Who is smarter. Someone who wants to buy back one billion shares of AXXA for $.001+- a share, Or the people who are willing to hold it for a couple of years. Then sell it for a dollar a share or even more.?

Don't forget: When AXXA was compared to Apple. AXXA was worth 1.02% of Apple. Or about $2.25 a share more or less.
