yup, not a good time to be in any stock right now
you are not worried???? accumulation upwards, but price downwards??? hmmmm, what will happen if accumulation will be downwards.... scary, isn't it?
now is all that matters, not yesterday, not 5 years ago...
and as it is NOW, the OS are pretty high. He better stops diluting because if this drops below a penny, there goes the bottom...
yeah right! lol
no news today, I will buy everything wednesday!!
I just have my opinion and express it here on this board just like you. But I was not the one ROFLMAO anybody else... and then the next day to read my 'guess of what is going on' by the same guy who was ROFLMAO that opinion is just a bit ironic in my view. But again, that is just my view
the update about the 3rd acquisition is advised? it is recommended! You know what will happen with the PPS if there is no third acquisition completed before the first opening of the new year. But for now, let's just be confident that indeed he will come out with stellar news. If not, we dive below a penny. Then the least he can do is just put out another shareholder update. Where were the days when this was back in the 0,005-0,007 area when we got a shareholder update at least once every two weeks... those were good days and shareholders want this great communication back. And this lack of communication is what is driving down the price together without a good explanation of the constant dilution going on.
Then it seems the big guys are not big enough, or there are not enough big guys in here, or they were ill-informed and bought too high. It is not that there is no volume in this stock. Big guys in OTC stock usually don't have a lot of volume. They buy it, and then they just wait. You can see some action a couple of days and then no transaction for weeks until booom. I have a hard time to believe that there is very little retail out here... IMO there is much more than you think is the case. As Tom said, this is not your regular OTC stock... Now we only need to see value confirmed by quarter results.
well, a good indication is the business they are in. It is not like they are a company with some hype technology with 'possibly' a huge future in regards to profits. For all we know as the cards are now on the table, this is a retail company (wisebuys and hacketts) + financials already gave you an indication of what to expect. It is not rocket science, it is not a black box and to put it in the words of Tom: this is not your regular OTC stock. I am sure you can find some P/E ratio's to compare to or have a look at the X times Ebitda's paid for a retail acquisition.
A great deal of info can be found in the price Tom paid for Hacketts. Hacketts was willing to sell it for that price (might be good might be bad), but as a smart guy once said: the market is always right! Today the price is 1 penny, who knows what tomorrow will bring... and yet, the market will be right. Today there is just nobody who wants to pay more. Tomorrow this can be a whole different story
then why didn't he sell all his shares above .50 when the PPS was still above those levels?? It's not like he didn't had the time to do so. And why would he suddenly setlle for the .50 cash payment? I wouldn't!
My theory is not supportive by the actions? Well, you might want to check the share counts over the last couple of months... The market cap might double over the next couple of months, not sure if the PPS will follow. Will history repeat itself??? Get ready for the next season of the SWVC story, next quarter brought to you by your Ihub channel
good luck to you
It will probably be the other way around...
All non-affiliated minority shareholders of GS AgriFuels will receive a cash payment of $0.50 per share as a result of the merger and will thereafter cease to be shareholders of GS AgriFuels.
Tom will not receive cash, he might buy more shares from existing minority holders. Probably the reason why he is using the SWVC vehicle to fund this transaction by the massive dilution
nice recovery! especially for those who were able to get in at .60, +50% gain!!
wow, this PPS really hurts
how did it get so far???
To think I even bought shares when this was at 40 cents...djeeee
I hope he announces an acquisition before year end! Now that I am getting back with a small position. But will keep the cash available because if we hear nothing, a lot will get sick and sell so then I need to have some available for this post X-mas sales...it might get bloody
but first we need to go through the recession that possibly just has started in the US, which we can pick up from all kinds of different sign just like this new sign today:
http://biz.yahoo.com/ap/071226/post_christmas_shopping.html
exactly, plenty of time to get in. And if you can get in at 20% lower PPS, you can buy 20% more! Think about it!
j/k
although you can't deny that the people with the most patience this far are getting the best prices now. Lesson: don't get messed up emotionally by all the posts out here. And yes, they really can get you suddenly so exciteed that you buy in or so depressed that you suddenly sell so try to stay away from these message boards, or at least read everything with tons of pounds of salt because that's what you will need out here. But it is addicting... I also read them...
