hope your all doing well. Cheers!
Nicely said Gink, my ole friend...Cheers to you! Billy
Mark, Same to you and yours! Hopefully DKAM can give us an early Christmas present with some good numbers coming out today? and also to all of those that have stuck it out through these dreadful years, maybe, just maybe, today could mark the day that will begin the long journey back to prosperity! Merry Christmas,Happy Holidays and Be Good! Cheers, Billy
Hey Gink, it's always a breath of fresh air to hear from you! Hope the family is well..Enjoy the Holidays and God Bless! Be good. Billy
This is very sad for many people. Billy
Hello Coach33..it's good to hear from you and see that your still around...along with many other familiar faces...I resigned as moderator a few months back as I grew increasingly tired of the negativity on the board and mindset it put me in as a shareholder each and everyday, as a shareholder holding a considerable amount of stock that is now worthless today. I made countless attempts to contact management and find out "general information" about what was going on and to no avail were any of my calls returned. I did sell a portion of my stock as it hit all time lows of .01c months ago but this was a preset determination on my part that I thought would never come true...today as we sit here, it is 50% lower than that and still the dilution continues..due to "toxic financing, pay down of balances to creditors, lawyers, etc. or salaries to officers?..what ever it might be, it continues and we are all caught holding the bag. I know many questioned over the years Keezek and PKG and there motives but I never deleted them as they continued to offer the "Devils Advocate" concerning the stock and thought this was healthy for the board as much as I did not want to believe...well, who was right up to now?...that's for you to decide but I still hold a large position of stock in DKAM and I refuse to buy any more and have made money else where on other investments that did not mentally drain and give me a feeling of hopelessness that DKAM provided day in and day out for the past 3 or 4 years...Currently the bar is doing well, in today's economy that's a blessing in and of itself, and DKAM has no offering of any of its products to the Northeast including the new Reingold Beer. I check with my distributors every week.
One last thing, many ask why are you still holding then in the many emails I get?... I truly believe they tried everything and are still trying everything to get out of this horrible position they dug themselves into. As a shareholder and retailer of there products, of course when they were available...lol..,they helped me personally in getting the product and said the company has made mistakes but we will get through it all and when everything is said and done...we will still be here!....well there here (.005c), just never thought it would be at the expense of its shareholders. I am still around, don't read the board though but will return any emails you guys send as I still enjoy talking to you guys when my schedule avails! Be good and may DKAM finally be at its true bottom so some of those that have stuck by the company from the beginning can reaps some of the rewards of getting at least some of there money back! Cheers, Billy
No, Boston, it's not me selling, we all know who is selling! I still have a portion of my shares and will stop bye here from time to time...why would I sell at this point?...what little of worth I have is going to see it out at this point! As a moderator, you have to read and access all the posts accordingly and truthfully it was getting very depressing everyday as the stock continues to go down now for my 3rd year...this is a breaking point and mine was .01c or below...I said if it gets down to that point I will be done...I am still getting "PM's" from people and answering them as best I can but I have moved on from moderating and watching everything being said about DKAM. I wish all of us the best! Cheers, Billy
Unfortunately Orenthal I agree, so with a deep heart, I am moving on myself as I have not heard from anyone in management and it is obvious the company has an agenda that does not include its shareholders, therefore effective immediately I will step down also as moderator, good luck to everyone that is still with DKAM,it has been an arduous 3 years, I truly hope it all works out in your best interest. Billy
Hi Joe, Unfortunately no replies back from the company...this might be by design, as I always had a relatively good relationship with members of DKAM and they have always replied with a response to many of my questions, within in their ability. They know I am one of the few that have been through the highs and now the very lows but I also sell their products and help promote them as much as I can....as they are conducting business to survive in this climate, they probably have had to do things that left them on the edge(ie. dilution, bad financing deals, etc, etc,...as a result they have had to hear it from many disgruntled shareholders, like myself, that really don't fully understand what is truly going on, hence PK talks around all the questions brought to him from the conference calls and so forth. I am very happy to hear that we have Jack Kleinert on the board of directors. I met him at the shareholders meeting and he is a very intelligent man with sound reasoning and they will greatly benefit by having his expertise and guidance going forward. I will stick with DKAM for now and hopefully hear something in the coming weeks. As soon as I hear something of allowable substance, I will post accordingly. Be Good! Cheers, Billy
