LPR Global is the main distributor for Sam Young Manufacturing. Sam Young manufactures all devices. From there distribution is made to the subsidiaries. They have an office in Canada.

Never said they were unique. Probably made in china, and sold through distributors. Just like mufflers. My guess is they are a takeoff of shrapnal locating devices on the battlefield. Military use. Or explosive device locators. I could not read the whole name. Thanks for your help.

I Have read that some one or entity, when they want to buy or sell a hugh amount of shares, without disturbing the rhythym of the market, an arrangement is made with the buying or selling, and it sometimes shows up as a T trade. Also, I have not been able to do any A/H trades with PDGT. Something about not being nasdaq listed or american nasdaq. Scotttrade has some very good info about this stuff. Didn't mean to barge in on your conversation, but I'am down to drinking Mickey's after last month's slide. I think the info is usefull.

Hagemeyer North America is a business-to-business distributor of services and products. They have an office approx. 8 miles from my business. I know that when I go by there, I will not see a "HUGE" warehouse, but probably an office, where they find and set up buyer's and distributors. Anyone disagree?? And I am not being a wise azz about this, cause we just got a new construction contract down the street. Sam Houston Tollway. Houston Texas. If they can find buyers for the product, so much the better.

I believe that a lot of people do DD on a company, before they vest in it. But to vest more money into a company without any "FACTUAL" data coming from that company is foolish. If one bought @.001, the stock tanked on no apparant reason, now you are sitting at @.0005. Why buy more on a hope and a prayer that the stock will double to give you your money back. Especially with the background of this company. Don't get me wrong. I am still vested in this company, but see no use to put any more money into it. Sorry, do not believe in averaging down. Trusting again in a Company that has forsaken its share holders in the past is for the Company to be forthright. Otherwise another empty shell on the shelf,**** waiting.

Should have kept that critter. pulled it apart, got a model # off of the vibrator part, check to see who makes it, China, I imagine, then we could see, possibly, how many of them vibrators were made. I doubt that they all went into the frisker cause of the noise problem. Just a thought.

I believe once the product is "produced", then we may see some action. Birds eye view of the place in S. Carolina looks large enought for distribution. One thing I did see out of place was the Mayflower Trailor. Always thought that was a moving Co? Would definately have to be road distribution, as I see no rail lines.

Just an observation.

I have not checked out the Georgia location yet. Wonder if they give out catalogs to business owners.

One or two questions/comments left. Then I'll leave it to the more advanced traders, long or short.
1- If there is a reprise fom the 30 day, initial delisting rule, and not voting on the proxy untill the very last day that we are entitled to, would you not think that management has a plan in place, to ward off BK? The salaries of some of the exe's are so outragious, not even considering the GP enticements. Options should not even be considered at this time. What plans or surprises are in place at this time to say to the public: Hey, our spectrum now allows NFL, MLB, Nascar, ect, to be broadcast to your back seat TV. Hey, you do not have to get a new radio to listen to our channels. All you need is this little diode. FREE OF CHARGE. And there is so much more to entice people to want to own this stock.

Does anyone have a recount of how many shares traded on the day before or on the day of the cc, at the pps of 1.70, along with the issuance of the bond debt financing fiasco, and why would the pps fold under such circumstances? Will a r/s affect the price per share buyback? Is shorty screwed, or are we, the prescent shareholders screwed? Anybody?

Are more options going to be issued,to the major holders, right after the increase in common shares, but just before a R/S. I believe the share Authorized have a par value of .001.
Last unknown. If the stock does a 1>10 R/S, which is too low for the Nas, so I would think a 1>20 R/S would be more in line. Are we going to see the shorts come back out in force? Or are we going to see a lot of shares going out to pay off the $1.70 for the payment of the Debt that HAD to be done before Clear Channel and or other entity issued an injunction/appeal??
I am also vested in Java. Saw a 1>4 R/S last year, and are now pulling ourselves out. Bought more at pre-split price, so hopefully will be able to connect some where in the middle, before I hit the big 40. j/k

I am not really familliar with either company as far as operations. I have seen Rotech's equipment, but do not really know what they do. I am not familliar with Deep Down, They must be by the ship channel. Funny, you mentioned Ron Smith. There are a thousand Ron Smiths out there, but one of my customer's/clients lives in my same neighborhood, and he works for a company like this. This Ron Smith Knows of Rotech. Never heard of Deep Down. Ron is going to check into his contacts. I understand that these are two totally differentiated entities.
With an address at Channelview, Easy to get to. 35 minute drive. If good views are recieved, I will vest some money here.

Does Rotech Subsea, have any connection or bearing with Deepdown. Both are from the Houston area. I have seen Rotech's products, but not Deep Down. Is an inquiry in order to Subsea, as to the competition with Deep Down? If an inquiry comes back positive, might be a time to jump onboard. Subsea is a client of mine.

Downtown Houston Should be in utter shambles if storm continous on track. Every building, a hundredth foot in height, will bear the brunt of another catagory of storm. 300 ft in height and above will experience winds of approx. 300-400 mph. An explosion has been reportd near Texas City. Still quiet here in Cypress.
