So, it sounds like they are still active at least. I guess you mean the last publicly disclosed fins, which was a while back. I'm not even sure where you find the gummies or any other products from them. The main OMID Holdings Inc website has been down for quite a while. I know they only usually issue an update if there is anything significant to say, but pretty much any signs of activity would be worthwhile.

That's right. It was just by email.

I think I changed user name here a while back. Don't post much anyway. I have owned OMID shares for several years now. I can't even remember when/why I got into them. Averaged down a bit here and there. Have emailed Adam a few times. Not always responsive (no surprise), but when he does reply, it's usually just with some plain talking update, like I posted. No big secrets, no nonsense. Just plans and good intentions.

We have been focused on expanding our powder packet product line with d9 thc and cbd as both an in-house branded product and for third parties.

Lately, have continued our efforts to obtain new private label customers. We are also planning for a re-launch of our most-loved product, the Naturally Peaked 1500mg hemp lotion. We have regularly received extremely positive feedback for the lotion from customers suffering from all sorts of pain due to arthritis, scoliosis, and more general pain in the shoulders, wrists, ankles, back, knees, etc. We feel it is about time that we properly capitalize on our most successful product formulation with enthusiastically positive feedback and we are excited about it!

The financials for 2023 are being prepared and we expect the report to be completed within the required timeline, with the report due by the end of March. 2023 was a very difficult year for us due to the apparent funding issues of our primary private label customer over the past several years - a customer who we provided with 50+ SKUs of products. Our efforts have therefore been heavily focused on exploring various new opportunities, we hope to have additional updates for you and all the shareholders soon.

Just general comment that it looks like OMID want to be perceived as the go-to kind of company to manufacture for others. Who exactly, I have no idea, though I know white label opportunities have been mentioned or speculated here on occasion. No news of anything for ages.

Adam is usually pretty good at replies, but nothing back from him for a few months now. On a positive note, the website does now certainly lean towards manufacturing per client requirements. Very focused approach.

Target SP ideas?

I know it's early days and nobody has a crystal ball, but any SP target predictions, or just winging it for the moment? I would think if up-list eventually happens, and with continued positive earnings figures a 0.15 - 0.20 SP should be within the realms of possibility. Perhaps further down the road with more solid valuation should be 0.25 - 0.30+ or am I not looking at this with fairly?