I have to agree with Rilo, Jack Kleinert is a top guy and knows his stuff. I, also, was at that shareholders meeting and had the opportunity to meet him. It certainly makes me feel better about my investment here with him on the board. Cheers, Billy
Well Gang, I am not sure that I can take much more of this..I have been with this sinking ship from practically the beginning, I have believed and sold most of their products but never in my worst dreams/nightmares did I think we would reach .01c again!...and unfortunately probably lower...those of you that know me, know that I am rather level headed and speak only of what I know, no more no less, I am not irrationally exuberant nor am I a pessimist at heart, but my heart strings are being pulled far too much for a person to endure....I have contacted management 1 last time and am hoping to hear back about the reality of what is going on and why?...we all have many various opinions on this board and some are very sound however I have heard enough..they need to tell me from the horses mouth!! Hopefully, I will be able to shed some light on to our little company as why things are playing out this way...I have and will continue to HOLD until that conversation takes place...If it doesn't, I guess we all must move on and break the strings, at one time or another, and it will be my time... shame on me for loosing so much money and believing in a company that supposedly had so many deals, avenues and opportunities that never came to be. Be good! Cheers, Billy
Hey Fred, Nice to hear from you! Hope all is well with you and yours and no this one is definitely not for flipping if you want to make the serious money. Be Good. Billy
Hi Gang, on board here also! It's nice to see so many familiar names..Be good. Billy
It's good to hear from you Tirunesh! Cheers, Billy
Is the Goatherder checking on the herd? Cheers, Billy
Well gang, I wanted to give a small update, for what its worth, as to what is going on in the actual life of someone selling the products of Drinks Americas. Yesterday and over the past few weeks, I have had the pleasure of speaking with Charles Lynch of Drinks Americas, he has enabled me to get all the Trump products including the desirable flavors. I have been informed that the distributorship is still set to go for sometime this month for my area and points Northeast of me. One of the problems is that the distributorships are not willing to take on new product, not just DKAM products but all products, in there warehouses only to have it sit on the shelves and cost them money...this is an inherent problem throughout the country with all products as the industry, as everything else, has taken a "hit" with the economic downturn. I, am fortunate to be relatively close to the headquarters of Drinks Americas and speak with them to get the desirable Trump Vodka. I sell many products, but only sell the products that will move, Trump Vodka, for me, sells very well and the staff of Drinks was very kind and generous to enable me to get the product in until the deal is closed with the distributorships. In my world, this speaks volumes for the company, they have gone over and above to furnish me with the products and it shows me that they are people of integrity and are trying to make this company work for all of us. I know all of us are wondering if/when are things finally going to show improvement?..all I can say is, they I know 1st hand that they are really trying to make this work and are out there pounding the pavement to do so. I, for one, with what I saw from there actions, will continue to hold and accumulate, as I believe that with Mexcor we will definitely jump to new levels of stability and actually show sales increases in the future. Be good and I will continue to update when possible. Cheers, Billy
ps. It's nice to see the many new posters here on board, welcome and hopefully you will learn a little bit about your investment with Drinks Americas as we have many knowledgeable people here who know not only the business but are savvy investors with a wealth of knowledge and will give both sides of the coin when they see something looks out of the ordinary for the company..its a good thing to have a contrarian look and be skeptical at times...it makes for good discussion...cause ultimately, your going to make your own decision when it comes down to it!
Keep the PM's coming, I will eventually get to everyone, unfortunately in the bar biz, you spend many a long hours but I would not give it up for the world! Be good. Cheers, Billy
Spot on FeanorFire7! Cheers, Billy
PKG, The distributorship was not told to me as of yet but I do know that it will encompass all of Mass and Rhode Island. I am in R.I. and it is a Mass based distributorship. I will know more the 1st couple of weeks of March and keep everyone up to date with the progress. Cheers, Billy
Well Said FeanorFire7, I too, am in the beverage industry and you are spot on with your statements. Welcome to the board and look forward to your informative posts...and YES...we are a new company now and I am looking forward to a brighter future for the dealings of DKAM....Cheers, Billy
ps. I have spoken with representatives of DKAM and they have told me that the new distributorship in my area, New England, will be set up by the beginning of March w/ all the new products including Trump Vodka, interesting the timing, having the Mexcor Company on board, THINGS ARE CHANGING FOR THE BETTER! I will keep everyone posted to the progress. Be Good.
