Thanks Dog (get the joke?)
I would hope that this might encourage a few speculators to come on board. If TCLL wins and the lawyers get paid from the HMRC, then we've got stock valued at 1000% more than it's trading at now. I know ..... pipe dream
Is anybody even watching this site anymore?
Does anyone have any updates from the UK? They said it could take 3 years, and that has got to be up by now. Why do shares even continue to trade? There are no operations.
we can only hope that it's twitching. Could just be the remaining electrical impulses in this corpse too?
I tried to buy 500000 shares at .0009, but it never filled.
where did you find his name? Looked at the web site - everything is exactly the same. Did you find him in a filing? His name was not associated with TCLL in the past
I've been searching the internet for anything from HMRC, Tricell, VAT refund cases... so far, not a thing about progress that deals specifically with TCLL. For as long as the case has been going on - I'm afraid the lawyers may take the full proceeds.
Does anyone have any new news on this POS? I've been holding it forever in hopes that the british courts would finally settle the VAT issues and pay the company the $75M they owe. If they did - the shares might be worth a little something.
that's gotta be one of the a$$holes that buried this company. I hope they have a big loss!
eventually - we will know something. When it get's to $0.00000, then we'll know for sure that we lost 100% of our investment. 650,000 share day is nice volume though, although you couldn't buy a suit for the net proceeds.
That you JK out there trading big volume? Any idea what information could be driving such large orders?
With a M shares, don't you qualify for a seat on the board? Get your arse in there and fix this up. Wonder what the Tricell boys are up to - Bermuda, Bahamas?
Good things come to those who wait. Or - you get completely hosed and lose 100% of your investment. One or the other.
Was that you King shelling out $245 for 175,000 shares of the beautiful TCLL?
the lawyers probably get 33% and then the executives will collect their back pay and we'll get $.01 a share. Just a guess. a heck of a return from today's #, but my cost averaging is still above that. Something is better than nothing!
We're in the MONEY! 100% increase on 10k of shares. How awesome. The sky is the limit from here on out. Just think what could happen if there were 4 shareholders
I'm sure that will work Mr. Madoff
WHEHEWWWWWWW! Spoke too soon. We just made some serious coin on that trade. It was you buying wasn't it?
and you and I are the only 2 left on this site. Perhaps we have all the remaining shares between us? That would make us worth about $25 or so. Good luck King! Better make some $ elsewhere. I give it a 1% chance of a return of any amount.
Looks like there's no hope for even .00000005. Rode her all the way down. Might as well hold out for the .05% chance that there's a miracle in 2009.
I could double my position as well. In fact would have to to justify the trade cost. What a stock. Whew. Big capital gains for sure. Not.
Go for it JKing. I don't see how this ever makes us any $. They've been out of operation so long that there's no way they will restart. If they get an award, there will undoubtedly be an appeal. If they get what they're asking - how much is available per share - any idea?
Thought you needed company. Tried to sneak in a 250k order - but the market beat me to the close. There's always tomorrow.....
that's perfect. I'm a BK guy myself - but to each his or her own. Glad you got it. Now - who's doing the selling?
Very Prophetic JKing. Here we are - down another 35% so far today. There's just no reason to be a buyer here - except to average down.
you must have gotten your wish.
Holy Sh_t - the first genuinely positive comment on TCLL in forever. Pump it up Paul - we need some signs of life!
done. Hope Her Majesty is listening..........
I can't sign the petition as I am not a UK citizen - but I was interested to see that Andre Salt has signed. Wish the entire management team of TCLL had signed. Anyone from the UK - please complete the electronic petition process.
VIP Chart? Gee - thanks. The inverse of my blood pressure
Cap'n & HKF - you guys seem to have the most intel on what's happening in the UK Court system. Is there any new information to share on the VAT appeals?
no doubt that is true. But - any new revenue stream would be a sign of life for this company. The question is - hybernating or dead?
doubt it matters. I've called all the #s many times. Never spoke with any one that could provide any information whatsoever and all messages have gone unreturned for well over 12 months. If you're in it - might as well ride along in hopes of some settlement and a payout. If you're not in it and you want to be - I'll sell you some!
respectfully, you are hosed. Better come up with a new user name -
I hope you're right. In my past experience, contingent fee arrangements most often come with a kicker in the 25 - 40% range depending on the effort and likelihood of success.
220,000,000 outstanding shares per the last communication. The NJ2 agreement in null & void as a result of the poor share performance. At least that is my understanding from the publications.
If the VAT isn't received - then the company is done and our shares are wallpaper. If the VAT is successful, I calculate as follows:
78M gross
33% to the lawyers
10.4M in Income Tax
16M in payables
13.9M in contingent liabilities
3M to NJJ Shareholders
=
~ $9M of net proceeds.
I doubt the company re-commences after this length of time. If they do - then my calculation doesn't matter. If they don't, then the company has a net book value of $.04073 per share without including any miscellaneous assets that may still remain.
does anybody have a clue about why the volume jumped so much today? News out of the UK on the VAT?
Agreed Paul. If the company would communicate, then we wouldn't have to dive quite so deep looking for any indications of life. The company has failed completely in that respect. Keep looking for evidence! Those of us who are in this to try to make some $ need to stick together.
PR - thanks for the information. Several of us have tried to call, email, write and smoke signal the executives to get a handle on what is happening. No one to my knowledge has been able to speak with management or gain a written response of any type. The fact that there is some activity from their address is very good. Any information you can share with respect to their operations, management, VAT status will be much appreciated.
Last time I checked up with Barron's (the investor, not the newspaper), I spoke with the CEO and he stated that his opinion was that the investment was worthless and he was moving on. I will try to reach him again to see if he retained any of his position or if he was one of the seller's over the past 6 months.
If they receive their VAT refunds and distribute to shareholders - then it's worth $.233. Granted -this may take up to 3 years to realize - but with no operations there should be very limited expenses, no debt, and some potential to realize a recovery of what currently looks to be a worthless investment.
Or perhaps I'm just trying to justify my ownership?
