DUMPED IT.....if anything looks positive when it sells for .0001 rebuy. How many are sitting on 90% losses at this point who could have sold for profit before it "reached the Promised Land" ?
All my gains from three years have evaporate on all of my trading. The facts is almost all traders give it back over five years and I am no exception. I wonder how many here could have sold at stupid profit but greed got the best of them. Done with the OTC....it's just gambling, not even close to investing. Too many dark corners...I don't know what really happened here. George had that one home run and since then has lost a few of these in court and now this. Even at 25 million shares at .05 is only a million two....there was more than enough room for that is this was a modestly successful merger.....I no longer trust George's judgement or skill. Down to a few hundred thousand shares and will dump them soon....and no, the door will not hit me on the ass on my way out.
This is the second or third of George's tickers that got slimed in a the legal quagmire because George apparently has no negotiation skills. Where are all of George's super pumpers??? A lot of people got burned and are down 80% or more. This court case could be easily lost now. The court wants new briefs and the stock reflects that. I still can't see what Calassee gains by crashing the ticker in the long run. The odds of this ever climbing out of the crapper are terrible now. Might as well put it all on black in Vegas.
Fortunately, these losses were from earlier gains, but the fact remains that none of them have brought the goods home. Unfortunately, even if you wanted to get out the liquidity is for crap on them and with the amounts of shares I have would crash the price even further before I would be lucky enough to get out. Any one of these could turn things around, but I don't see anything on the horizon. I have done dumber things in my life that throw money at shells, but not too many.
I am sitting on all four of Georges tickers with 75K in losses on paper. If he does not pull one of these out of the crapper I can claim George will be the worst loss ever. It has been a couple years waiting for the HUMBL miracles while most of his tickers are down 50 to 75% and falling. Everyone was trading big in the COVID years and now they are bag holding with what was left over. And in the passing month NFT's and all the popular crap has had the covers pulled. There is no reasonable explanation that WNFT is going anywhere good. It does not take months to write DENIED.
All three of George's tickers are clunkers in a quagmire...Dead in the Water on all three. They were Supposed to have gone to the Moon months ago. Now hangers on are bag holding and praying one of them bails out the rest. NFT's have dumped, Crypto has dumped with the collapse of Luna and Gold Crook Boy Sam Bankman's 8 Billion Dollar Fraud has poked a hole in the whole thing. Not to mention a slow rolling bank collapse that just put another hundred and fifty banks on the chopping block today....George is a year late and I would bet most would be happy to break even after what looks like three years of bag holding and maybe another couple ahead. Best of Luck, but it ain't looking promising. Even if George jump the hurdles he still has to find three good companies that give a crap about the public markets and they are few and far between these days.
How many are trapped in George's crap Shells? Be honest now. Years now in the nothing happening. GVSI down 73%, FORW down 33%, WNFT down 53% and SRNW down 46%. Anybody really believe he has four hit companies just waiting in the wings?
Calassee has gone this far and it not going to drop the appeal. He has absolutely nothing to lose. Now George on the other hand has a Lot to lose...reputation...money...failed shell...the list goes on.
People are obviously dumping this slowly because the liquidity is crap. What a wonder lesson on wealth destruction Calassee has pulled off. I can't understand his end game. Destroy the shell and what does he get? Could just be he wants to screw George, but he sure has taken a lot of people with him. People can say they are holding strong, but a lot of people got burned.
Does anyone actually believe at this point that this is going to be a simple ruling one way or the other? This is far beyond the court ruling "DENIED" Some element of this is going back down to the trial court and it starts all over again. Or maybe Sharp admits defeat and abandon's the ticker.
I just took a dump on a bond with SVB that was supposed to be safe as safe and now all three of these tickers continue into DUMP LAND.....Nightmare after nightmare and no end in sight.
George is starting to look like every other con man on the OTC. GVSI lying in the crap pile with SRNW....at least this thing can be blamed on the courts.......Someone give me enough liquidity on this get out!
I put too much damned money in these three tickers and I am tired of waiting....2 years on GVSI. And there is not enough liquidity to get out without taking a serious bath. I also believe that the ruling will go against George....does not take months to write...Denied.
Not looking good...daily dumping and the longer the court takes the more complicated the ruling. George got taken to the cleaners here. Sinking and no good news for months!
POS heading back down
I am trapped in all three of George's damned tickers....years into this I could not get out WNFT down 26K, SNRW down 14K and GVSI down again 61% again or 20K. There isn't enough liquidity to even dump them. I think I have trade forty other stock just last month waiting on this crap....By the way this ruling is not going to be good. The courts don't take months to write...Denied!
Depends when you bought it....I am down 50% again. Made it close to break even and it crapped out again. Still can't buy it on Schwab without a phone call. Not exactly a barn burner of success. I've been holding this drek since May 2021....going on two years.
That ship has already sailed. If I recall there was a mandatory settlement conference than was an EL FLAPPO and went nowhere. Also, at the Appeals level settlement is not really a priority...the questions are questions of law, not fact and it's the land of precedents and statutory law.
Annual Report of the Nevada Judiciary Fiscal Year 2022...(report is online as a PDF) the Appeals Court had 619 Incoming Cases....Disposed Cases....6 by Opinion, 649 by Order, 8 Other, 663 Total and a Pending Caseload of 86. This close enough to get the point.
