Oh, the reverse/split you claimed wouldn't happen? Just to recapitulate... you lied before the meeting about a reverse/split not happening, you lied after the meeting that a reverse/split won't happen, and then you finally dumped your shares for a profit. Pump-and-dumps are illegal, you know? Have fun sleeping at night with those ill-gotten gains.
Doubling down, are you? Know when to quit. YOU LIED in stating BEFORE the meeting that there would be no reverse/split. No matter how you dice it, that's what you did. Own it.
Retail is always the last to find out. Strange activity though, on the "Expert (money laundering) Market." I would've averaged down by now regardless of all the uncertainty, but couldn't because again... it's on the "Expert (money laundering) Market."
Simply called you out for deceiving. STOP LYING!
Also, you have a nice day as well... but get a grip on the truth and stop lying first.
STOP LYING! Meeting starts at 9:30 a.m. (PST). Hence, no one knows the outcome yet. Also, the result of the reverse/split proposal is irrelevant if proposal 4 is passed. Proposal 4: "To approve the conversion of Mullen Automotive Inc. from a Delaware Corporation to a Maryland Corporation" is what matters most. If passed, the company assumes full control over all other proposals. Pay attention, bulls and bears... and stop lying (both of you). Smell that StinkFinger of truth, and as always... caveat emptor!
It's polarized like a cult here. Only room for two extremes and nothing in between, yet BOTH sides lie profusely. Neither can handle the StinkFinger. Too hopeful for bears and too skeptical for bulls. $MULN R/S is right around the corner, bears and bulls. GLTA!
LOL, I'll grant that; the cars look photoshopped. Kinda sketch, to be honest... and I'm a bullish long. Scam or not, they could've tried a liiittle bit harder than using GIMP to splice cars onto stock images.
Historically, he plays both sides of the fence. This illegal pump-and-dump attempt didn't quite work out like the last one (back in Feb 2021), LOL. I think his strategy is to go long at the bottom, pump the stock, dump/sell at the top, go short, distort/bash the PPS back down into the trips, and then finally cover. Rinse and repeat.
Well, Lakota-45... address JuicePigs' FACTS and Sampleandhold's statements. We will wait... tic, toc, tic, toc. Whenever legitimate concerns are presented by longs, you suddenly become silent or retort with subtle insults. Kind of reminds me of how the mismanagement team addresses legitimate concerns. Hmmm... perhaps you are the mismanagement team.
I prefer a disciplined life full of challenges. Keep your mixed drinks; I'll take water instead.
Market is bearish AF due to fed hikes. It's just a phase of the typical cycle. Not sure what you are even talking about.
Probably the most honest and accurate post here. You described what is so painfully obvious about the cynical regulars that frequent here. They live miserable lives full of discontentment. Like an angry, possessed mob, they fiercely attack anyone that disagrees with their deceptive narrative about the company.
I don't promote/pump. Conversely, you ILLEGALLY short-and-distort. Linky to a description of Dragon Lady's illegal activity.

Chill, benhor/Dragon Lady. Let "Dragon Lady" respond first. Of course, it's obvious that benhor and Dragon Lady are the same person. Grammar matters greatly, benhor, and for the love of everything good, Dragon Lady, stop abusing uppercase letters.
Have you covered yet, as you illegally short-and-distort? Still waiting for that "30 DAYS TO NASDAQ DELIST" you lied about over two months ago.
Have you covered yet, as you illegally short-and-distort?
Yep, as I said, "the dust will settle."
Weightloss > cosmetic surgery, IMO. And cheaper, too!
Not likely without a substantial catalyst. Just saying. The potential for a reverse/split will continue to promote uncertainty and caution for buyers.
Hopefully you're right about all of that. I won't complain if that's the case. Been long for quite a while now.
Surely the usual brood of vipers will slither out of their dark lairs tomorrow to resume their illegal short-and-distort campaign. They won't admit to something as trivial as being wrong about the Shoshoni/Shoshone, though. Utterly ridiculous to die on such a meaningless hill. If they can't even be honest about that one simple thing, then they're likely being deceptive about everything.
I'm not a pumper; I'm neutral. I've expressed skepticism in past posts. Just now, I simply clarified that most search results indicate that Shoshoni is an alternative spelling of Shoshone. Same tribe, different spellings. Is what it is.
Um, Sherlock... that tribe goes by both names. Shoshoni is just an alternative spelling of Shoshone.
