We're in good shape with $GRPS, MJ.
Thanks for the facts! The longer we wait the more gratifying the reward is going to be. Meanwhile management continues hard work and product expansion and so much more! GOLDEN
Of course. Happy to provide it.
Thanks for the details and your perspective.
This gives us more time to load even more shares.
The delays with our government are ultimately inevitable.
Our day will come, our contracts will happen.
As I definitely feel government contracts are still coming, so all good.
And I do think it will happen before the end of the calendar year.
Paytience pays off.
You the man, and always feel free to keep us updated from anything you see from your perspective.
Thanks Captain.
Not relevant. Not an issue.

Why must investors continue to wait for an announcement regarding the proposed GRPS government contracts? Here's why....

House passes stopgap bill to avoid government shutdown
Updated February 8, 20226:23 PM ET
The House of Representatives kickstarted the process for another short-term government funding bill to avoid a shutdown while negotiations continue on an omnibus bill.
The House of Representatives has passed a stopgap bill to avoid a government shutdown and buy Congress more time to strike a deal to fund the government for the rest of the fiscal year.
The House approved the continuing resolution, 272-162, to fund the government through March 11.
House Appropriations Chair Rep. Rosa DeLauro, D-Conn., who introduced the bill on Monday, described it as a mechanism to keep the government "up and running while Congress completes our important work."
Congress now has an extra three weeks to finalize negotiations on an omnibus package for fiscal year 2022.
"The continuing resolution passed by the House today reflects our Majority's determination to ensure that the work of government is not disrupted by a shutdown," House Majority Leader Steny Hoyer said in a statement after the vote. "We cannot, however, simply allow the government to operate under last year's funding levels for the remainder of the 2022 Fiscal Year."
Hoyer had expressed some frustration over the weekend that it was taking so long to come to agreement on the budget bills.
"We should have passed all 12 appropriation bills to fund the government for this coming fiscal year that we're now in — fiscal year '22 — we should have passed that by Sept. 30," he said on MSNBC. "We didn't. As a result, we needed to CR...and we're now doing an additional one, because we haven't gotten our work done on time."
But he signaled optimism that an overall budget deal is within reach before this next resolution expires.
"I think that we're going to get agreement both on the topline — how much spending is going to be and how it will be spent — but it's not there yet," he added.
The resolution heads to the Senate, where Majority Leader Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y., said the chamber will act on this latest temporary government funding measure before the last one runs out on February 18.
"While negotiations on a full-year funding agreement continue, we will in the meantime avoid a pointless and costly government shutdown," Schumer said on the Senate floor on Tuesday. "This CR provides a little more time to reach a deal for a spending package. It is the responsible and prudent path forward that eliminates the risk of a shutdown."
Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell said passing the temporary funding measure is "an obvious, commonsense step."
But he also highlighted three issues important to the GOP. The first is parity for defense spending — meaning equal percentage increases in defense and nondefense spending. Democrats are pushing for a larger increase in the latter. Republicans also want to keep in longstanding policy riders, such as the Hyde Amendment, a longstanding ban on federal funding for most abortions, as well as ensure "partisan poisons pills" are kept out of the deal.
This is the third time Congress has passed a short-term spending bill to keep the federal government running since the fiscal year began in October.
Naturally, my 15 February 2022 target timeframe for an update is now off the table. We just got our update right here. No need for an update from the company. This is our new timeline.
And so... I'll just wait so more. Frustrating is an understatement, but confident all the same that WHEN this all gets sorted out, GRPS is off to the races.
All Day
WRONG. AGAIN.

We need to see more buyers on this.
Worth a repost.

