Regardless of whether Lightwave is breaking through or not, the entire industry is in search of new technologies as the current ones have reached their limits, as confirmed by various sources. There is an active pursuit of new materials. Lightwave Logic makes existing materials three times faster, with only one-tenth of the energy and one-twentieth of the size. No major changes are required as we are compatible with silicon, and our company employs top scientists with significant accolades. Our CEO is frequently asked to be the keynote speaker at events, and we have even won an award for the best breakthrough technology.
In fact, given the urgent need of the entire industry for new technologies and our superior offering on all fronts, coupled with our exceptional board of directors, to me it seems inevitable that Lightwave Logic will become a major player.
I also was in Antwerp last Friday and heard Lebby say “I want to make it clear that stability is not an issue.” So there’s that. Had a nice chat with him afterwards and took a picture with him holding the L’s up. I’ll be hanging that picture in my mansion in a couple of years…
By the way, someone asked why the longs aren’t looking at the charts and “are betting against the big money”? Here’s your answer:
If People Weren't So Often Wrong, We Wouldn't Be So Rich'
- The late great Charlie Munger
I think at about 7 pm local time. We’re sitting on the front row - greetings from Antwerp!
Because we all want to discuss our investment in this company in a polite, civilized way. Someone has news about a potential partnership, someone read an interesting white paper that mentioned our polymers. Someone else found a new interview with Dr. Lebby… That’s the way it should it go.
But instead, we have a bunch of sociopaths who shorted our investment for 22 million and are constantly interrupting every sort of intellectual discussion about this company. With the same lies, constantly maniupulating the truth, not understanding the business nor the science and we are all just so fed up with this.
We only have one life and I really really don’t understand how you can waste it just complaining and being negative about a stock you don’t even own. The first months I was here, it drove me mad. Now I just feel sorry for you guys. This is how you choose to spend your life? Spewing hatred about a company whose science you don’t understand, anonymously, on a message board somewhere?
It’s like X says: 3 x the speed, 1/10 the energy and 1/20th the size - with a world renowed expert as our ceo. Go f yourselves, this company will change our lives for the better. Cheers to the longs
I agree.
I think I’m not the only one when I say I’m a bit dissapointed. Instead of a deal with a foundry or a (tier one) company, we’ve received the news that we’re not quite there yet. I also saw a very honest Michael Lebby, saying the market is huge and our potential is huge. But our current partners want to see more data, more proof, even though no other polymer company has gotten as far as us. Does it suck? Yes. I also wanted a, let’s say, GF partnership that resulted in a short squeeze today. The reality is that it will take longer than expected.
Everything in business takes longer and is more expensive than expected - that’s a golden rule. Lightwave Logic is no exception. But we are close. We are almost there. And everyone ridiculing us longs today is going to find out the hard way that once the reliabilty dataset is complete and we have demonstrated a complete product, we will crush all expectations. Today was a setback, but we will win the war. Good luck and good weekend to the longs.
No. Just shareholders spending too much time on this board and shorts trying to manipulate every piece of information that’s being given to them.
The facts remain same:
1. Lebby said in december that they are negotiating and we are close. He did NOT promise deals by the end of 2023. He told us they are close but they are not giving anything away at the able just because it’s the end of the year. 100 % correct decision from lwlg’s standpoint.
2. There is a rumour there’s a demo at OFC 2024, at the end of March. It would make sense to make a splash at one of the biggest conventions of the year. Nothing for certain.
3. More than 2 years ago, Lebby set a timeline that said “2024: customer acceptance and ramp up”
There are no lies from management. There is no major fraud going on. We are just simply awaiting multiple licence deals and hopefully a showcase for a finished 4x200G PIC Chip.
“There is nothing about the price action of the stock that tells you whether you should keep owning it. It’s what you expect the company to do in the future, versus the price at which it’s selling now, compared to the other opportunities of businesses you think you know equally well, and make that same comparison.”
- Warren Buffet.
It is very simple. The shareprice is not important. Not one bit. Whether it’s 4$ of 5$ or 8$, it does NOT matter.
