Harry told me the shareholders that were vocal against his takeover were sent by Savov and that he was gathering posts for his lawyers to submit to the SEC. He then told me Savov is mentally ill and he has his medical records or something to that extent.

I've shared this with discord and on twitter...he had called me out of the blue, first time ever and I didnt answer. I asked if he meant to call me, he confirmed so I called back...call was in reference to me dming Harry asking if the PR was meant for RobustoMed and not ENZC in March...he told me that Charles wasnt willing or was unable to finalize the SPAC deal and so he held a vote to remove him so he could get someone who would. I asked him who voted and he gave me names that I didn't recognize (not Charles, Dr JC or Dr C). I tried getting him to share the names in text but he wouldn't respond to that request. Harry told me to tell the community to re-read his Dad's patents along with his patents so ppl would feel confident. I shared screenshots of ppls concerns and anger to what he was doing and he told me has busy and then blocked me.

I have many tweets on ENZC. But I didn't like having tweets up in support of Harry after he told me about the coup he did and the SEC fraud lawsuit that recently came out he was part of...pretty simple.

There was a new discord created after GF decided to delete the discord without notice to anyone including the moderators? I know many of us thought we were booted before GF acknowledged he deleted the discord and has moved on from ENZC.

There are many formulations...one with vitamin c, etc...either way I would protect my patent if someone was saying they were going to use it.

ITV-1 was a different agreement (not ipf) that came after the merger...Rosetta has been selling Enzoimmune prior to IPF Immune being announced. Rosetta continues to ship the US and Harry does nothing about it. Even other OTC ticker has stated on bringing their IPF product as they had rights to it, and when brought to his attention, he didn't act as one would if someone was stealing from them.

Well, Harry has licensed his IPF to Rosetta Lifecare for Enzoimmune which is outside of Enzolytics/Virogentics exclusive rights from Zhabilov Trust...not sure how Harry has been doing this for years while excluding the benefits to Enzolytics or the shareholders.

Is there criteria that the Company has to meet to keep licensing agreements?

Anyone ask Steve or Harry on status of that?

Not sure...but ive talked to Harry a few times to make sure he understands that AI and mAbs are why most of us are invested...we shall see what happens next.

There are 2 AI platforms...Chandradrishti which is under BGEN and then there is Enzolytics AI that is with Enzolytics as mentioned in January's PR.

There are two different AI platforms that have different applications, there is ENZCs Enzolytics AI and BGENs Chandradrishti platforms.

There are two different partnerships...one with Biogenysis (PRd Sept 2023) and one with Enzolytics (Jan 2024).

January PR was about Enzolytics updates, it was not about BGEN or VIRO which are the subs that were going to SAGA.

How was clone 3 "pumped" when BioClonetics didn't go public until end of 2020 when they merged with Enzolytics?

Also they are working on their Recombinant Clone 3, which is what Samsung has produced after the in vitro studies and they then completed efficacy studies using CHO. This has been spoken in their filings and PRs for anyone who reads the news.

Because animal studies come first, the milestone they have to meet...then they will license out to Pharna to do the clinical trials...this has been clearly stated to the shareholders.

They are a small biotech company not a big pharmaceutical company. Patent their tech and license out is how this play works for those who actually paid attention.
