The day shorts realised they were wrong:
that was on Friday the 13th
of January 2023.
Shorts can't change timeline progression.
End of message.
Einde bericht.
Keymessage of the letter:
(and shorts can never change the steady and consequent progression timeline in reality)
"Following up on the goals we set at our 2022 Annual Shareholder Meeting, we have received interest from several parties to license our polymer materials. As we look forward to 2023, we will continue to review the business opportunities in both licensing the use of our polymer materials as well as more deeply engage with our partners for technology transfer. We expect to see our first licensing agreement and potentially other exciting commercial updates in 2023."
So ML states literally:
---"We expect to see our first licensing agreement and potentially other exciting commercial updates in 2023.""---
A licensing agreement is one of the deal-types Lebby always talks about.
He expects this deal type in 2023.
He is always on track, still is.
This letter is really good news.
People need to learn how to focus on the important things instead of the low PPS at this point, which mainly is an artificial short-game.
Again: this timeline progression can not be manipulated by shorts in reality, in the time to come.
I didn't know it was new years eve yesterday, but according to you it apparently is.
So happy new year. :)
In Belgium, yesterday was November 22nd.
Lightwave Logic Announces Issuance of U.S. Patent for New Hybrid Photonics to Enable Improved Modulator Fabrication in High-Volume Foundry Manufacturing
New Patent Issuance for Previously Announced Patent Application to Simplify Fabrication of Polymer Modulators Designed to Integrate with Silicon Photonics to Enable Enhanced Internet Traffic Flow and Reduced Energy Usage
ENGLEWOOD, Colo., Nov. 15, 2022 /PRNewswire/ -- Lightwave Logic, Inc. (NASDAQ: LWLG), a technology platform company leveraging its proprietary electro-optic polymers to transmit data at higher speeds with less power, today announced the issuance of a U.S. patent, the application of which was announced in April 2022, on a new invention that will simplify polymer modulator fabrication when integrated with silicon photonics for high-volume foundry manufacturing applications.
This patent issuance - entitled "TFP (thin film polymer) optical transition device and method," - illustrates the design of a simpler to fabricate, lower cost hybrid integrated photonics chip using electro-optic polymers which are more advantageous for high-volume production. The simplified fabrication approach enables streamlined production of very high speed, low power proprietary polymer modulators that will enable significantly faster data rates in the internet environment.
The essence of the invention is a hybrid polymer-silicon photonics engine that fits into fiber optic transceivers (either pluggable or co-packaged) that are used in the routers, servers and network equipment that are proliferating with the growth of data centers, cloud computing and optical communications capacity. The hybrid polymer-silicon photonics engine is designed to use high-volume silicon foundry infrastructure and is published under patent number US 11,435,603 B2.
Dr. Michael Lebby, Chief Executive Officer of Lightwave Logic commented, "This patent serves to further fortify our intellectual property portfolio, while concurrently enabling our drive to provide a hybrid integrated photonics platform that is straightforward for our foundry partners to fabricate. We believe that using our electro-optic polymers, we can significantly improve upon the performance of existing silicon photonics - driving our technology to a point where it is truly ubiquitous in the industry."
I sometimes wonder: how many posts per day were there on an average day on this message board before the ASM 2021?
Mercikes Jeunke!
Hey, I have a question:
I heard about a company named Lionix.
Are they in the same market segment as LWLG or is this different?
I hope this question wasn't asked before, I didn't find it on this board anyway.
Have a great day.
Thanks for your post on Reddit.
I appreciate it.
Some people on Linkedin informed him, that he was being mentioned here on the board, that's what I heard.
;))
No seriously, he really looked like you.
Or maybe it shows that lwlg is on my mind these days.
Glad I didn't claxon and yell "LWLG!!" or something to "you" after all. ;)
Hey Steve, did I see you walking yesterday in Tielt-Winge with your family, or do you have a lookalike? ;)
Pumpkin, you recently changed your footnote changed to:
When you have a simple and sincere message, you can bring it briefly.
There is no need to lower themselves to the level of Kerrisdale Capital.
LWLG said what they had to say.
Plain and simple.
Thanks to all the ASM-reporters for all the information!
I have the impression it was really a fantastic adventure to be there.
I had to let all the information sink in at first, and process it and I am now positive this was all very good news. Its very understandable things are slowed down a bit because of the challenges everywhere these days.
But that's a part of the reality and doesn't change the great process and situation lwlg is in.
After yesterday, I don't understand the (timing of the) PR of this week.
How long will the meeting take approximately? Does anyone know?

(sorry X, I replied to the wrong post)
You know you're wrong.
Wait and see.
Who says there is no product?
Last year's ASM was on May 27th.
This has been answered multiple times.
We can all have our opinions.
We will see what happens.
That was not exactly what I meant.
I mean that if all the needs of partners are met and tests have succeeded etc etc, so if all boxes are ticked, the deal will be made official etc.
Hey Pitcook,
That's why he said " 'conditional' deals, all under the wraps of NDA's"...
Maybe he isn't vaccinated. You have to be "fully vaccinated" to be at OFC.
I have no clue, there can be different reasons.
Did someone receive the news from today by email?
I didn't. Normally it's sent by mail.
Hey Luther, when did he say all this? In a video or written article? Can you give the details please?
Thank you in advance.
Two Cents thought it would start to move to 30 dollar in the spring. So I really hope he is right. ;)
#Scum(ming)
Just one letter difference.
You're right, I got an email from LWLG directly.
Looove his screensaver, Davisa. ;)

I especially like the 2nd post. ;))
Wauw, "we're actually positioning ourselves for the manufacturing orange areas." (TRL 8 and 9)
That is really good and promising news about a deal coming up, I guess.