Good-size government contract is coming here.
No, it doesn't.
Company needs to post some updates. There are so many arms of the operation, investors would welcome updates on the many other things besides the gummies (stemspa, able academics, leganja fairy, veterinary division, what about a back-up plan if the gov't contracts don't work out....) Clearly people are running out of things to post here, and there is no new DD to discuss. Just rambling posts with no facts or substance telling people to buy and compile. Almost as annoying as those on the other side of things, lol. Getting boring, but most certainly not selling. Lets go GRPS!
Must be nice...
...to have $25,000+ to throw at a stock that isn't expected to take off for "a couple" of years.
I wanted to take advantage of PPS being under a penny. The share structure is good for an OTC stock, and has potential to run if the right investors get involved, but again I do not seeing this take off for a couple of years. Hopefully it does and I am wrong but time will tell.

Hey sorry for the late response, so I am currently stationed in Guam (my wife is my test subject). I finally got my order (a couple of weeks ago). I added to my position today, about 5M on top of my 10M shares.
I'm glad to see there is an actual product. Let's see what 2022 has in store for us.
Honestly I do not see this company taking off anywhere for the next couple of years. I still hold 10M+ shares, but I do think this is going to bleed lower in the near future.
In my opinion?
In your opinion, when will we know about the financing?
Been living with back pain far too long.

The breakout board is meaningless.
It's simply a % rise in the # of posts since yesterday, and because there's usually only a couple posts a day here it rises easily.
Now if you see GRPS on the most read or most posted board then you got something.

Nutraceuticals are just one piece of the pie.
The gummies are a huge deal by themselves. The "PLEX" line of nutraceuticals will complement the gummies in some areas (like pain relief) while also standing alone in other areas (as is the case with Energyplex and Inflammaplex). Then the pet treats and some of the other products they hinted at that are coming down the pike.
Definitely a diverse company with a host of irons in the fire. Revenue sends this puppy to .10 to start.
New investors WILL come with...
I like the wide spectrum approach. I believe they can have products that can help everyone, and also great ideas as well. I love the school concept. Imagine a new nationwide autism school like that comes out of GRPS? I actually like the fly under the radar approach going on now, so I can be patient on many things, including the name change until the river is closer to one, if you will, but eventually we need new investors. New people are likely confused. They see a production company selling cbd, with their hand in autism and marijuana. Imagine someone starting their DD today having known nothing about GRPS?
Where is this "YEARS" timeline coming from?

Oh I sure as h#ll know. I don't want that either but that has been my
prognosis, and that is specifically after I was one of the voices that
commented in August "give it more time"--- and was supported by
other posters, including "John". Of course when one prefers a MONTHS
timeline to the proposed YEARS, almost scoffing at the thought, I think
that we've made some mistakes. Why the F aren't we in little cardboard
boxes next to "5-hour energy" in truckstops, etc. If it's that amazing
they will come, I'd argue. No small game yet hail marys don't hit so
often and there ARE MANY other competitors in this niche. I think we
know where this is going.

Now, onto my audit of this audit...
I'm not sure we can exult much in ".0075"....this has been a months-long disappointment, they seem to have LOTS of shares and no buyers, week after week. They have good products but this sp has been abysmal, pretty much 1/3 sp loss since they confirmed completion of the products, which is odd & unsettling.
Sure, they need time, but I'm here to inform the collective investors watching this board that an unholy sh*t-ton of CBD manufacturers exist, and many are posting about their inroads and quality products everyday.
As many of us know. We need to be supreme faster imo. Perhaps we are iindeed taking the high road and waiting until deals are closed, but it's getting close to time to pee or get off the pot imo. At some point waiting on news releases becomes a liability with other purposes and lord knows penny investors smell that a mile away.
Many of us have watched the doddering US govt figure out how to fund the defense bill at last, but I'm less likely to stay deep into next year if this holding pattern continues, regardless of claimed reasons, and just take the unexpected loss. Certain companies have been gathering ridiculous steam in the CBD sector, including Denver based CBD&D, and I do wonder where we stand with respect to a group like that.
Steve Jobs arguably created better early computer designs than Bill Gates but Gates became better embedded in certain big govt and private sector structures. FFS let's make some money!