True. R/S still possible but not guaranteed. No need to pump-and-dump OR short-and-distort; both are illegal practices, people. A lot can happen in the next month or two, depending on what this company decides to do. Could be good, could be bad. We'll see.
Wow. I REALLY like the Full View option! Inevitably, there will be kinks to work out, but I hope this option remains. It's more streamlined and easier to grasp the on-going context of a discussion rather than classically having to read fragments after clicking links. Great job!
Take that as a resounding no then, bears? Perhaps open discourse with CEOs on an even playing field doesn't afford the same hierarchical advantages in controlling the narrative. However, losing the tactical edge shouldn't be enough to dissuade accusers from proving that $RSHN is a scam. The burden of proof remains on you, bears. Must've had paper-thin arguments all along, LOL.
Same. I'll never block or ignore anyone. Won't trap myself in an echo chamber of my own making. Some users are simply testing limits and looking for boundaries as they tantrum in response to the rule changes, but that will inevitably fade. Might have a few bad characters test the upper limits at some point, but the vast majority will comply and adjust to the new standards. The dust will settle.
Any bears want to invite Ashley back here since he can now defend the integrity of the company on a level playing field?
Reasonable questions for any pumpers to answer! All of the questions are in reference to the mismanagement team's yet unfulfilled promises, as heard during podcasts released over the past few years. Of course, asking such questions would've resulted in getting blocked from the shareholder network. Kind of nice how those questions can be asked here though since they are on-topic, but who will take the time to answer them? I don't think the company hit a quota of 40-60 TBI companies, and those perpetually upcoming liquidity events still haven't occurred. Oh yes, and that question about the ultra secret group of investors that will scaffold the PPS after an uplisting... I think that was in reference to the $0.05 PPS reverse/split pump that happened a while back.
Great questions, all of them!
No, between both primary sentiments (bulls and bears). Further, people with more of a neutral sentiment such as myself can finally express contrarian viewpoints to both of the parties mentioned above.
How predictably pious. I guess in the absence of a strong argument, an ad hominem becomes the last resort. Keeping it classy as usual! I've already stated my issues with this company which many others have shared as well, so either address those issues explicitly or consider accepting that maybe $WDLF isn't the holy grail of the OTC.
Lots of falsities. Management has shifted gears multiple times regarding the looming reverse/split. In hindsight, the last R/S ploy (PPS > $0.05) was a pump to create new bag-holders that are now stuck in the trips. Been waiting for years on supposedly upcoming liquidity events, so there's that. As far as the shareholder network, many longs were blocked without warning for asking reasonable questions. Management's end goal in doing so was eventually made abundantly clear: to create an echo chamber full of pumpers that never call attention to the writing on the wall.
Just wanted to say that I think admin made the right decision as far as how the rules were recently adjusted. Prior to the rule changes, some mods would utilize their discretionary power in order to keep the narrative in alignment with their own trading agenda. Entire mobs of mods conducted themselves in such a manner and as a result they unilaterally stifled open discussion and discouraged discourse, which ultimately threatened the longevity of this website with decreasing activity. The rule changes seem to have liberated the discussions quite a bit and as a result people, mods in particular, now have to back up their statements rather than hide behind the strong-arm of an inconsistently applied subjective TOS agreement. The chief complaint regarding the rule changes seems to be the increased leniency toward personal attacks. Please, this isn't grade school. If someone resorts to a personal attack (ad hominem) instead of addressing a company's shortcomings, learn how to redirect the debates back to the issues at hand. Plain and simple. That's debate 101.
Like many, I questioned the reverse/split rationale. Quite a few people here mentioned about getting blocked from the shareholder network for similar, trivial reasons. I'll keep bringing it up because it's a huge red flag regarding the mismanagement team and how they disregard retail shareholders, even longs. New investors need to be forewarned rather than pumped into holding bags by the nonsense that gets posted here ad nauseam.
Didn't "waste" time spell-checking, either. The mismanagement team blocked longs from the shareholder network, and then decimated the PPS by simply mentioning a reverse/split. That's all the action I've seen from the past two years or so of podcasts riddled with unfulfilled promises.
Just ribbing ya. Insane how much it's dropped.
Technically inaccurate. PPS was $0.35 at that time.
They're all that's available to push bearish sentiment.
Easy, champ. No need for ad hominems. Another reverse/split is likely, so cool your jets. Your short position is more than safe in this bearish market within a harsh economy.