Hi Gang...It's nice to see all the new posters. Many of us have been here quite a long time and are looking forward to the turnaround of this company. There is quite a bit of information in the IBOX, so take a look and see whats been cooking and is about to happen in the future. Good luck to all of us! Cheers, Billy
Binnis, please keep us informed of the cruise and the outcome to some of those questions? I went to the last 2 shows at the casino here in Ct. that Kid Rock performed at....had front row and 3rd row...both times I got as far as yelling out to him about "Badass Beer"...all I got was a smile and a thumbs up from him...my wife was excited by getting a response directly to us but I would of liked a little more...lol..oh well, time will reveal as to where we are going maybe on the 26th...Cheers, Billy
Done deal Orenthal! Cheers, Billy
Hey gang, just wanted to say "Hi" and tell you that I am still here and holding strong...averaged down a couple times in the past couple weeks and still believe that we can turn this around...the way I looked at it...if we were going into bankruptcy, it probably would of happened by now...but it seems that someone on the street is fighting for this company to truly survive...things from here on out might get very interesting...Gink, good to hear from you, don't be a stranger...do I need to put that champagne and Trump Vodka back on ice for the $1.00 Celebratory party at my place?...lol...1 penny at a time from here on out in the right direction and we just might be cheering to a different tune huh?...Be good everyone!
ps. As always, we all love to hear from those that only monitor this board to show that you are still with us, so please post if you read this and give us a "shout out" that your still on board! Cheers, Billy
Hi Coach, good to hear from you! Hope all is well with you abroad. I, too, have held throughout...its been a horrible ride thus far but I still have hope...nothing really needs to be said except for the company to show us they are behind their products and shareholders....Cheers, Billy
Mr. Bill,
You made many correct statements regarding the PPS of DKAM as of now but please refrain from saying things like "Clearly I Got the Last Laugh" or "LMAO @ .04c"...there are many investors here that are clearly hurting who read these posts and/or do not write in...they along with myself don't need to be told these things...yes, we are victim of our on circumstances, as of now, but please refrain as it is very sad reality that many, many people are loosing at an investment that they truely believe in.
Too funny. Hey, Welcome aboard. Cheers!
Griff100, there were 300 kegs available at the concert between the 2 nights and they sold out! I believe that only 1 beer per person was allowed (state mandated by the alcohol and beverage commission, so that would tell you how long the lines were for the beverage. I personally can tell you that this amount is/was an incredible amount of beer sold. I can only wish that I could sell that amount of kegs in a 6 month period, let alone 2 nights.... If this is any kind of indication as to how well this product will sell, I wish I had a boat full of money to invest in DKAM at this moment. At least I can report that, we have a definite report of sales of the product and it was sold out in its 1st showing... I think it might be time to get excited about our little unknown diamond in the rough. Cheers, Billy
Hello Memoryone, It's good to hear from you and clarifying some of the misunderstandings going on in many of the recent posts. I too, sell the full line of Drinks Americas products and are looking forward to the day that we have the opportunity to carry the Kid Rock Beer line. There is definitely a real buzz in my area about the beer. I am not very far from you and will have to make a road trip up there in the near future. If ever in R.I., stop down and say "Hi". Cheers, Billy
Ok, I usually don"t get involved in predictions but since I am throwing a very big party at my place when we reach $1.00....then $1,00 it is! Cheers, Billy
Hey gang, it's Billy. Just wanted to let everyone know that I am still here and feel good about my investment in DKAM. I see today that the volume increased dramatically...it would seem that we might have some big things coming on the horizon. Kid Rock is a game changer! When this beer starts to roll out and the sales start coming in, it will show that we are a company that will be around for a very long time. The street talk on the product is that it will definitely surpass all our expectations. My place and many other joints in the area are already lined up for orders of the product. On another note, I have received many disgruntled notes from investors about our board and that all the naysayers/bashers have taken over...just remember they can say all they want, people in high places are watching them and all of there posts, it would seem that things are happening to the "Bad Guys" as we speak...I will continue to monitor and delete within my power and give you updates on my sales of the new products as necessary...I truly believe that we about to round a corner with DKAM that will open our eyes to massive sales with the new products and hard numbers that will justify the many dollars this stock will be worth in the near future. As always, I love to hear from all the true investors in DKAM and its good to know that you guys are still with us, so post and say "Hi"! Be good. Long and strong! Cheers, Billy
Nice find CorpKid, great to have you aboard. Long and strong, and selling DKAM products. Cheers, Billy
Hi Gang, our questions or at least mine, have been answered. This is what I wanted to see. Cheers, Billy
Longandstrong1, welcome to the board, appreciate your input. Cheers, Billy
Hey gang, as you know I spend many hours at my place trying to carve out a living. I would like to think I do the same with my investments. I have spent many, many hours of research on DKAM over the years and in doing so I still do not see a company out there that has the potential that DKAM has and that is still developing in its business model. I see companies like InBev, the biggest in the beverage industry, fall dramatically, Jones Soda cut in half and then some, it's crazy to assume that at Drinks we are not immune to everything going on around us in the industry. This meltdown of the market has done only one thing, it deferred the revenues and profits, not eliminate them. This business is real and here to stay, the vision is still quite clear and unwavering. The alignments going forward are happening and its only a matter of time. CorpKid, good informational posts and fact findings, kudos to you! As I said before, I am here to stay and will continue to accumulate, as I know for a fact many others are doing also. All of the longs that are out there, Patrick Kenny and his business plan will prevail...as I said his vision is quite clear and unwavering. Cheers, Billy
ps.... I know we are getting many naysayers on board with lots of information to fill your heads with but its basically a new company forming now and there are many "game changing" alignments in the works, In my opinion, accumulate at these depressed prices as I truely think this .20c range will be a distant memory once the business plan comes together.