The only question is: in a world that is desperately searching for an alternative to the current semiconductor chips because they are maxed out on speed and use way too much energy. Will Lightwave Logic become ubiquitous by 2030? Given their material triples the speed, needs 1/10th of the energy and 1/30 the available space. Given that Michael Lebby is a hugely respected CEO who is regarded as one of the top experts around the globe…
Let me make it even more clear. Are all these scientifally proven, award winning claims for Perkinamine correct and will we have a lion’s share by the end of this decade? Or is it all - as The Great Pumpkin insinuates - one great criminal conspiracy just to make Vein lose his mind?
Not even the shorts can dismiss dr. Lebby’s reputation and status in the tech/photonics universe. He could’ve landed a cushy million dollars a year job if he wanted to, but instead he chose the hard route. He put his 40 year reputation (as top inventor, patent specialist, technical expert to the European commission) on the line, to join an unknown Lightwave Logic and make their polymers ubiquitous. And right now we have the performance, the world records, the stability, the ecoc price, multiple foundries backing us up, commercial acceptance and we are on the brink of an undismissable commercial breakthrough. We are in the right place at the right time.
The fact that a bunch of nobodies like you spend all their time on a message board, complaining and attacking a company they don’t believe in and a science they don’t understand, does’t change a goddamn thing. 2024 is the year of acceptance + ramp up, just like dr. Lebby predicted. Doesn’t matter if there’s a deal tomorrow or next month or right before Ecoc. It is coming and then it will be checkmate.
All these negative posters who don’t believe in LWLG and are short just blow my mind. I find it genuinely astounding what they are doing…The biggest player in our market has a valuation of almost a trillion dollars. Everybody in the industry is looking at photonics as the next step in the semiconductor industry. Everybody. And our ceo is The leader in this new photonics universe, chairman at every conference.
Lwlg triples the speed, has 1/10th of the energy usage and 1/20th of the size. We have a world record for everything we claim and we have almost double the hours of stability that the market asks for. It’s 100 % proven people. The entire industry is screaming for our answer. And last year we hired a dealmaker and a very respected industry veteran to join the board of directors. What the hell do you guys think is going to happen? Lebby’s trying to take over a billion/trillion dollar industry and the shorts think “well it takes a couples months more than we’ve expected, let’s go another 100.000 shares short.” While we have - scientificcally proven - the holy grail of the semiconductor industry, patented trough the roof by the greatest expert on the planet. You guys are completely moronic and insane. It’s like Buffet said “the world is overwhelmingly short term focused”. Just the patents alone are worth billions or dollars… And once the deals come - and they will come, there is No other way - you guys will lose it all.
Calm down everybody. Nasdaq is down 1.84 % and the shorters are on the attack. 2024 is the year we will know who wins: a bunch of frat boy shorters that can’t understand the science nor high stake negotiations. Or a group of doctorates with 30 years experience, discussing million dollar deals with the Nvidia’s of this world.
Place your bets. I’ve placed mine.
Yes they are.
So what do you think will happen when, not if, but when LWLG starts dropping commercial agreements? And when we will, not might, but will receive analyst coverage? While the entire world is watching everything AI and chip related… What do You think will happen when there’s 22 million shorts?
What X is saying is mathematically correct. And me personally, I don’t see it any other way either.
#ubiquitous
“heavily researched claims” LOL right… Like every other short he does not understand the technology (and openly admitted this) and does NOT understand the semiconductor market.
LWLG’s polymer has the performance, the stability, the market acceptance, the world class team and the attention of a lot of important players. And I’m not even talking about our CEO, the chairman at every important event these last years.
Can I ask you something? When LWLG announces multiple deals in the next 3- 4 months and this thing begins to snowball.. will you publicly take back your words and admit you were wrong?
Yesterday I went to see that new movie about the Gamestop shortsqueeze and it reminded me about LWLG. The only difference is that Gamestop is a shitty company and LWLG holds the key to the future of the semiconductor industry.
If a Gamestop shortsqueeze can go to $483 in a very short time. What would LWLG do if the fed comfirms the interest rates are at their peak + the overall market sentiment is positive and Lebby comes out with 2-3 solid deals and a whole lot of analyst coverage following that… I’m very exited and I’m already wondering who would play Lebby in a movie about our shortsqueeze!
No you are wrong.
