One thing to point out as well is that IPOing has been suffering so not many companies are looking to IPO until the market is stronger. Same with SPACs...its too risky.
But you could look at this from a reverse merger aspect.
If a strong commercial company with sales that wants to go public via a different route than IPO, they could reverse merge into this shell.
