They are selling those preferred at 10 dollars a share, will convert at 20 cents, for 6.5 million shares for I believe 600,000 shares, something to that effect

Awesome, TD should do real well, I love the fact that the AS is very good, only 250 million, should have filings late today. IG, is an iffy, it could really go or it could flop, implode or explode, my bet is on TD and generational wealth is TGLO.

Yes, they got huge funding from some institutional investor last week that are like Baker Brothers, that one will be sitting pretty at triple dollars in 3-4 months. Epilepsy drug is one of their pipeline.
