STOP LYING! Meeting starts at 9:30 a.m. (PST). Hence, no one knows the outcome yet. Also, the result of the reverse/split proposal is irrelevant if proposal 4 is passed. Proposal 4: "To approve the conversion of Mullen Automotive Inc. from a Delaware Corporation to a Maryland Corporation" is what matters most.