Yes, this is getting very frustrating here ….
I’m losing some hope on this.
It seems like whatever buzz that was here, is no longer around anymore.
Even Captain isn’t posting like he used to.
Maybe he moved on?
He’s a great human being, so hopefully everything is okay.
And it’s past Nov. 15.
We never did get an update from the company about any government contracts or updates at all on any meeting with them.
I’ve learned from the past that not all stocks materialize.
Nothing is ever guaranteed.
I always felt great about this one, but now it seems like crickets around here.

Solid post on the facts once again & and the GRPS website processed my product order seamlessly. More importantly these products work. I personally tried Dr. Bond’s Sleepy Watermelon Gummies with impressive results, waking up energized after a deep sleep. I gave one bag of the Relief Raspberry to a coworker who suffers from a degenerative bone condition in the areas of his hip & legs & I’m very pleased to report that my coworker claimed that the pain relief gummies worked in taking the edge off his pain as well as any prescription he had used in the past or present. I’m looking forward to the launch of the GRPS PLEX products (specifically the Energyplex).
I do what I can, Dano! Thanks!
We've got it as good as it gets right here, my friend. For those who have the patience, I believe there will be some zip code changing happening in a big way.
If awarded, these pending Government Contracts will change the game entirely. Sky is the limit.
You bet, Money! Appreciate your GRPS contributions here.
Facts are king. Always.
Thanks, Mike
Looking forwarding to some massive green candles here! Locked and loaded.
Patience and tempered expectations...
...will do all shareholders well regarding any news or "details" related to the pending government contracts.
As we saw with the website, there were clearly variables that came into play that ultimately pushed the original timeline to the right (more than once). This. Is. Reality. Only in Lala land will all projected timelines be entirely accurate...where all targets hit the bullseye. Show me a business (ANY business that has been publicly traded for more than 2 years) with a track record of hitting every projected target... of meeting every milestone in the proposed time window... of delivering everything they ever said "on or before" it was proposed to be delivered. (Hint: That company doesn't exist).
Something else to consider as GRPS looks to secure this initial round of funding from the Government...
$GRPS I'm hearing good things from our representatives. While congress continues to work the budget for all things captured for FY22, we've received word that our proposal had zero objections from senior staff and we stand an excellent chance of significant funding!
We are told there should be details related to our project within six weeks (with 15 OCT. being likely the earliest for this). We are keeping our fingers crossed on this one, but the signs are all positive!
Wrong. Here's the facts.
Let's take a look , piece by piece. Certainly wouldn't want there to be any GRPS "investor confusion" as to what the facts are.

No luck would be needed if the company operated in investors best interest.
The recent 240some mil share giveaway to Gouldings family and friends is a major setback. Those shares could have raised the necessary funding to bring product to market.
Goulding stated he's holding Sam back the rest of this year due to lack of product.
Also the 225mil STNT shares we got for selling the science team could be sold but Goulding seems to want to sign up for toxic loan instead.
Able Academy is supposedly draining $7mil from the company and not producing and profit.
All past "revenue-sharing acquisitions" have yet to produce revenue for shareholders.
The recent two-week long website failure due to an update is certainly not a feather in the cap either.
I think investors are being cheated by bad decisions from management.
Thoughts?

250mil new shares were handed out to Gouldings family and friends. They all must be aware of the scam and want to sell while there is still some value.

