Don't forget 10% or less of the people who are in favor of MJ products trade TCNNF stock. What a lot of people don't know is the companies these
Stock promotion companies promote, only get promoted if they pay "blood money" to be promoted.

Never believed corruption in stock trading was real. Boy was I mistaken. As are probably over 90% of honest investors.

When AXXA stopped paying at least one of these so called stock recommendation, stock promotion companies, if not more, they
Began attacking AXXA's PPS. If only the SEC could be more helpful.

Figure this out! Of AXXA'S two billion+- shares of stock. One and a half billion+- of those shares showed up in whatever account they are in now. Since showing up in whatever account, those shares have never been traded. What does that mean??!!
One thought I have about that is! Overnight about one and a half billion shares of AXXA stock could just disappear.
I say that from experience.

One billion shares of AXXA showed up and is still there.
It has never been traded. Ever.
Of the original 980 million shares of AXXA stock 75% of those shares have never been traded. Prove me wrong IFC .

I suspect they are all controlled by the same person,
or group of people. There are several reasons
To destroy a companies stock price, none of them are honest
Or ethical. Unfortunately a dishonest person, or group of people
Can destroy a decent honest companies stock price by
Trading less than one percent of that company's stock, back and forth between only a few accounts.

There are ten to fifteen thousand OTC companies.
There are just not enough good investors to go around.

AXXA is a fully functioning business. In a way why should AXXA care what happens to it's PPS. AXXA does not need any more money from the sale of stock. So the PPS of AXXA stock is up to the stock holders. Unfortunately there is no way for good investors to defend themselves from bad investors.

Stock PPS Will go to. Then "bad investors" read what the good investors think. The bad investors then do everything in their power
To make sure the PPS of that company doesn't come within 10%
(Or less) Of what the good investors claim the stocks PPS should be.
Example:
How many times have TCNNFs good investors claimed TCNNF
Should be trading for over $50 a share. Other good TCNNF investors
Have claimed TCNNF should be trading for between $150 and $300
A share.
And TCNNF is trading for less than $5.
Two to Three percent of what it should be trading for.
So who do the good TCNNF investors have to blame?

There are several ways to calculate the PPS of a stock

AXXA has 28 subsidiaries. I have been told, plus two more.
So if AXXA has as many as 2.5 billion shares then

Each AXXA (28) subsidiaries
Is responsible for about 90 thousand shares
2,500,000,000÷28 = 89,285,714.28571429
Or
Each AXXA (30) subsidiaries
Is responsible for about 85 thousand shares
2,500,000,000÷30 = 83,333,333.33333333

Each one of AXXA's subsidiaries is well
worth over a hundred thousand dollars.

So each share of AXXA stock should be
worth at least one dollar or more

Whether AXXA buys back any shares or not.

Eventually AXXA stock will trade between $5 and $20

Until then just think of how much money a person could make buying AXXA for $0.0008 and selling it for $0.0009 Just think if you started with just one share, after ten thousand and one trades you would have made a dollar.
Or if you are a bad AXXA investor you could buy AXXA for $0.0009
And sell it for $0.0008 and after ten thousand and one trades you would have only spent a dollar. Whatever makes you happy.

What is an investor worth? To the PPS of a stock!

Using AXXA as an example.
Each investor is worth $0.0001 to a stock's PPS.

Since AXXA has been having about 20 to 30 trades a day.
I was thinking there were only 20 or 30 AXXA investors
But that didn't work out. So I changed investors to traders.

So AXXA has 20 to 30 traders a day that make, a few trades a day.
But AXXA probably has 90 to 100 investors.
Which is what determines AXXA's PPS. Get it?
90 to 100 investors x $0.0001 = AXXA's PPS of $0.0090+-
Try this concept out on a couple of other stocks. Works out pretty close.

So in conclusion what AXXA really needs is about 10 to 50 thousand investors. Or more. Now you know!
How about 100 thousand more AXXA investors.

If you wanted to buy 100 shares of 28 companies listed on the
NASDAQ and each company's PPS was $1 per share. How much money would you need? = $2800.00

Now match up each of AXXA's 28 subsidiaries to an equivalent
NASDAQ stock. How much money would you need to buy 100 shares of each one of those 28 Nasdaq companies?

What if just one of AXXA's subsidiaries matched an Nasdaq company worth a $1 A share. Now suppose the other 27 AXXA subsidiaries are worth nothing. What should AXXA's PPS be?

Please note I avoided several of these common four letter words
Study, compare, research associate, match, watch, calculate.

So AXXA has ( we will go a little higher) 2.5 billion shares
Then we will divide 2.5 billion shares by 28 subsidiaries.
2,500,000,000÷28 = 89,285,714.28571429

Now let's round it up to 90 million shares for each of AXXA's subsidiaries.