Happy holidays!
that is IF you believe...
most of the time out here, it is just the former, the latter usually is wishful thinking...
bless you for your positivity
money doesn't make happy they say, so I can follow how you can stay positive as this stock continues to fall. Just hope the people who need it more were not convinced by the pumpers at work to buy in when we were above where we are now...
merry x-mas and happy new year
uh, what everybody was claiming months ago the PPS would be by Xmas?? not excuses excuses excuses...
and I thought today would finally show us some green...
this stock continues to disappoint.
strong reply, keep on those glasses
has it come this far?? happy with a down day of ONLY 3,1%? WOW, this truly is a pumping board!!
well, than I can only thank you for giving me at least your attention.
By the way, don't invest in penny stocks, those are the worst investments you can make. Trade them! (golden rule which you can deduct from 99% of the charts out here in pennyland, and SWVC is not an exception)
you did comment though... lol
but like we all know, the PPS says it all so no need for comments
well, at least somebody on this pumping board is right, although not much appreciated by most...
as in today??? lol
man, I should stop working and watch this stock fulltime!
This stock is a flipper's heaven!!!
people out here still on the cool aid?
and in the stock market in general of course.
dark times ahead, not a good time to be in stocks right now, increasing inflation, housing prices falling,...
not going to be pretty the next couple of weeks...
OR: will we have an end of year run??
if we do, good time to get out your positions. next quarter results announcements will be overall bad IMO
if there are many, why would they suddenly be selling now when they had the chance to sell sooo much higher?
the other night a guy told me you can easily unload shares here with pps changes. guess he must be unloading now. LOL
come on folks, you knew this was a penny stock when you bought it. no different than a stinky pinky. that's just the way it is.
yeah, this is traded on a so much better exchanges than pinks! lol, keep on dreaming...
But hey, at least he is honest!

Our common stock qualifies as a "penny stock" under SEC rules which may make it more difficult for our stockholders to resell their shares of our common stock.
Our common stock trades on the OTC Bulletin Board. As a result, the holders of our common stock may find it more difficult to obtain accurate quotations concerning the market value of the stock. Stockholders also may experience greater difficulties in attempting to sell the stock than if it were listed on a stock exchange or quoted on the NASDAQ National Market or the NASDAQ Small-Cap Market. Because our common stock does not trade on a stock exchange or on the NASDAQ National Market or the NASDAQ Small-Cap Market, and the market price of the common stock is less than $5.00 per share, the common stock qualifies as a "penny stock." SEC Rule 15g-9 under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 imposes additional sales practice requirements on broker-dealers that recommend the purchase or sale of penny stocks to persons other than those who qualify as an "established customer" or an "accredited investor." This includes the requirement that a broker-dealer must make a determination on the appropriateness of investments in penny stocks for the customer and must make special disclosures to the customer concerning the risks of penny stocks. Application of the penny stock rules to our common stock affects the market liquidity of the shares, which in turn may affect the ability of holders of our common stock to resell the stock.
Only a small portion of the investment community will purchase "penny stocks" such as our common stock.
Seaway Valley Capital Corporation common stock is defined by the SEC as a "penny stock" because it trades at a price less than $5.00 per share. Seaway Valley Capital Corporation common stock also meets most common definitions of a "penny stock," since it trades for less than $1.00 per share. Many brokerage firms will discourage their customers from purchasing penny stocks, and even more brokerage firms will not recommend a penny stock to their customers. Most institutional investors will not invest in penny stocks. In addition, many individual investors will not consider a purchase of a penny stock due, among other things, to the negative reputation that attends the penny stock market. As a result of this widespread disdain for penny stocks, there will be a limited market for Seaway Valley Capital Corporation common stock as long as it remains a "penny stock." This situation may limit the liquidity of your shares.
any news on that white paper that was to be expected in October???
bashing?? I was right in the money ha! but you have the people who fall in love with the stock and they got stuck... that's just the way it is, sorry
this stock is becoming flippers heaven!!
sorry, last trade was at 4:02... lol
well still looks very similar to where we were a year ago
no, I am gonna check it right away
wow, the pictures on the website are still the same as one year ago??? didn't John Rivera didn't accomplish anything over the last year??? that is really sad.