Rule 144: Selling Restricted and Control Securities
Jan. 16, 2013
When you acquire restricted securities or hold control securities, you must find an exemption from the SEC's registration requirements to sell them in a public marketplace. Rule 144 allows public resale of restricted and control securities if a number of conditions are met. This overview tells you what you need to know about selling your restricted or control securities. It also describes how to have a restrictive legend removed.
What Are Restricted and Control Securities?
Restricted securities are securities acquired in unregistered, private sales from the issuing company or from an affiliate of the issuer. Investors typically receive restricted securities through private placement offerings, Regulation D offerings, employee stock benefit plans, as compensation for professional services, or in exchange for providing "seed money" or start-up capital to the company. Rule 144(a)(3) identifies what sales produce restricted securities.
Control securities are those held by an affiliate of the issuing company. An affiliate is a person, such as an executive officer, a director or large shareholder, in a relationship of control with the issuer. Control means the power to direct the management and policies of the company in question, whether through the ownership of voting securities, by contract, or otherwise. If you buy securities from a controlling person or "affiliate," you take restricted securities, even if they were not restricted in the affiliate's hands.
If you acquire restrictive securities, you almost always will receive a certificate stamped with a "restrictive" legend. The legend indicates that the securities may not be resold in the marketplace unless they are registered with the SEC or are exempt from the registration requirements. Certificates for control securities usually are not stamped with a legend.
What Are the Conditions of Rule 144?
If you want to sell your restricted or control securities to the public, you can meet the applicable conditions set forth in Rule 144. The rule is not the exclusive means for selling restricted or control securities, but provides a "safe harbor" exemption to sellers. The rule's five conditions are summarized below:
Additional securities purchased from the issuer do not affect the holding period of previously purchased securities of the same class. If you purchased restricted securities from another non-affiliate, you can tack on that non-affiliate's holding period to your holding period. For gifts made by an affiliate, the holding period begins when the affiliate acquired the securities and not on the date of the gift. In the case of a stock option, including employee stock options, the holding period begins on the date the option is exercised and not the date it is granted.
Holding Period.
Before you may sell any restricted securities in the marketplace, you must hold them for a certain period of time. If the company that issued the securities is a “reporting company” in that it is subject to the reporting requirements of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, then you must hold the securities for at least six months. (GRPS is not considered a "Reporting Company" despite being PINK CURRENT). If the issuer of the securities is not subject to the reporting requirements, then you must hold the securities for at least one year. The relevant holding period begins when the securities were bought and fully paid for. The holding period only applies to restricted securities. Because securities acquired in the public market are not restricted, there is no holding period for an affiliate who purchases securities of the issuer in the marketplace. But the resale of an affiliate's shares as control securities is subject to the other conditions of the rule.
Current Public Information.
There must be adequate current information about the issuing company publicly available before the sale can be made. For reporting companies, this generally means that the companies have complied with the periodic reporting requirements of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. For non-reporting companies, this means that certain company information, including information regarding the nature of its business, the identity of its officers and directors, and its financial statements, is publicly available.
Trading Volume Formula.
If you are an affiliate, the number of equity securities you may sell during any three-month period cannot exceed the greater of 1% of the outstanding shares of the same class being sold, or if the class is listed on a stock exchange, the greater of 1% or the average reported weekly trading volume during the four weeks preceding the filing of a notice of sale on Form 144. Over-the-counter stocks, including those quoted on the OTC Bulletin Board and the Pink Sheets, can only be sold using the 1% measurement.
Filing a Notice of Proposed Sale With the SEC.
If you are an affiliate, you must file a notice with the SEC on Form 144 if the sale involves more than 5,000 shares or the aggregate dollar amount is greater than $50,000 in any three-month period.
Can the Securities Be Sold Publicly If the Conditions of Rule 144 Have Been Met?
Even if you have met the conditions of Rule 144, you can't sell your restricted securities to the public until you've gotten the legend removed from the certificate. Only a transfer agent can remove a restrictive legend. But the transfer agent won't remove the legend unless you've obtained the consent of the issuer—usually in the form of an opinion letter from the issuer's counsel—that the restrictive legend can be removed. Unless this happens, the transfer agent doesn't have the authority to remove the legend and permit execution of the trade in the marketplace.
I'm happy to answer the question

so what's really going on here?
Products and plans but no fruition? Strange.
With such a smallish share structure, I'm surprised
the billion+ hasn't led to even a LITTLE rise....it's peculiar.
That is, this is pretty much the exact same point for the past couple years, it's been beach balling so long in the .009-.0011 range as if we haven't done a thing since 2018. I mean an absolute
flat-line at .01. Like I have shares of companies with NO products
whatsoever and much larger share structures and their sp is higher and somewhat more volatile. So I don't really get this "progress".
Sure it can take a decade or so to grow a company but JC maybe THIS
decade...like a pulse....
