Anyone canvass the daycares? I mean simply call up and simply ask what system they installed to see if ATWEC is making a showing.

Imagine the upside for ATWEC if the federal proposals for daycare and pre school are passed. Tens of thousands of kids newly enrolled needing thousands of new transport vehicles.

You would think the childcare industry, schools and churches would have been first in line, voluntarily to install common sense safety devices, but human nature being what it is sometimes people get their priorities screwed up. That's why regulations exist...for about a third of the country's adults that still needs parenting to survive.

Are these folks still in the game?

It could be very helpful to offer good commissions and get the products in the hands of the supply and chemical salespeople who already service daycares and schools and have relationships with the principals. Wonder also if they are looking at the daycares and schools on military bases.

Safebus has dissolved it's Wyoming corporate registration. The Safebus website states it is a subsidiary of ATWEC. For what it's worth there doesn't appear to be any lawsuits arising out of the merger deal. So if ATWEC is making the actual sales they must be getting something out of it?

The news we need to hear soon is what day will the quarterly earnings be released. Should be easy enough to reply to the question.

Right now we hope the strategy is to sell and install as much product as possible while the doors are open. The last quarter will only have been minimally impacted...unless those LOI Middle East sales have come through. Meanwhile if you can close out the last quarter with positive gains over 100K and report sales since the end of the quarter as being stronger, in the hundreds, which would throw a positive expectation on next quarter. That should prompt some stock price increases that are sustainable through early next year. The problem would be if he fails to report revenue in early November.

This stock is set to soar or sore! It all hangs on the company's ability to compete in the Florida market. If they get 1/6th of sales...average, if they get 1/3...super stars...if they get 1/10 ?. What's your bet?

Sure looks like a false PR or an incompetent error...strange for a deal that large on the verge of closing to just go away with no deal at all. Wonder where the 5 mil came from for the entertainment complex. Could be the quarterly with be way better than anyone expects...but if all these things aren't starting to show up there are some issues to address. One poster on another board claims to have an email from Stitts saying the deal is "locked in". Good news or evidence?

I don't know if legal action would be warranted for failure to do PR. It would be for false or misleading PR.

Why the silence...maybe waiting for end of quarter numbers?

What if revenue is REALLY good and the company is buying back shares?

Other possibilities ... they are unable to deliver or are non competitive. However when you look up their products they say "in stock".

I'm noticing one of the recent big healthcare IPOs isn't putting out much PR either but their long range analyguessimates are quite good. (BHG)

You would think we would see a press release like "sales going well with state mandates" or "MidEast orders being fufilled" even better "on track for record monthly sales in September" or.......

The SafeBus shows they reported an average of 5 million a year...without a spike. Assembled Products I assume assembles for others as well, at some point the entertainment business in Memphis will begin to produce revenue. Looks like $$ should be showing up.

Copy the Florida law, paste it to and email and send it to your State Legislator and State Senator...also most every daycare takes
Federal assistance which means it could be a Federal requirement...so copy your Congressman and suggest it's a good idea.

The MATH looks good, and that's considering low end product and lackluster sales performance. Consider too that many of the daycares will have more than one Van or minibus. Then theres the Dubai LOI hanging out there. Plus Safebus already had cash flow. Expecting 2 good quarters, maybe 3.

Waiting for an Epiphany.

Yes, between MVP3, all the vendors accepting stock, the insiders accepting stock and hanging around...with the purchased assets it would seem the sum of the parts may be worth more than the current market cap. Looks like they have actively pursued sales plus something going on in the Middle East. Revenue lags behind sales but this period of time through December may be a make or break period. Just went Pink also...signals would imply the internal expectations are positive.
Let's hope they are prepping a report of sales, revenue and direction that's impressive and verifiable.

Seems if you have orders coming in everyday you might hedge a little on announcements until you have a lot to report...especially since previous announcements about orders were premature.

If they can grow production capability thr market is certainly big enough.