I have a screenshot right here from I think 2021 that clearly states the following: 2024 Customer acceptance and Ramp.
Lebby knew he would be at this stage right now years ago.
Hiring extra personnel, lab expansion, being in 5-7 foundries, adding very important patents, first licencing deal, winning the Ecoc award, dr. Lebby being pulled by the industry and being asked to chair ar Every major event, presenting indisputuble proof of stability to the entire industry
You understand you can’t fake these things right? You can’t fool a room full of phd’s about stability and performance right?
I had a seminar at work this week about the future of the stock market and it was ALL about a.i. and the importance of chips. EVERY MAJOR TECH COMPANY is looking for a solution. And right now, at this moment, we have one of the most important people in the photonics universe as our CEO, with indisputable proof of stability and performance that exceeds all other technologies, scaling up in 5-7 foundries, adding employees to help with the ongoing commercialization. And
You are shorting this? Good luck
I’m interested in the Benelux meeting
What we can say for sure, is that one of these days, months, years Google and Microsoft will have a choice between the chips that are out now and our polymers, that have triple the speed and 1/10th of the energy usage. And starting yesterday, our perk is on the map for those players because we’ve officially gone commercial. So sit back and enjoy. Because by 2030, 10 % of today’s marketshare means a shareprice of $1.000. Or they buy us out by 2025 for $200. Fine by me.
This is a huge milestone for the company and for us as shareholders. Finally the validation we were waiting for. The shorts can downplay it all they want, but this marks the beginning of true commercialisation.
2023: First deal(s)
2024: ramp up
2025 and up: the road to becoming Ubiquitous
And Yet You Are Here. Everyday... All Day. Warning us all for "Big bad Lebby"... GTFOH.
One of the world's leading experts in photonics, phd, asked all around the world to speak VS a shorter on a message board... I've placed my bets.
I finally understand now why Warren Buffet said that 95 % of people are bad investors. Look at the energy on this board because the shareprice dropped. Real investors don’t invest in stocks but in companies – rule number one. Nothing has changed this month, absolutely nothing. Dr. Lebby promised a commercial deal by ASM 2023. Everytime he set a goal the past five years, he made the promise in May and reflected on it in May the next year. And now all of a sudden the past 5 years of timelines – which he met – don’t count and dealtime was 2022 and he’s a liar? Manipulative BS.
It is very very simple: Dr Lebby, a very respected phd, who gets asked to speak on the biggest conventions because of his expertise, with 40 years of experience, is creating the most disruptive technology in decades and we will all be very very rich in the next couple of years. And not only that, we will have contributed to a major change in technology that will enhance all of our lives. OR he fails and he’s a complete fraud and he loses all credibility that he worked on for 40 years. And he will probably be sued till he’s in a retirement home. I’ve met the guy personally and the latter doesn’t sound credible to me.
And let me get one thing clear: NO ONE is putting in 4 hours a day of his life on a message board about a company he’s not invested in and has nothing to do with, just to “warn” people because of the dangers. It’s all bs folks. They are NOT here to warn you people, they are here to make money because they are short. Remember that.
Great presentation with lots of energy. There were two important takeaways for me:
1) The timeline is still intact. Dr. Lebby said: “foundry results in the latter part of this year and the first part of next year.”
2) The market underestimated last week’s world record. He basically said “We showed the entire industry - our customer base - that we are decades ahead of our competition”.
When we receive foundry results later this year that proof we can scale successfully, we will take over the market in the next years. The short term stock price doesn’t matter, I believe in this company!
Nice summary Steve! It was a very interesting evening indeed.
Groetjes,
Tom
Hi, I’m from the Antwerp region (born and raised there, but now I live near Turnhout). I’m a new Macrotrends subscriber and also a new investor in both Lwlg and Niocorp. The weekend of the 23rd is not possible for me because I’m going to a Jordan Peterson reading in Amsterdam. But if you ever organise something or want to talk about investing, it would be my pleasure!
Hi everybody,
First time investor here from Europe. My question for you guys is: where should i start my research for this stock? And where do you guys see the pps go in about 5 years?
Thanks in advance. I’m watching the roundtables right now and I’m browsing trough some news articles regarding the company.
Sincerly,
Dreamtrav
What shareprice are you expecting for 2023?