From 2014...... "Approximately 700 cases each year are assigned to the three judges on the Court of Appeals. Most of the cases assigned to the Court of Appeals can be resolved by the Court of Appeals with no additional processing." With 260 working days per year they are reviewing an average of THREE cases a day. So I don't see the holdup or reasons people feel this will be tossed. (Full disclosure....I made 25K selling shares before the Appeal was disclosed....I rebought 1.5 million shares mostly at .06 down to .02....I have sold 300K shares for 8K profit since the appeal started because I don't think this is going well. Liquidity is crap and I still hold exactly 1,203,899 as of today. I have sold all the profitable shares I owned and now sit 10% in the red on remaining shares. I also have 25K of SRNW and 1,025,000 GVSI ( 40% in the red.) I keep waiting for George to pull of his miracle because he needs on to keep his rep going. In wordy conclusion, I am hoping I get to eat big crow, but I just don't see the optimistic cheerleading point of view the longer this goes on. P.S. As far as my background I was a trial investigator in LA for forty years so have seen courthouse from the inside in judges chambers ....yes it was California...not Nevada, but Judges like to get files off their desk asap and there is usually internal pressure to do so, so I don't see reason for this delay if a simple toss was in the works.
Most research on caselaw is done by Clerks and interns. There are meetings set up with the judge to review the status of cases researched. If a judge assgns the research and meets for status a decision get made to write up an argument. I just went on line and found three cases where the Nevada Appeals Court denied an appeal with a single paragraph ending with "Denied" It doesn't take months for a Judge to write a single paragraph unless there is internal research and debate about the caselaw in the briefs. So, yea I think the longer this goes on the more it indicates the court is considering the appeal....not denying it.
You just made an argument that all of Sharp's brief is irrrelevant with the exception of standing. Again, it should not take the court but a few days to deny standing....the longer it goes on the more they are consider he may have standing.
Both parties cited cases in each brief in support of each point of view. If the court simply thought the defendant had no standing they would have dumped the case in a heartbeat....that obviously it not true. If Calassee survives this challenge then they hear the rest of the case. I don't see how you think this falls in favor of Sharp the longer the ruling is not published.
People are delusional....the longer this goes on the more likely the court is leaning toward Calassee. If they wanted to dump the case it would be a one line order weeks ago...Defendant Denied.....and that has not happened. Someone is researching the case law presented in the argument and the longer it goes on the worse it looks.
"THE COURT WILL TOSS THIS IN A FEW DAYS!" What a crock of uninformed crap that was.
What Happened To The Nevada Courts won't give this the time of day and will toss it at the first change.....a month ago. With GVSI dumping 50% in two days the glow is sure of the GS OTC Genius Label.....Looking like another Caren Currier, Cooley production with nothing to show but losses. Yea, Yea, any day now, any day now....just you wait....Hey Where is Mr. Normal and her short skirted cheerleader excusing away the down the crapper GS Trifecta.
You really believe that crap?...."Weak Hands, Cheapies, Naked Shorts"...what other excuses can you give for a stock dropping 50% in two days?
Looks like George Sharp gets to join Cooley and Currier on top of Mt. OTC Crapolla. Mojo and scam stocks running in reverse.
Last I looked all three......RED TODAY!
Grasping at straws continues....The longer this goes on the more it looks like Calassee is going to get his full hearing. The excuses are endless here. What happened to it will be tossed in a few days?????? So the latest hogwash is there is a new Chief Justice. She doesn't even peak at this level...From the Overview.. "The main constitutional function of the Supreme Court is to review appeals from the decisions of the district courts. The Supreme Court does not pursue fact-finding by conducting trials, but rather determines whether legal errors were committed in the rendering of the lower court's decision. The court can affirm, modify, or set aside the decision on appeal. The court must consider all cases filed. Beginning in January of 1999, for the first time in history and in a move to dispose of cases more rapidly, the court began to decide many of its cases by meeting in three-justice panels, with one panel in Carson City and one panel in Las Vegas. Panel membership generally rotates every twelve months. The full court continues to sit in Carson City and Las Vegas for those cases which are designated to be heard en banc." And...The Nevada Court of Appeals is assigned to hear roughly one-third of all cases submitted to the Nevada Supreme Court in a deflective model, where the Supreme Court assigns cases to the three-judge Court of Appeals.....So apparently the three judge panel can't agree on what to do here.

Sell order for 20K shares for .06 for a half hour.....no takers....no liquidity.
I will go with that....What I am saying is if you read both briefs and look at the cases supporting each I think the court could go either way. I sent both briefs to someone whose investor skills I admire. He has no position and he read both briefs. He was more impressed with the Calassee brief than Sharps. His opinion was 60/40 bad guy.
A whole 20K shares have traded in the first forty minutes.....liquid as hell out there! Pathetic...Admit it...we are trapped.
I have decided to take you up on your offer and sell 5,000 shares tomorrow about mid morning and I will report back.
I sold about 150K shares in the past ten days and some sat there for quite a while. There is no liquidity...zippo....nada.
Dispensible Tampons win in court every day. I hope I am wrong, but reading both briefs gives room for the Judge to rule either way.
Looks like the Nevada Appeals Court is going to stand up for him. The longer this goes on the more it feels like the clerks are writing briefs for the Judge that may accept his arugument he is an "Indispensible Party".
This stock is a dead stick....Lawsuit Dismissed a bit of a run....Lawsuit Continued....Crash City.....Either way....no damned volume....could not get out if you wanted to! I'm Stuck with 1.3 Million Shares and might as well have gone to Vegas and put it on Red.
File for share reduction and the stock dumps 15%. Only in 2023....things have sure gone to hell on the OTC. A couple years ago this would see a pretty good jump....not now. Sad.
