One thing to point out as well is that IPOing has been suffering so not many companies are looking to IPO until the market is stronger. Same with SPACs...its too risky.

But you could look at this from a reverse merger aspect.

If a strong commercial company with sales that wants to go public via a different route than IPO, they could reverse merge into this shell.

only one other person has commented on our conversation, and they are agreeing with my outlook. The market is bearish, doesn't mean there isn't money to be made, however, when you are just placing money into 401ks and IRAs you are most likely losing money right now. that being said, buying in the bear market should ultimately end up making you money in the long term. regarding the market in the future, how do you see things getting better? inflation is shit, housing market and interest rates are shit, the war is still making shit fly, as we move toward another election the market becomes extremely volatile.....youre entitled to your opinion but i don't think its right.

and yes, my big smelly nuts will be parked right here for the rest of my life if i have too....pocket change here buddy, pocket change.....

i guess that was a subjective statement since there is money to be made in both bullish and bearish markets but it is not going against the grain when saying the market has been in turmoil for a couple years now....what market you been playing in? i am and continue to buy in these conditions, lowering my averages all over the place, still up in some areas as well...i actually see things getting worse for the next couple years...