pps.... I would love to hear from all the longs out there that I have had the pleasure of speaking too. Give me a "shout out" that your still here w/ a quick post and say "hi", it's always good to hear from you all. Be Good!
If you come to this room with an alias, you will be reported accordingly. IHUB Admin. will swiftly take care of this situation as it did with a few posters today. Thanks, Billy
Hi Gang, it's Billy. I just wanted to drop a line that I am still here and haven't left. I have been extremely busy with my business. I appreciate all your emails asking how sales are and for further updates on the products. A few weeks back I had the opportunity to speak with Charles Lynch, National Sales Manager for Drinks. He actually came bye the bar and we had a nice lunch together and he informed me that a new distributor for my area has been set up and all the Drinks products will be available in my area from this point on. He is a very polished man with many years of experience and was very candid with me about the company. He said we are for real and are here to stay...things are happening as we speak and we are going through many growing pains as is any company in this climate. It was clear to me that he was a man that is going to get things done for this company. He has done this as we have not been able to get products other than Trump Vodka for quite some time. Well, that has all changed and we will be carrying the whole line of products from Drinks including the award winning Grape Vodka from Trump. As far as sales, we are probably an exception to the rule based upon the quarterly report for this past quarter, they have been steady and the Trump Vodka is a good a product as any other vodka on the market. Now, speaking on the stock, I admit the quarter was bad, but we have a new company evolving and changes and acquisitions are happening behind the scenes as we speak...I know we have people pumping it and bashing it alike but I have been here from the start, this management is 2nd to none when it comes to this business and they are sticking to there business plan and letting it play out as it should. I, for one, will continue to be there by there side every step of the way. The implications of the latest PR is game changing and I hope everyone is fully reading into what was really said in the release. I am looking forward to hearing great things from the Patrick Kenny in the Conference Call and I added to my position and was part of the heavy buying which took place today in DKAM. The longs on this board know that I tell it like it is, right or wrong, with this latest PR and the many deals in the pipeline including Kid Rock, I truly feel we are undervalued and it is the best investment "bang for your buck" out there. It is obvious that many posters after today are opening there eyes to our little gem as we have many naysayers that are now going long...the volume was very heavy on the "buy" side and one would think it would of retraced further down after the quarterly report but IT DID NOT....I truly believe we will not see the "teens" again that is why I was part of the buying today. Ok, I have rambled on enough..lol..anyone who would like to "PM" me...please feel free to do so. Good luck to all of us with DKAM and Be good! Billy
Congrats Johnny to you and your family! I also am a new father and experiencing the joy of have a new baby girl and wish you all the best! Cheers, Billy
Rilo, great to have you back as an assistant! I and all the other posters appreciate all that you bring to this board. Cheers, Billy
Hi Gang. I was going to post all special points of interest from the Shareholder Meeting last night but I believe both Sneaky and RipandRob have summed it up quite nicely. I would however like to mention a special "Thank you" to all that did show up and showed their support that many of us have for DKAM. I only had to travel 2 hours for the meeting but many came from all over the country including California, Georgia, Florida and Tennessee to mention a few. The investors I met were a strong group of motivated people dedicated to the success of DKAM! It reassured me that there are many who believe and are behind the business plan of DKAM. I, for one, left the meeting feeling very confident about my investment with DKAM and even more confident about the fine group of fellow investors I had the opportunity to meet with! Cheers, Billy
Lee, I am sure we will manage that somehow. All I can say at this point to those of you who are not shareholders of DKAM, read up on things to come, as the firesale going on now for these shares is not going to be around much longer. Cheers, Billy
